Waitress ignored us when we wanted to pay our bill. She was too busy changing the music on their speaker system. We even asked another waitress if we could pay her. She said she couldnt do that. She told our waitress we wanted to pay our bill. However, she still took several minutes to select music and visit with another waitress. We have never returned. The food was OK, but not worth the employees terrible attitude.

Went to this place because Ive been to the ones in Hawaii. This restaurant is more upscale. Fast and friendly service, smaller portions, great atmosphere. Less shack then Hawaii, but still tasty food. A great place to watch a game. Great specials and happy hours. I had the grilled salmon very delicious and fresh. Great tater tots too. Both were cooked to perfection. Good selection of beers too. Enjoy.

This is the Littleton staple and is consistently good in both quality and service. The staff has always been friendly and genuine. Our favorites are the wings, chicken specials, bbq, Cuban press, melts, wraps, burritos, and any burger. The steak fries are the best in Colorado. Come in and say"Hi" to Jack and Ron (and stay out of my booth 240!! Ha!).

Overpriced bar food and horrible service! NEVER AGAIN. Waited 20+ min for a beer every time. Made direct eye contact with the waitress with an empty glass in my hand...she walks right past me. 45+ min to cook frozen chicken strips and day old nachos. It took every ounce of my being and my wife to stop me from flipping out on the waitress.

Decent food, but very overpriced. The burgers dont even come with fries, you have to pay extra and you dont even get very many. Your money is better didnt somewhere like red robin if you are looking for a better quality meal that gives you more for your money. Wont be going back.

Been here so many times never disappointed. Im surprised to hear about the negative comments. Rose and I absolutely love the food, the staff, and they always accommodate us when we watch the patriots games. If I could rate more stars I would. Great job guys as always!

This place is horrible!!!! Very rude waitress & the food is very overpriced. I ordered a hamburger for $10 & it didnt come with anything (fries, chips, etc). When I questioned it the waitress told me if I didnt like it then dont come back. Horrible customer service!!!

Surprisingly this little shack was fun. They have great burgers and a decent beer selection. I had a second visit a few days ago. Another great experience. Their tater tots and Green Chili burger was phenomenal. I recommend it!

I dont want to say anything nice about the Shack for selfish reasons! I like that I get to enjoy the service and food, which is outstanding, in a less crowded venue! This is my favorite place but hope it wont be yours too! Shhhhh!

Great neighborhood bar but wish the quality of food was better. Burgers look like they came from a frozen stack & arent flavorful. Staff is very attentive. Happy hour is a great deal because it isnt too crowded & drinks are good.

The food is good, however for some reason every time you order a beer there is over an inch of foam on the top. Ether their bartender has no idea how to do her job or the bar thinks screwing people over is perfectly acceptable.

horrible staff. if I could give negative numbers I would. Dont park in the parking lot if you arent handing over your money. I wouldnt give my worst enemy a recommendation to go here. Dont waste your time.

We were not greeted, and my friend and I being young guys, the manager decided our Kansas state-issued IDs were not valid. Dont come here. We went to Castle Bar n Grill and it was great.
