Cashier made a mistake on my change. Had to open register to refund me $2.00. Bus girl was so busy visiting with a friend, she tilted her tray and food and dirty dishes crashed on the floor by the register with broken glass and slimy food on the floor. She continued her visit while customers walked over the mess. My take-out order was almost thrown at me and no thank you. My steak and noodles had very little cream on it and I added cream to it after returning home. Where is the manager? I have eaten at Belmar in Lakewood, CO and the Noodles and Company was clean, and gave excellent service.

I waited 46 minutes for my food and all I ordered was two reg sized bowels. The staff looks like thay are high. And there is a girl there with blonde hair. That looks like she is on meth. She continued to cough on the food and looked at me like I was the one that did somthing wrong. I will never go back there again. Even though I used to work there. If thay want to boost there numbers and sales and employees morels I would go back. But the people there dont care about anybody or anything.

The food is always good, but if its an option, go to a different location. The service is slow and everyone always seems too slammed to function properly. Thing is, yes, the lunch rush is a lunch rush, but other Noodles locations handle it fine. Today, I called ahead for my order, nothing fancy, and still had to wait about 20 minutes from when I arrived to get my order. Turns out it was just sitting on the prep counter, forgotten. This isnt uncommon here.

Good food. Poor management. EVERY TIME I GO THERE THEY MESS MY ORDER UP. I would not eat here at all. I have food allergies and ask for my food with no cheese. What do they put all over my order? Cheese. My grandfather asked for a side of soup and they forgot it so he did not have enough to eat. Not only do they mess up orders, but they also take FOREVER. I waited for my food for 30 minutes and the meal came out wrong. Save money, dont go here.

The restaurant was was starting to close down despite the people ahead of us going to up to order we were the only ones told to leave. We also stood in line for 5 mins before they told us to leave. Seems pretty lazy. Looked like a manager to. As someone who works in a resturant i have never had two seperate guests walk in and tell the second one to leave. Its the only location that closes at 9 aswell!!

I pre-ordered online and 15 min after it was supposed to be ready, it wasnt. I had to cancel my order as I was on break for lunch and ran out of time. They werent busy there were several people standing around. Then they were fixing an order the screwed up for someone who came back to the counter.

The staff is a handful of unfriendly twenty year olds with more interest in their conversations than customer service. My order was wrong and when I was told they would fix it, they never got back to me and continued chatting in the kitchen. The chicken in my pasta was burned too.

I dont want to stand in a line to get a drink at their one coke free form machine, which Ive had to do twice now. They need to get more than one. Also, we waited in line for literally 12 minutes to order from the one guy manning the register while no one ever came to relieve him

Great service, friendly staff and great food. Love this location of noodles. I love that for a Dollar extra I can get extra noodles and for another dollar I can get extra sauce. Than I get 2 1/2 meals out of one visit!

Food is consistently good. They now have the new Coke fountain with a zillion options, but I love their organic tea. I still find it a bit overpriced. Because it is so busy, it can be a little chaotic at times.
