I dont even know where to begin!!!!!! No wonder why this restaurant is on groupon. I decided to come here and try and new restaurant. Ordered steak just to new told 20 minutes after ordering that they only had one filet mignon left. Decided to go ahead and get one of the steaks with bone and ordered both medium well. Another 30 minutes later the food comes out and one was not medium well. Asked for server to take it back and just bring us sone thing else instead since the steak look disgusted just to have the manager come out, to tell us that she was.not giving us something else. This what so called manager came to our table to tell us that she wasnt doing anything about it and we could just leave if we didnt like it. You are making a big mistake if you ever go to this place. I still cant believe that this just happened.

I ordered the $18 fish and chips and was not told that they did not have the cole slaw which came with it. When my food arrived and I asked where the cole slaw was I was told they were out. This should have been mentioned when I ordered. The waitress also explained "Im just the messenger". My friend ordered a salad which should have had feta cheese. Apparently, they were also out of feta cheese which they also forgot to mention, they put eggs on the salad instead. Some people are very allergic to eggs, a bad choice to include it surreptitiously on the salad. After such bad service, the waitress added a forced 20% gratuity to the bill even though a mandatory tip had not been mentioned on the menu. I will never go here again, the atmosphere is dark and boring, the bathroom was filthy.

The server told us it was 1/2 price on burgers but then charged us full price. Fixed it after I said something. When I gave him my credit card I told him I was going to tip him in cash. He said "ok" and I signed my c.c. reciept. Before I could tip him he had taken the c.c.reciept which I did not realize them came back waving the reciept and said "is there something wrong?" showing me the reciept. Can you be any more rude? No, I told you I was gonna tip you in cash. I thought that was very rude. I was pretty upset but still decided to tip him but I couldnt find him until someone pointed out that he was sitting at the bar just kicking back. I gave the tip to the other girl to give him even though I thought his behavior was rude and uncalled for!!!

My friend and I went into the Boardroom for lunch. We were there as they opened at 11. Our order was simple as each of us ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken, very simple! The drinks we both ordered was iced tea. The iced tea was "colored water" it was so weak! The salad looked really nice as far as presentation! However, the chicken was NOT freshly grilled, but taken right out of the refrigerator COLD!!!! I mentioned to the waitress that my order needed to be gluten free. Being taken from the refrigerator, pre-cooked, I couldnt be assured it was safe to eat!!!! It was stale tasting and totally ruined the rest of the salad!! Being the first customers that day, they obviously werent ready !! Will not be going back!!!

My 11 year old granddaughter and I go to church on Sundays and then try out a new place to have lunch afterwards her pick. I had heard they had good burgers which she loves, so she picked out The Boardroom this week. I thought she would go for a burger but instead she decided on the street tacos seemed a little pricey but they were good to her. The bonus was the oversized Jenga game, pool table, and another game that were not sure of the name kinda like table shuffle board. She enjoyed it alot. They could make it better with some pinball, air hockey, foosball or other video games. We will return at another time....

Thought wed give it a try for lunch (right next to our office building). Only one other table in the restaurant when we sat and ordered. We were gobsmacked by the prices on everything (higher than any other reputable steakhouse in the region). They didnt have several items we wanted; finally settled on a burger and steak, both ordered medium rare. 40 minutes later ... we were still waiting for the food. When it finally showed up, both items were burned to a crisp. and we were out of time for lunch. Extremely disappointing. I doubt very much the owners/managers take this thing seriously. We wont be back.

Ive been here a few times. I wont make that mistake again. I ordered the chile rellenos to quickly realize that they were the frozen Costco rellonos that are deep fried. My friend had a buffalo burger without a bun and it was literally just a patty of beef on the plate. I thought about ordering the fish and chips but thought their $21 price tag was double what anyone else charged. Everything about it sucked. Bad service, food, prices. There were only 3 women at the bar that werent employees. Total sausage fest.

Went in many times and it is never going to change! Last experience was 20 min to get waited on for a drink...waitress says be right back with menus...25 min later still no drinks or menus..when she did come and i complained...i was told by waitress that i could not talk to her and she told me to see manager. ...Heather...people shes overwhelmed...doest care....its a shame....could be a great place with new ownership...i have talked to owner several times...ownership doest get it....so sad to bad

Ive been to The Boardroom many times for lunch and dinner. The food is wonderful and a very friendly staff. The specials are great and the happy hour is the best in town. They also have an event room that is constantly catering to large and small groups. Cant wait for football season...The Boardroom is the best sports bar in town with delicious steaks! Giant TV in the lounge with fireplace, sofas and recliners. Patio has an outdoor Fire Pit ...great atmosphere...Ill be back!!!

First time was not great, not family friendly, not well organized. they didnt have a drink menu. waitress was friendly but didnt know much about the menu and had to go ask the manager for simple questions. food was good. steaks are way overpriced Second time, they priced our meals wrong. Didnt notice until the next day, when I called about it, they said theyd give the deal to me next time..... Well Im not coming back. I dont recommend this place at all!!!

The servers and management were unprepared for our large group and the service was slow. The food was well prepared and the beverages nicely presented, however, the overall experience was strictly average. If management would increase staff to accommodate demand it could be a great venue. Also some sound dampening material would be useful to prevent echo which makes it hard to hear conversations in the large room.

Wonderfully attentive, sweet waitress with a cheery attitude. Absolutely delicious food! The snake bite appetizers were to die for!.. I had the filet, which was melt in your mouth fabulous, my husband had the New York Strip which was also mouthwateringly great. Both streaks were cooked to perfection. The fries and smashed potatoes were also very tasty. Service was great, just perfect! Well be back!
