The worst Mexican food I have ever have had served. The waitress was non attentive and when I ordered a drink and was specific about size, and they brought something totally different and twice the $$$$ when I was delivered the ticket, it was $33 when my husband went to pay, and they did not want to use coupon, and when my husband showed the manager that there were no restrictjons, the manager said they forgot to add something to ticket, then proceeded add $10 and begin to ring my husband out, and charged us $38 WITH coupon. Very dishonest and not customer friendly. When I called to speak to manager, he said we were crazy white people and hung up on me! Will be contacting owner, better business bureau and a lawyer. WILL NEVER PATRONAGE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL OF MY CUSTOMERS AND FRIENDS TO NOT WASTE THEIR $$$, TIME OR TASYE BUDS ON THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

I can’t wait to NEVER go back here! This was the worst food I have had in a long time. You could get better food in the hospital or at an elementary cafeteria. The server was friendly and accommodating, but that does not make up for the food. There was no real cheese in any of our meals. The fresh made chips were really generic oily commercially produced and low budget, as were the taco shells. Even for people that never had true authentic Mexican food should not like this. With a lot of effort a complete menu upgrade, they could aspire to be as good as Taco Bell. In summary, this place is gross!

This is very basic, no-frills hot-plate Mexican. Theres no theatrical sense of theme or all-to-the-wall party atmosphere here, just comfy booths and well-made, reasonably-priced food. As a tomatillo fan, it made me extra-happy to learn they have no one but TWO tomatillo sauces (one mild, one genuinely spicy) and everything was just very satisfying. Their desserts have friendly prices, too (and the Fried Ice Cream is more than enough for a couple to share).

Love both of their locations. The food is always good, flavorful, and hot. The service is fast and friendly and the prices are great for the amount of food you get. Im hooked, ive been to several other mexican restaurants and although they might be decorated to create a fun atmosphere I was always let down by broken cheese sauce and items that were flavorless and overfried. El Pueblito has never let me down! Im hooked

Very slow but polite service. The food was barely edible; beans had no texture, rice was bland, tortillas fell apart. Im pretty sure everything they serve, from the chips and salsa to the entrees, is store bought and heated up. Im guessing the people that like this place have never actually eaten authentic Mexican food.

They have a buffet that goes for 11:00pm - 2:30pm at 1:30 I wanted the buffet but its empty and was told it wont be re stocked. Then why have a buffet? Seems like a way to just get people I the door. Other then that the food was ok beans ran off the plate they were very watery. I now know why theyre not busy .

Its too bad I cannot rate this place higher because the food is good. The service however was terrible. The waitress was hostile and rude and gave not a damn if we were happy. The man who seated us and gave us our chips at least seemed to care. I think Fort Collins has better to offer than this.

Tonight was absolutely the worse food. They are having cook problems and server problems. We had to send food that was wrong back. We were very disappointed because we have always had good food. $25 later and not even a comp offer. I hope they get it figured out.

Chimis are phenomenal, they use a white cheese queso sauce that is wonderful. Salsa is a little on the hot side but very flavorful. Ive eaten at a handful of Mexican restaurants in the area and as far as chimis are concerned this is the best place to get one.

Only real Mexican food in south Fort Collins! Best Chile rellenoes. Other places around here dont even know what kind of cheese to put in them! If your sick of all the spicy like ketchup stuffed with provolone nonsense in this town try this place!
