My daughter is visiting from PA and loves Boston Market meatloaf. We stopped in and were appalled! We waited for 17 minutes, first in line, and not served. They did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge we and other customers were standing there. There were two workers on the drive thru line, one who grabbed himself a soda from the fountain, the cashier taking and filling an order that took over 15 minutes. The last straw was watching the boy cooking the chickens take his grimy gloved hand, wipe his sweaty forehead with it, adjust his hat and then handled food. Thats when we left. I wish I could give this place no stars. I have since learned they are not a corporate Boston Market, rather a franchise. If you want a true Boston Market experience go 10 miles up the road to 3820 N. Wadsworth and ask for Paula. She will take good care of you.

Walked in saw them changing the side dishes ...guy was picking out the "bad portions" before placing the "good portions" in with the new sides. I ordered the Rotisserie bowl, you get 2 sides and chicken or turkey. The little cashier puts LOTS of sides in the bowl and then goes get meat. I looked in the bowl and said where is the meat? Oh you only get this much. Really!?!? My husbands meal was better but not enough for what was paid for. The meals were not good since it was all sides. Cashiers were rude and unwilling to serve more at a customers request. I have only gone to this place once before and now I remember why. Boston Market your policies and employees suck. Thx for making this the last time I ever enter your business. I will spread the word.

Uhhg...had problems here before, and now again. I decided to try again after 4-5 months. The kids that work there dont care. They cant even keep their products available. 2 times now the item I ordered wasnt available, it was cooking. The worst was tonight when i got a meat loaf to go for my dinner. I got home to learn it was burnt to a crisp. The kids that work there need to be trained not to serve food that they themselves wouldnt eat. Really disappointing AGAIN. Ive had good food at other Boston Markets however this one is a FAIL.

Food quality and service are very inconsistent! Rarely was an order correct, fresh and had great, fast and friendly service. Items are often missing. When the stars align correctly it is AMAZING! Boston Market has a great menu. From the meats through the sides, all the way to desserts. They serve Coke products which is always a major factor when making lunch plans. So all in all, if you dont mind being slightly disappointed, or be quick on new food ideas I would recommend you at least give it a try.

Had an issue with my pot pie being over-cooked and could not finish it due to how bad it was but when I told the manager on duty and forgive me I cannot remember her name but she handled it like a pro. She was awesome she replaced our meal and the pot pies we got where excellent. I would definitely come back here because of the way they treated me. Great staff and the young man who helped was phenomenal. Really appreciate the way they care about their customers. Thanks guys

Went through the drive thru later on a Saturday evening and a customer in front of us was being quite rude to the staff. They handled it well, but we had to wait a couple minutes. We werent upset about it at all, it happens, but they gave us our meal for free because of the wait. Fast food is never perfect but the food is always good here and the service was amazing and everyone was friendly.

Service was slow but worth the wait. I got the meatloaf meal with mac, mash, and green beans. Everything was delicious but the green beans lacked seasoning and of course, bacon bits! Other than that, excellent food! Improve the green beans, speed up service, and lower the price a little and it will be a 5 star rating and a staple in my fast food chain rotation!

The food has always been good. For whatever reason they keep closing early which sucks when thats what you have a taste for. I went in this afternoon and it looked like a tornado had hit. Overflowing trash, dirty tables and floors, dirty counters and empty trays of food to serve.. I hope they get things together.

Its lost all its flavor since I was a kid seems like everythings watered down or just no flavor?... not terrible by any means but I would have had good times next door for the price if I would have known that the flavor was all gone... and bring back the prime rib and au jus sauce.. service was good though and fast

The customer service was outstanding! A very nice young lady named Tylor was incredibly friendly and made our experience really pleasant. The food was even prepared better than usual on this visit. I enjoy Boston market a few times a year. This time was deserving of a great review.

Sunday....3:30 pm Drive through was blocked by an employees car, Inside more than 10 customers waited in line....Only two workers at front counter, one chief...I hope this restaurant closes down, or at least the manager gets fired....What a dump....I will never return..

The food is always good (although sometimes they are missing items). The service is usually spot on, unless there is a mistake in which case even the manager doesnt always know how to fix it (sometimes offering food for the mistake instead of the money you are owed)

Dirty, staff wasnt the best, half were outside smoking when we pulled up. Just hoped they washed their hands before helping us.. The food was horrible, no flavor, cold. Damn now I know why the all shut down in the state Im from..
