Ill start off by saying that the two times Ive been to Park Burger - RiNo, the burgers were raw. A root beer float took 15 minutes to get to my table. Now, with that out of the way, let me tell you about the absolutely horrible service from the General Manager and his staff. Dog owners and families, beware. I have truly never felt disrespected by any staff member or patrons as much as I had at this establishment. I brought my puppy to Park Burger with some friends and she was being a little fussy. Mind you, shes an under six month old puppy. I went over every few minutes to calm her whining down and tried my best to keep her at bay, as dogs are not allowed on their patio. Nonetheless, I had the death glares of half the outdoor patio every time I came back up. One of the staff members even had the audacity to tell my dog to "shut up! this isnt the place." I understand how frustrating it must be to have a puppy yelp or cry, but I was doing my best to keep her down. I can ONLY imagine if there was a going family there that had a fussy baby, child, or infant that cried occasionally and the glares it would get from the patrons and especially the staff. After a phone call with the GM, who was incredibly rude and unhelpful, and then threw his own staff member under the bus to save his own face, I could tell he could care less about my apologetic conversation or about his patrons at all. If you have a young family or are a pet owner, beware. Ive had only positive things to say about my experience at Highlands Park Burger, and can only say negative things about this location.

Dont dare get a To-Go order from here, because it will be incorrect. I decided I wanted to try the lamb burger because it has tzatziki and feta on it, which I thought sounded like a delicious combination. My burger ended up just being nothing but an undercooked lamb patty with nothing but lettuce, onion, and pickle. I was not only disappointed, but I couldntt even eat it. No flavor whatsoever. This is the 2nd time they got my order wrong. The first time I was offered a gift certificate that never arrived despite confirming my address. Wish Park Burger would take more pride in themselves and check to make sure ALL prepared orders are of good quality. At least when I eat in house they can correct the mistake immediately.

Found the Park Burger Rino while at the RiNo art district urban, street, grafitti art show this weekend. What a great surprise to find this new location. I had the Ahi Tuna burger which was really good. Cooked just right, the slaw was tangy but not overpowering. Fried pickles were served in spears instead of slices with a great breading. Other people had The Scarpone - looked delicious and was enjoyed, and the El Mariachi - best green chili ever, she said. Will definitely go back and try some of the other locations too.

The bartender Derek was absolutely amazing- wife and I sat at the bar and had fabulous service. The only problem was, there was this woman (manager? Supervisor?) I think her name was Rachel- she kept going behind the bar and asking Derek questions and getting in his way, and then was very disrespectful with some other waitstaff- having been in the service industry, this really bothered me. They are doing great, the restaurant is doing great, and the bar selection continues to be fantastic.

During a week-long visit to Denver I was here twice--it wasnt particularly close, but it was good. Varied crowd and uniformly good food with the exception of the fries the first time, late at night--they are fresh cut, so the starch probably glued them together in the fry cooker after the volume dropped for the night and they went through fewer fries. Im oriented towards craft cocktails and have had many, many very well-made Sazeracs. They did a great job. I dont give it out lightly.

Me and my girlfriends experience tonight couldnt have been better! First time here, the waitress was great. Always around but didnt bug us too much. Our burgers and fries came out surprisingly quickly and cooked deliciously. It wasnt that busy at 9:30 when we went, but the background chatter was perfectly lively, felt like we were in a movie or something, haha. Solid amount of TVs with various sports, good music playing. Held up to their reputation for sure.

Fantastic burger, period. The best tasting meat I have ever had at a burger joint, I love rare hamburgers, and they cook them to perfection here. There are a number of decent burger places now in Denver and the burbs, but Park Burger tops them all. Good fries as well, and quick service in a great location. Thank you for a great burger, you are our go to location for satisfying a hamburger craving.

Rude host - waitress didnt really care either. Soggy burgers, noisy room, uncomfortable seats and tables :( Serving a burger in a basket lined up with paper is not a good idea. When the waitress lifted it up after my meal, there was an actual puddle of sauce under it - which she saw - but left without cleaning it ! There are many other places around with better burgers and more professional staff.

I want to like it. But every time I come its a mess. Service is weird at best. This time the fries were undercooked to near raw and the server was annoyed we complained. I have had over cooked meat. Under cooked fries. A mess of a meal and could keep going. I dont get how it is so popular. I wish it was as good as its reputation. So disappointing every time. Get it together guys. Geez!

Food was ok. The burger was pretty juicy which is always good. Fries werent anything special and actually were rather bland. Waitress was nice, but kitchen must have been "going under" because our burger came out, and it took close to 10 minutes for the fries to come out. And understand weed is legal here, but a restaurant bathroom area shouldnt smell like someone just smoked a blunt.

It was barely an ok experience. Wait staff was neither friendly no overly eager to help the experience. The cajun fries tasted like they were underseasoned or at least lacked the flavor that would be expected. Both burgers were good, if you liked overcooked and dry pieces of chunky protein. The only great thing here is the Boozy Milkshakes. My advice: go someplace else.

If the Georgia game is on this place is packed. Great beer selection (along with full bar), a variety of delicious burgers (beef, lamb, turkey, housemade veggie), a variety of fries (Cajun, truffle, garlic, etc..) and boozy milkshakes! Lots of TVs for the sports fans, a large patio for the warmer days, and a pup tie up station out front. This place has it all.

Local chain that sadly struggles with consistency and quality control. Some locations really have it nailed down. This one definitely doesnt. Burger meat is sour, bun might has well have been fully immersed in water then slathered haphazardly with their sauce, the whole thing inedible and forgettable. Except to be sure not to come back.

Went here tonight with my husband and a friend and we had a wonderful time! Service was amazing, the men raved about their burgers and fries, and even though there was a small issue with my salad it was very tasty and the issue was quickly and kindly resolved. Our waitress was wonderful, funny and very sweet! Well definitely be back!
