Manager working on 2/6, Christian, refused to refund incorrect order, displayed rude behavior during a phone conversation and proceeded to hang up on customer before completing transaction and giving confirmation number from refund receipt. IF YOU CANT GET AN ORDER CORRECT ON SUPER BOWL SUNDAY DONT OFFER TO MAKE IT!!!!! actual restaurant smells like b.o. Anyways and always has junkies hanging around outside harassing customers. Epically poor customer service and even worse excuse for wings. UPDATE 2/11: I called into the corporate office to complain about this horrible experience. I quickly received a call back from another manager at this location. He told me that Christian already had issues in the past and that I should call into the district manager to complain, and that he would both refund my card and give me a $25 credit. He told me the refund would be on my card in 2-3 days. In 4 days there was no refund so I called the store back. I talked to yet ANOTHER manager and he now tells me it will be 5-10 days for my refund. Are we serious here? I proceed to order my $25 of free food and received nothing correctly. They gave us the wrong sauces, did not make our wings wet, and both of us who ate are sick now. We will be documenting these events in detail and submitting everything to both the corporation and our attorneys for review as we feel our food was tampered with in response to our complaint.

Visited on a Tues night at 5:40 pm. Service was bad, server didnt prep table with silverware or condiments. She took order and dropped off half our drinks (my wifes and mine, forgot our 3 yr olds milk) then disappeared for 30 minutes. Had to wave her down to get the rest. An HOUR after we ordered (7pm) we finally got our food delivered by another person (a small boneless, snack traditional and kids meal, not like we had a large group). The food was warm but not freshly hot like other BWWs. We then had to ask another server for silverware and ketchup, who forgot the ketchup. We had to waive down our server for the ketchup and additional napkins, which she forgot the ketchup also so we had to ask again. Resturant was half empty, server offered no explanation or update during the wait time. Weve given this resturant a couple of tries before, with just us 3 and then once with the inlaws, all with about the same result. Dont think well be going back. I can understand a new server having these issues but weve come in contact with no less than 3 different servers who were all about the same and the kitchen is always very slow. We spoke to the manager on duty who apologized and I suppose discounted our meal by ~20% (nobody mentioned it but there was a discount on the ticket). It was nice of him but at that point not really enough to have us back.

Like others have stated in their posts, I never give reviews. To sum it all up we had a party of 12. Firs off it took literally 15 min to receive my first drink and after 45 min of waiting for napkins and another drink I finally got tired and went to the bar myself to refill my partys drinks which I paid cash for at the bar had to get my own napkins as well. Forgot to mention that the food came out cold as well probably due to the fact that it took over an hour to receive it. I could go on and on but what really pissed me off is when I went to the bar and paid for my drinks their my waitress still attempted to charge me for the ones she never delivered. After I received my correct bill I put cash down on the table to include a tip against my better judgment got up to go to the bathroom with my entire party still at the table and was stopped along the way by my waitress. This girl had the audacity to tell me that I need to pay my bill. I informed her that the money has been on the table for 15 min already. I also informed her that I have never been insulated like that before. So needless to say just be aware of this kind of behavior.

Absolutely slow service it took us 45 minutes to get drinks we had 3 different waiters who did not know what they were doing or what they were ordering for us we all got our food at different times we were there for over three and a half hours waiting for our food and waiting for everybody to finish eating because the service sucks so bad and then we leave after paying and when one of my friends was leaving after us they told our friends we didnt pay the bill... Im not an 18 year old kid who went in there was one of my buddies I took my kid in there after a hard played football game with my wife and they say we didnt pay the bill.... please this was the worst experience of my life I will never ever come back to this establishment and the food sucked. .. the wait staff sucked. .. the drinks sucked... this whole establishment was a waste of my time and money. ..when i called back about the bill being not paid the were apologetic and even gave me a food credit... but screw this place... their food and their sorry staff and their food credit!

To begin, Im more of a "hole-in-the-wall" or "dive-bar" guy. But let me tell you this place has found a warm spot in my heart for great sports hang-outs! The food is great (just make sure to tell them not to be afraid of putting a lil extra sauce on the wings lol). The food specials are great! Unlimted Bonless Wings every day from 11-2pm. 40 cent bone in on Tuesdays. 60 cent boneless on thursdays. Happy hour from 2pm-7pm. (sometimes if you get there close to 7pm, they will ring in a few drinks for you before 7pm just in case). $2 molsen and avalanche everyday. And 3.54 32 ounce mugs for the beer of the month (usually bud, bud lt, coors lt, or miller lt). Wait staff is GREAT! Bartenders are great. If you tell them how you want your drink, you get it done right! Any nights with Home team games are packed! and the customers there make it really fun! (When the Nugs beat the Lakers i couldnt hear myself think the cheering was so loud.) and for UFC goers they play UFC fights for free, the only requirement is one drink every 30 minutes!

The food is great and the servers are friendly but the management at this place is abysmal. Last night a manager brought my food to my seat and refused to hand it to me because it was the servers job. He just stood there staring down the server to come over and hand me my food. I started to grab my wings off his tray myself because serving the customers apparently isnt his job. The manager doesnt care about customer service, he only seems interested in bossing his staff around. Which is terrible for employee morale and customer service. I have done my time as a restaurant worker and can say that this is one of the most poorly ran bdubs I have ever been to, which sucks because I love their wings and atmosphere. Luckily there is another bdubs a little further down the road that I will visit instead.
