Ordered the new Hot Shot Bites. They were chewy, dry, and inedible (even for drive-through fast food.) I took them inside to tell someone about the problem and they said that the cook is new. The lady then proceeded to offer me something different so I opted for the KFC Bowl which has always been a tried and true favorite of mine. The chicken in the boal was dry also and had NO crunch on the outside at all. I LOVE KFC but will not be returning to this one. Derik from Berlin, CT

The lady taking my oder could have cared less that she was. But she could have been having a bad day. She did not understand what I wanted even though I was reading it directly from the menu. Then after receiving my order we sat an ate, from where my son and I were sitting we could here a big argument goin g on behind the counter. The food was pretty good,

Food was decent. It was served much too hot to eat for at least 5 minutes. It was also very salty. The place was empty when we arrived, and pretty much empty when we left.
