Normally when I want a good hamburger I go to this store (#110). My wife and I went through the drive through and ordered two number twos from the menu (double cheese burgers), both exactly the same. When we got home and opened the order one of the hamburgers was missing one hamburger patty and the cheese. I cannot repeat the comments I made at the time because its not fit for family reading. All I know is this. Grabbing take out shouldnt make you so mad you curse the people who made your meal. Check your order at this store, open every package before you leave. I know I will from now on. I hate it when you cant trust businesses to do what youre paying them for...

We always receive great service at Good Times, plus they are local, and we love to support small business! Tonight, we really wanted a burger, and this location is 3 minutes from our house. I dont like burger buns, I LOVE bread, but burger buns are not bread, they are like foreign matter masquerading as bread in almost ALL fast food places. BUT........tonight we both ordered our burgers with the TORTA BREAD and WOW! This is sooooo good! Good Times, PLEASE, PLEASE make this a permanent change! PERMANENT! and for those of you that dont know.......GT has the BEST Vanilla Custard, THE BEST!

When I asked for a refund on the gross food they served the manager yelled at the top of his lungs and had a different employee deal with me while he ran around the restaurant swearing. This is not how a manager should act, even at a fast food joint. I will never go back and I used to eat there a lot.

People either rate a place for two reasons. Because it made them mad (usually for little stupid things that are irrelevant to the overall experience). This place is great! The staff is friendly and the food is good as it gets for fast food! I have never had an issue here!

Food was so so good. The workers are nice and funny. They like to joke around with the customers. They even sell ice cream for pets!! I just wish I could have brought my dog here to try it, she would have loved it.

Really rude! Went to order around 11:20-11:30 and someone in the background was screaming at me over the guy taking my order yelling come on oh my gosh and really! So I cancelled and left. Really disappointing
