After waiting 30 minutes i finally got close enough to the front somebody handed me a menu... with no prices. I decide what i want but one by one have to ask the price when i get up there as i cant read the tiny print on the tv screen for which 2 of 4 screens dont work. Finally i get my order placed and wait. And wait. Now that Ive been standing next to the counter well over any hour the lounge had slowed enough for me to ask the one behind the counter where my food was, and they gave it to someone else. How? Id been standing there the entire time. They take the burger, forget one order of fries and my fried egg, and at this point i give up because Im not waiting to eat as im getting major pains. Overall took about 2 hours to get served the wrong food for something that at that price i could have gone to a much nicer burger joint.

I needed a shave by the time I got my overpriced food. Yes, it was fresh, it ought to be for the cost. Freshly butchered just for me. "One tiny cow per customer" ought to be their slogan. I could have bought groceries, prepped and made the burgers on a charcoal Hibachi I dont yet own, after going home, for the cost and time it took. (I exaggerate only slightly here.) The burgers were disappointingly small (two tiny cows) and there was too much packaging, two bags for two burgers. Also, the strip mall traffic flow was abominable, I had to leave an AL Gore Mansion Carbon Footprint to reach the place after I saw it 100 feet away while on the road.

I loved this place. My family and I usually love to visit our local smash burger, but our recent visit, left us disappointed and not coming back anytime soon. Our food was over salted, and our orders were wrong. They also sadly took our favorite thing off the menu, they still have it, but didnt feel like making it. Shakes were great as always though! Customer service is okay, used to be better.

So disappointed, this used to be my favorite place! Found a rubber band in my salad! While bad enough, neither management nor the corporate office has apologized or tried to keep me as a customer. We eat out a lot but it wont be at Smashburger anymore. We will spend our money at restaurants that truly appreciate our business.

There was a small mixup on my burger. And when I got back to my hotel room I realized it and called them. However, they were already closed. But, they were willing to turn the grill back on and remake my right burger. So I really appreciate that. They willing to take care of you even if its inconvenient for them.

I just had the cowboy spicy Burger and it was delicious I had the fries with rosemary garlic and its something completely different but definitely really tasty five stars overall and I was drinking some green lemon tea so could have not been a better lunch friendly Place decent prices overall five stars

Great food (smash fries were amazing) but the store was a mess. Dirty tables, overflowing garbage and bathrooms that were out of soap and toilet paper. Also they were out of all the salads as well as sweet potatoes. Kinda bad to occur during lunch time.

This is about as close to home cooked hamburgers you will ever find the staff here is extremely friendly especially the hot one Cheryl. Its hard to make me go wow on a hamburger unless I cook it myself and I went wow on the Mushroom Swiss burger.

Had my first experience here and it was awesome. Wait wasnt long, had seating outdoors. Burgers were delicious with the smash sauce. The fries were perfect, onion rings were also great. Overall will be coming back here.

Very fast and friendly service. The meal was fantastic I stopped here on your way to Colorado Springs with my brother and wife and for all of our meals it was reasonably priced and the portion sizes was fair.

Enjoyed the food here. A mistake was made with my son oder they immediately fixed it and were very apologetic for the mistake. First time we had gone, we will be back. Employees were very nice and helpful.

Not the greatest burger sadly, and I had high hopes. Burger tasted like it was burnt, hardly had any sauce on it and the fries werent cooked all the way, and I asked for well done fries. Disappointing

Long wait, inefficient service, with most people at tables waiting for food. Our favorite sandwich in Silverthorne we will never order here again. Not horrible but nothing I will need to return for.
