5/24/2016 9:00pm. The food was okay. There were two girls behind the counter. The one at the register was nice, although she didnt know how to operate the register machine properly. The other girl was very unfriendly throughout the whole ordering process. Zero customer service skills, looking at you like if shes doing you a huge favor (for a second it felt like the kind of service you get at the DMV). There were two other male employees organizing some boxes near the tables, they were very nice. My whole experience was ruined by the girl behind the counter. It was enough to lose a costumer. Ill keep going to Chipotle instead.

I wont ever be coming back to this location. Ive gotten sick twice from eating here and this last time the staff was unmanaged and lacking in their service. I walked in around 3 and there were 7 employees doing nothing. All of them looked at me like deer in headlights. No other customers were even in the store. Took them 3 mins to acnowlege that I was even there. The employees seemed lethargic and as if they had all been getting intoxicated in the back. Horrible and rude service. If I were the owner I would immidatly restaff.

Ive been to plenty of Qdobas including this location a few times but have never had such a pleasant experience as I did tonight. The woman who helped me (Moona? Luna?) was so friendly and efficient and made sure that my vegan bowl was not left half empty as is often the case when one opts out of meat and dairy. She even thoughtfully told me where the drink holders were kept so I wouldnt have to juggle my large order. Anyway, she made me smile and made me want to come back. Thank you!

Ive never been to a Qdoba before and as far as impressions go this one sucked. This place is a disaster. The people working the counter look at you like they have no clue what youre telling them. Then proceed to totally screw up your food. How much guacamole can you spoon into one taco!? And talk about slow. Holy Hell Never going back.

I love qdoba so i came for my lunch. Their door says they open at 1030 and online it says 10. I went to walk in at 11 and a lady rudely comes up to say "were not open yet." Yet i just watched two construction workers walk in without a single word said to them and they came out with food... ok.

Was late in arriving due to severe storm. Handicapped person in the car and handicapped sticker. We walked across the street and Qdoba had my car towed away. I have eaten at Qdoba before but never again. Bad management makes for bad neighbors.

Not even prepared in the morning with fresh lettuce what a disgrace to the qdoba business and the customer service was awful no smiles when u walk in on the workers faces the location sucks and will burn forever.

Its not bad, but if you want a really good fresh burrito head down 17th two blocks to Bocaza! Its not that I have anything against Qdoba, but if youre in the neighborhood why not try the local guy!
