Specialising in bone-in wings and boneless tenders, Wings Over is a chain of counter service restaurants. Most, and this one in particular, have a few seats available; your best bet here is take out, or, if youre in West Hartford or Hartford, delivery. Aviation enthusiasts will get a kick out of the chains theme, as the walls are decorated with familiar photos of Blue Angel photos, and their menu is similarly aviation themed- portions of their wings, for example, range from "puddle jumper" and "F-16" to"C-5 Galaxy," while their boneless tenders take a similar civilian route. Lastly, and definitely not least, their selections of sauces and flavours is astounding, and having tried them all over the years, I can safely say theyre all good. Definitely worth it for wings.

TWO HOURS ... two. I ordered my food at 12:30 and by 2:30 I finally called them up (because I went through grubhub and it said it would arrive by 1:50PM but gave them a little longer). First they couldnt find the order. Then she magically finds it and gives me some story about how they had to actually stop doing deliveries because they were so swamped. You, know they made this awesome invention called a phone (or even email) ... how about calling people or emailing them to let them know the food is WAY behind (but even 2 hours is just RIDICULOUS). Never again. I will never again order from this place. And bye the time I actually got my food (3:10PM) ... it was cold, the fries were soggy and it was just awful. Never again. For 15$ a small meal, its just ridiculous.

Waited over one hour for wings that never came. Granted it was super bowl sunday but this was just plain greed. These stupid owner figured theyd just take in all the order they could and expect the people to stand there and wait. My order was scheduled to be picked up at 7:00. By 7:45 they hadnt even started bringing out orders for any of the 7:00 people and I was told "its gonna be a while" When I asked. Its not rocked science to know how many wings your fryers can cook in an hour. Id never go back to this place. I guess you cant give a no star review so I had to click one star, crazy!

Wings Over West Hartford...Simply amazing. If youre craving chicken.. burgers.. fries.. wraps.. ribs...and youre on park St or park Rd area I recommend WINGS!!! they have many different flavors to choose from and the portion of food you get with the price you pay is outstanding. When it comes to having parties or your favorite team playing on the tv... order wings ahead of time. Promise your family/guests wont be disappointed. The fact that they also deliver at a reasonable amount of time is a great option for customers.

IF I HAD THE OPTION TO NOT GIVE THEM A STAR THEY WOULD NOT GET ONE AT ALL!!! I ordered for delivery for my job and the experience was HORRIBLE!! On top of the fact that they came almost an hour and a half later they didnt bring one of the orders and forgot to add a side order on one of my coworkers order. I called and requested a refund and the lady on the phone was snotty, and even put me hold without even letting me know she was. NEVER AGAIN. the WORST experience EVERRR!!! WARNING:: DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY.

Overall awesome place had the boneless wings(sold by weight not by piece , made fresh not frozen,) the DC 10 has a good amount of pieces, fries and a can of soda. $15 bucks was reasonable, food was good - now the wait is 15 minutes, it looks like they do good volume, so theres a reason why people who complain about delivery - i saw the driver with a ton of orders, I recommend skipping delivery and calling ahead and picking up. I uploaded a menu as of July 2017.

Ive eaten from wings many times and I enjoy the food, but the delivery leaves something to be desired. I honestly feel like they have one delivery person doing orders for the entire town. I ordered my meal about an hour and a half from the time I received it and called the restaurant twice- both times someone assured me that the deliverer was in the area. The food had clearly been made the whole hour before though as it was soggy and cold by the time I got it.

I ordered delivery two weeks ago and it was a terrible experience. I was placed on hold for 5 mins. The person on the phone was friendly, but the order took over an hour. When I called back I was put on hold for another 5 mins. before being told my cc would be refunded. That seemed fair. The wings arrived and the flavor/quality was all right, but everything was cold. Two weeks later, my card hasnt been refunded. You couldnt pay me to spend a dime here.

This place sucks called 2 times was on hold 1st time for almost 10 minutes. Then called back again and was on hold again for a few minutes. Placed my order for delivery and they tell me they cant deliver. I was only 5.7 miles from my hotel too them. I was just across the river. But they could go 6 miles the other direction with no problem. Crazy!!!!! the girl on the phone had no customer skills what so ever. Never call that place again.

The wings and flavor selections are possibly the best in the Hartford area. The service is possilby the worst in the Hartford area. I have been there to do carryout different days of the week, and different hours and I continue to be disappointed. They are slow, rude, and generally worthless. To their credit, I get the food I order, and I am always happy with it.

Charm I am very disappointed in this place. Very bad customer service. This girl named Stacey hang up the phone on me after asking what they have available she said "I am unable to do that we are too busy for that." And hang up the phone. I will never spend my money here again!!!!!

Horrible customer service 1.5 hour wait, I called them several times and they just tell me their busy and hang up the phone without saying anything else. Completely rude. After waiting for an hour and half the fries were completely soggy.

Service is unfriendly, they were brushing the floor with soap and dirty water while customers were eating, the bathroom smells like a bums pocket. Wings are ok, not bad not great, portions are decent, not too little but not filling.

The wings are awesome, but if you add more than the complimentary sauce, you make sure they put it in your order, cause I waited an hour for my wings and no sauce, then it took another hour to get the sauce. Ppl are hungry here!!

i love there food, iv had their wings and a fried chicken sandwich and they are both pretty good. although they messed up my soda, i orderd it again and got it and they were very nice about it i will order from them again

Very disappointed with the quality of these wings. Once upon a time, the pieces were decent in size but tonights order of 25 were all substandard. Sorry to say were over Wings Over West Hartford

So far all the many times Ive been here I have not been disappointed. I have only had the boneless wings and so far so good. Best flavor has to be golden BBQ.
