I am pretty disappointed in the service that was showed when I ordered my usual nachos. Every day I arrive at the same time and I order my usual, the delicious mouthwatering bubbly cheesy creamy crunchy crystalized dense divine fibrous fresh golden gooey granulated julienne lip-smacking nourishing nachos. But when I arrived today I go into the Qdoba and I walk up to my usual spot and QUESS WHAT they make me wait and when they do arrive THEY DON’T KNOW WHO I AM. I mean I go to Qdoba every day, everyone at Qdoba knows who I am. But the worst part was that they messed up on my beautiful heavenly nachos. I swear I will find out who did this to me and I will make sure that she pays I believe her name was Nicole.

I always get my usual breakfast burritos here every Wednesday morning. The lady who works the counter there is always polite, friendly, and makes sure the burritos are stuffed! Great customer service. Ive seen this employee deal very professionally with a rude customer and idiot kids before. I cant speak for the other shifts of workers but managers should take note, the Wednesday morning crew knows how to run a Qdoba!

Filthy restaurant with sloppy disinterested employees. Not one surface in this restaurant looks in any way as though it has ever been cleaned. Touch any surface and it is sticky. Go during the day and you can see the layers of filth under the drink machine, chairs and tables. Disgusting! The health department needs to check on this establishment to make sure it is okay to even be serving the public.

Food was fine, but the restaurant was disgusting! Trash cans overflowing, dirty tables and floors, splattered soda and who knows what all over the soda machine! And the employees just stand there chatting instead of cleaning up. Will never go to this location again!

Apparently company policy prevents them from making a good burrito. Guy prepping it wanted to do his job right but his manager corrected him stating company policy and tried to deliver some poorly prepped burrito for top dollar. Quit being so cheap.

Based on the other reviews I must have caught them at a bad time. Ive had burritos at other locations 1000s of times. At this location, tortilla was hard, rice cold, chicken cold, queso cold, and the girl put on the wrong salsa.

Had a great experience at lunch the other day! The staff were great and the food was, too! The manager rang up the order and was helpful. The dining area could have been a little cleaner, but it was right after the lunch rush.
