50 yrs old.. first time Ive ever had to leave a restaurant in this way. Absolutely no way & no how would I ever suggest visiting this establishment. The server spoke very poor English & this was the core issue. My first visit to Seoul BBQ & Sushi 2 & I chose the all you can eat with meat & sushi options $26.95 plus drink & you are charged for any food you do not eat. The tables have built in burners & to my chagrin, despite qualifying it with the server.. this is not hibachi style, you are cooking the dish/meat to your choice personally. Despite asking the question & him leaving the tongs on the other end of the table across from me.. I learned the hard way that I was the cook tnite. Interesting that it took 15 minutes to order despite being one of three tables occupied @ 6:45 pm (I counted 8 staff workes excluding kitchen help) & after the raw meat was delivered it took several minutes to waive over a different server to discover that he brought out the wrong meat. Long enough to also verify I was responsible for the cooking.. at this point the smoke starts up.. the meat was charcoal on the bottom from sitting & as we discover on high burner. Im over 30 minutes in & after 2 pieces of sushi Im calling it quits. The attempt to discuss with my original server? Nope, a few incoherent words & off to the kitchen to never return. Minutes later I see what Im guessing s the Mgr.. success, its the Mgr. I request the server to join the conversation & explain things in detail. He likely had no clue what was going on & promptly handed me the bill for just under $30. I ask the Mgr to weigh in & the Mgr asks for my payment. We "revisit" my experience one more time and Im left with a blank stare. I pay.. I leave. Bizarre experience. 45 minutes.. 2 pieces of sushi, smoked out & $29.75 to the house thank you & good night. Jokes on me, never sit down @ a restaurant that is dead @ prime time when every other place in the area has a lot full of cars. Btw, Black Eyed Pea across the way was more than sufficient.. been a while since Ive been there, but it was solid.

Its been a year since my last bad customer service experience here and I decided to return to this restaurant recently. Of course, I thought that they may have changed their customer service. NOPE! Not even! Still the same, rude as ever! No warm and/or welcome greeting, only an angry tone of "How many?!" and walking off as soon as you give the number of people. Our food and side dishes were delivered in an angry and rushed way (slamming on the table, not gently placed on the table). Every time the waiter checked on us, he seemed to rush us in ordering more or to finish up and pay them asap. We ordered a second round of soup and he failed to bring us the soup. We asked him yet he responded, "I know, I know. Its coming." yet we never got it. We werent even done with the spicy pork meat and it was still on our grill to stay warm, yet he comes and changes our grill and demands us to move the meat off the old onto the new! The food here is delicious, but you will lose your appetite and appreciation for the food after the way their poor customer and unprofessional service. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this RUDE and bad customer service restaurant. The staff is rude, mostly if you arent Korean but another Asian race. You WILL BE RUSHED in ordering, eating, and paying them! I HIGHLY recommend DAEGEE, they are hands down the nicest, friendliest, restaurant. Their all you can-eat-deal is 10 times better, as you will receive all the types of meat for the price of ~$25/person. Customer service is way better there, as they will deliver to you in an efficient manner.

RUDEST and UNPROFESSIONAL WAITER EVER!!!!!!! So, I went here tonight with three of my other friends and the waiter that was serving us didnt even gave us a warm welcoming, but with a expressionless face. During our stay there he didnt continue to come and check up on us. He saw our cups empty and didnt even ask or give us any refills until I had to ask him. In addition, he passed our table four times!!!!!!!The waiter didnt even tell us to enjoy our food with a smile. The first time he came and brought out the food he didnt smile but had this depressing and angry expression. Just putting the dishes down quickly without saying anything. The second time he came around and asked us if we needed anything and told him not at the moment. Third time he came to give us our check. Still with that same old expression on his face. Never once did ever he smile and given us a warm welcoming like any other waiter or waitress would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! After we paid and tipped our server, he had the nerve to come out and asked us why we tipped him so little. That was because the customer service he gave us was bad! Now hes just being rude and unprofessional to come and ask the customer to why he was receiving such a small tip from us. Never going back to this. I used to love going to this place, but after this very night.... wont be coming back to this place.

This place disappoints me more and more.My son (who is 6 mind you) had already eaten prior. I told the waitress TWICE he isnt eating yet she still gave him rice. After my bf n I had been eating my son decided he wanted to eat rice. Thats all he ate!!! I got charged full price and was told regardless if my 6 year old sits there , if he eats or not he will be charged full price as an Adult! As an adult!! kids all you can eat prices are cheaper arent they?? for a 6 year old for goodness sake?? Ridiculous!! I told him charge me full price for all you can eat then a bowl of rice for my 6 year old son. If I told the waitress TWO TIMES my son isnt going to eat, she shouldve explained im going to get charged for him sitting there. That way I couldve made my son sit in the car while I eat so I dont get charged 19.99 for a freaking bowl of rice (sarcasm - thats stupid to think this restaurant would think Id make my kid sit in the car while I eat to avoid him getting charged). So dont take your kids here because theyve definitely proven they arent accommodating to kids who arent hungry and adults who want to have a nice night out. this place is just disgusting! Boycotting this place for sure! Disappointed for a while at their slow service and waiters/waitresses who stand around instead of doing their jobs, but this just put me over the top.

Great food. We actually come here every other week or two but they fail to notice it. We dont come in little groups either and we also do all you can eat for groups of 10+ so we spend quite a bit there. We notice how rude the front cashier lady (the one with braces) was but always just brush it off bc we didnt have to deal with her as our waitress. Well today out of all days when we invited 6 ppl who were new to KOREAN BBQ she decided to cough up an attitude like no other. I asked for another soup and she searched the table to see if we finished the other soup. It was half eaten and only had a little broth and tiny pieces of tofu. She told us we cant get another one until we finish it. The thing is that it wasnt my soup. The person in front of me ate out of it so of course I didnt want to eat out of it thats why I asked for another one. She insisted that shell re heat it for me to eat instead of giving me a new one. Im paying for all you can eat. Let me order what I can eat and if anything well pay for that bullshit left over price. But she still wouldnt let me order a new one. At the cash register she told us we dont have to come anymore and that she wont let us eat there anymore. Okay cool she has the right to refuse service and guess how much tip I put after that... Haha $0. Sorry not sorry.
