5/1/16 The only good thing I can say about this place is that the restaurant look very nice and about the food I cant really say it was good because it wasnt. I only like the chips and salsa. I order fish soup but when they brought it "I never found the fish" It seem it was a leftover, it was hard to find the fish, I requested shrimp but it only has like 4. The flavor was nasty no taste. I ask for some Tapatio and lemons and they took for ever to bring them, I was already 1/2 way through it. The veggies were nasty it had big pieces of carrots and potatoes, onions, bell paper were slides like spaghetti form it was hard to pick them up with the spoon and it seem like the whole tomatoe was out on the soup. Well I dont recommend this soup at all

My husband and I have ate here several times before and the food was always decent enough. But we visited 4/30/16 and were extremely disapponted. We ordered fajitas and carnitas. Both plates came out cold and my husbands carnita meat was tough as if it was days old and had sat under a light for 30 min. to heat up. My fajitas came out with no sizzle or steam. The plate was hot, but the food seemed like it was left overs reheated in the microwave. The service was ok... she was rushing us a bit when she did come around. We waited awhile to receive our check and then waited awhile to receive our credit card back... disappointed. If we ever go back I hope the food and service is much better than it was tonight.

Too bad you cant give zero stars. Took our friends from out of state to eat here on a Wednesday afternoon. There were maybe 5-6 tables with people seated and eating. In other words, they werent very busy. It took 10 minutes to get a drink order. It took another 20 minutes to place our food order and another 30 minutes for the food to come out. We were there for an hour before we had our food. On top of that, the server was either having a bad day or just really hates his job. Not friendly whatsoever and never apologized for the ridiculous wait time. Orders were incorrect for more than one of us as well. We wont be back.

We get to there restaurant at 9:00 pm the girl says sorry we closed at 9:00 I told her your website says 10:00 pm she goes over to another gentlemen and telling him what I said so I walk up to him show him Mariposa website then says ow we been trying to fix that seriously all you do is go into your page and change the S#¡+ when your hours of operation shows one thing and you assistant manager says another they should of taken care of your customer thats ok thats one place will never return to again someone else will except are service and money. Poor poor customer service

This was a disappointment! We paid $65.00 for 4 people eating brunch on Sunday we arrived at 1130am, only 30 minutes after opening. They were completely out of food, Menudo and had no spoons for any of their soups. They had only 2 cooks trying to keep up with the demand. They were not prepared. What food we had was cold! It was a very frustrating experience and not worth the money we spent. Its bad too leave hungry at an all you can eat brunch. I would not recommend this restaurant and honestly feel it deserve 0 stars, in fact I would give it -5 stars.

I am horrified with my experience. I went to this restaurant for a family gathering and ordered the tilapia. It was no where disclosed in the menu or within their staff that the fish would be served whole. It still had eyes and was not scaled. I was mortified by this sight they had me order something else, charged me for it, and refused to remove the fish from the table the entire time. The waitress was incredibly rude and glared at me the whole time. The food after that was average at best and way too salty. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Took my father-in-law to dinner and if it hasnt been for that, I would have said something. They got my four-year olds order wrong and by the time they brought it out, everyone else was done eating. We had to share off our plate while we waited for a chicken quesadilla that shouldve taken about 10 minutes to prepare. Before that, my father-in-law ordered two different beers that they were out of. I could go on and on but Ill just leave it at that.

4/13/17 Thursday. Not a busy night but over 5 minutes waiting at the door to be seated. A girl comes up and said has anyone talked to you yet". No... Oh we are cleaning and setting tables. Ummm what? All of those empty tables are dirty? Like 15-20 of them? Really? See ya! I have a lot of other choices. Thanks! Hire people who know how to work.

Food was standard fare,better else where, service was terrible. Only got one refill on my drink before my meal so I had to eat my food with out a drink. When the finally realized that my drink was empty they said they would refill it and never did. Two of us asked for beef and bean burrito. One got beef only one got bean only. Will not be returning.

Nice location and building. Food was rather pathetic, and way overpriced for what it is. Drinks are good. Service is fine. Not sure how this place stays in business. Too bad since I live in the neighborhood and would love to see businesses in the square thrive. I can open a can of beans and put them on a Walmart tortilla for a lot cheaper.

Margaritas were delicious with a large variety and the fajitas were quickly served with all the fixings (Pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and lettive/tomatoes) quickly while our attentive server ensured the food was up to standard and the drinks stayed full. A great lunchtime Fiesta.

It was awful. We sat down and waited for 15-20 min. We were never served water or chips or anything while all the people aroused us were served. Even the lady behind was offered a Margarita several times. I have never walked out of a restaurant before, I guess this is one for the books!

Jasmine provides excellent service. From 1-6 months after they opened wouldnt given you a plug nickle for the place,,but what a change..Highly rcommend the fine restraunt
