It took 8 minutes to be served and about 20 minutes to receive an incorrect order. I waited in front of the crash register for roughly 8 minutes. Finally an employee of Popeyes strolled over, with no urgency in his step. I ordered a 5 wing combo mild. Now the register isnt working, and 3 employees took another 5-10 minutes to figure it out. After repeating my order 4 more times, I received 4 cold wings and a biscuit. And had to ask for a cup with my combo.

Understaffed, your heavier set female employee is EXTREMELY RUDE. Shes clearly frustrated and overwhelmed.. time for change. She has just enough self control. But looks like shes any day from losing her mind. Take action management.
