Well we walk in the door the waitress who waited on us was leaning against the counter and did not say hi, How are you nothing "sit where you want" ok so we sat down in a dirty booth there was crumbs all over the booth seat, but the other tables were either occupied or nor cleared from the other guest and we wanted a booth. So we order we used a cook and another waiter to help us as my wife is more fluent in spanish. So i get the nachos and she gets the buffet. My nachos are very hot. The plate was cold. I am thinkng now I might be wrong but they microwaved the chips than from a holding warmer the sauce and beef were poured over them. Than they added the sour cream and lettuce next to that. So we are trying to check out. The wsitress did not even check on us or nothing. The male waiter got us the to go box . The wife went to the car ti roll the windows down and cool off the car. The bored. Not feeling well . New waitress finally comes over (I was actually standing next to the booth for 10 minutes) asked for my check. The male waiter also came by after she left to retrieve the "ticket" and he said he would go help her get the check. 7 more minutes go by. Instead of bringing the check she comes over says he has it up there. So i go and pay and the register. I told him he was doing a good job as he was hustling doing his job and others not so much. He said he was trying to help her because she was new. And not feeling well. it was 23 dollars I left a 4 dollar tip to him but she should not be there . So between the nachos that were not that good. The service which needed two people to serve us because she was new and not feeling well and very unattentive. I would not recommend this place . I only gave it a one for the male waiter trying to pick up the slack .

The service is incredibly slow-nearly an hour from when i finished my food to getting asked if i want dessert. For a small restaurant thats not very busy its surprising to see them so understaffed. And it wasnt just me, every table there i saw with dirty dishes piling up, i saw them sweep the table onto the seats, seats onto the floor, and thats it. Theyd only clear a table as a guest arrived, essentially. When i got my food i took one bite to taste what i would rate right up there with canned meat, if, that is, it wasnt canned meat. The bathroom stall had no door so i wound up with two people walking in to me sitting on a toilet. Expectation of privacy much. Salsa was pretty much water, guac was flavorless, and not by any means was anything tasting fresh. Fried ice cream clearly fresh from the deep freezer because the stuff is so hard i forced my spoon in it and picked it up, after i ate the whip cream they put on top. And the strawberry syrup that looked, tasted, and quite clearly nestle. Yum. So too sum, below par food, horrible service, unclean, clearly leaking roof yet priced at almost quality restaurant prices. I almost forgot to mention. I was here for over 2 hours. No refills, on water, which they charged me full price. If i had to say something nice; the art on the walls is the only thing i hope is still in this building by 2018 Go to taco bell, it tastes better, is cheaper, cleaner, quicker.....

My husband and I usually eat here at least every Saturday or Sunday. The service and food is usually very good, but this Saturday the service was not up to par and the food was skimpy. When we walked in, the majority of the tables werent cleaned off and the floors were in the same condition as the tables. It took a while to get service, as there were only 2 people working. We ordered iced tea and they didnt even have lemons! After years of patronizing this restaurant, I dont know if we will be back! What happened to your service and food?

I have gone to this restaurant for many years.... today I went and saw a blonde waitress who I later learned was the Manager... wow, she was very rude to the employees and also to me.... there were no tables clean and she had a line of customers waiting. Who ever hired her, must be desperate... she is not a good fit we will not be going back

Its an OK place ... we read reviews about this place saying it was really great but it was actually so so... the service was rather slow, they werent very busy when we were there either. The salsa was bland tasted like it was just made with tomatoes nothing else. I would most likely not return.

Ok service. Good green. Good salsa. Good chicharones...my guacamole was an avocado cut in half the waitress told me that how they make it... where? Guacamole usually at least has salsa mixed in...better ones use fresh ingredients. An avocado cut in half is just an avocado...
