The presentation is great and their staff is friendly but I ordered fish tacos and they brought me a whole tilapia scales, fins, guts, eyeballs all of it that was my first problem. Then when I told him that wasnt what I ordered he took it back to the kitchen the kitchen scaled it, cut it up and put it in a fish taco they didnt even cook it right because it was supposed to be fried fish and the tilapia they gave me was baked and on top of all of that for the first time in my life they manage to give me food poisoning. They knew what they handed me was incorrect and not properly prepared because when he handed me what I ordered the waiter disappeared for the rest of the time we were there which was over an hour.

Just had the worst meal Ive ever had there and no one, but our waitress, seemed to care. The tortillas were tough, the seafood was rubbery, and I found a piece of plastic in a bit I took. I had ordered my plate to be without onions and tomatoes. It arrived with a heaping helping of onions, which was returned to the kitchen. All I can figure is that they removed the onions put more sauce on and reheated-which resulted in the toughness of the food. We had a new waitress and she got no back up from management at all. I used to go there for the seafood enchilada, but I wont be back.

we have been there several times, the service is never what it should be, they ran someone elses check on my credit card and offer cash instead of fixing it, like really wtf... then tonight we were the only ones in there NO ONE else yet 15 minutes to order, didnt ask if we want anythkng else just dropped off the food not a word and walked away not even an enjoy.. she never even checked on us till we were done eating, sobi didnt even get my deseart.. needless to say i will never go back there again tired of the bad service and tonight was the worst..

Great food. Ive been to two pueblo viejos in co springs and it seems that one day there is a plethora of food and the next there will be several vegetables missing from the usual meal i buy. Either topped or elae its lacking in quantity and variety. Really wish the quantity was always just stackes with vegetables! Costs $1.75 for 3 more tortillas as well. Seems a little pricy and that is usually where i ens my meal and grt a box to go. Otherwise very delicious and the best place ive found so far in the springs to offer a good vegetarian meal.

My husband is stationed in North Carolina and we are back home visiting family. Mexican food in NC is awful and so is the customer service. As we walked in the smell from the food was amazing! We were happily greeted when we walked in and our server was just as fantastic. The food is outstanding!! Defiantly miss authentic Mexican food were we live and this place hit the spot! We will defiantly be returning and hopefully we will have the same waitress. Price was also great for the plate size.

Hey love coming to this place. The food is fantastic the Margaritas are amazing! When I have time in the late afternoon my sister and I come here for nachos and margaritas. The service is terrific they are always ready to bring more chips for salsa or anything that you need. They have besides the salsa they have a bean dip that goes with your chips. I highly recommend this place. Course I havent really been to the north Pueblo Viejo but Im sure theyre just as good.

We ordered 3 different plates no one like them. Im not just saying this, but i also told them in a nice way. The service was lacking silverware after the food came out & drinks wer slow etc. The worst of all was the taco meat, very bad. They automaticlly added 15%. The manager didnt want to give us cash back. I wish them the best but Im married to a mexican lady & lived in Mexico. ...This place has a ways to go! For those who do like it.. Bless you.

Three locations in the springs all started with this one. We had our family meet before our wedding 11 years ago at this restaurant. We loved it then and we love it now. Big servings, great waitstaff, fantastic food! The El Burrito Relleno is the stuff of dreams! They continue to update the decor of the restaurant so it always looks great. Cant say enough good things!

The service is not good they served us flan that was old they took it back and said we were wrong that it was good The bathrooms smell like sweage and it leaks into The resturant when someone oprns The door. And our waiter never would check on us or refill our drinks we had to ask other staff members i will never return i hope idont get sick from toda y.

Entered at 11 am and there was no one to greet us. After waiting a few minutes we wandered back to where we heard voices and asked if they were open. After showing us to our table, it took a while for someone to come take our order. Once we worked through that, the food was good but it took us longer for lunch that day than it should have.

The food was good and priced reasonable. But they dont share the extra charges or let you know what is extra. Cheese is not part of set up and cost 4.99, tortillas cost extra, sour cream or anything different from menu is all extra and they dont share. A cheap lunch meal with water turned out to be a 30.00 meal for one.

This place is excellent! every time I go in the staff is always friendly and the service is very good and they have mariachis play on certain days. I always have the chicken enchiladas with beans and rice. Their horchata is the best I have had. It a nice atmosphere and enjoy every time I go.

Always a wonderful experience! All the staff are pleasant and attentive also the best Mexican food in town!!! The staff is top notch..I would recommend this restaurant to any one who wants a truely pleasant experience.... give them a chance and add them to your list of must stop at places. .

The service here is extremely fast :-) couldnt be happier! One night we went in super hungry and we were full before we could even blink. The drinks were always full and the service was friendly as well :-) and of course the food was delicious :-)
