The worse Popeyes in Connecticut. They are always running out of chicken...I ordered 2 kids meals with legs they gave me thighs . I immediately took it back and ask them why did they give me thighs when I clearly asked for legs.. I was told they ran out of legs and wont have any for 2 to 3 hours... most restaurants will apologize for your inconvenience.. not these people you should be happy to come to their restaurant spend your money but get what they give you..STAY AWAY

periodically over the last few years since I live in Windsor Ive gone for chicken. Every single time without fail I go there is a problem. Orders are always wrong, sometimes not thoroughly cooked, employees are rude or despondent , they dont want to give you enough condiments even when youre willing to pay for it. todays order is my absolute last one from this place. Do not go there. Save your money and go to Albany Avenue

I went to Popeyes in Windsor and the manager there is soooo rude yup she is light skin short hair and kinda chubby very rude dont go there yall. She mad disrespectful and dont know how to talk to people . I wont say her name cause I dont want her t lose her job . But lady u need to change the way u talk.

People are nice and very friendly. I would suggest checking your food before driving away because sometimes they do get the order wrong. Food has always been fresh, most times Ill have to pull around and wait and they bring it out. I have no problem with waiting for fresh food.

I have never placed an order here that hasnt been messed up. I ask for mild and they give me spicy I ask for boneless breasts and they give me dark meat. I ask for Mac and cheese and they give me mashed potatoes. Im not inclined to go back. The food isnt great anyway.

My bf and I got sick eating from there dont go there yall. The best Popeyes is on Albany Ave. The last time I went to Windsor the chicken was raw and salty.
