A total of seven of us came in to give it a second try. On Aug 2nd,2016 we went in and there was literally no one there and we waited 40 plus minutes for our food and it was brought out cold with NO sauce on the wings so we asked to get it fixed and the manager Amber would not do it. So I paid for the drinks and the fries but not the wings because after an hour and a half we still did NOT get our food. Tonight was the same thing. Cold wings. No sauce on the wings. A rude waitress. I asked to speak to the manager and it was Amber once again and she would not come. For a 60 plus dollar order to NOT get anything right is ridiculous. Ila who was our server never once came to refil drinks nor ask how it was. Sandra was sent to talk to us instead of Amber and she said shell replace one order of wings but we still have to pay for them and she brought out bone in wings which no one eats and they were cold. So once again we asked for the manager because being a manager myself that is what we are for, to deal with customers and make it right, yet the manager was no where to be found. She sent people to watch the doors for us not to walk out and not pay but we never once were going to leave without paying. We just wanted our food right. Ila our server came in an attitude and said "are you going to pay or not?" Yea we were going to once we had the problem fixed. One order of wings was NOT cooked. The rest werent with sauce. I kept asking for a number to contact someone that can fix this and she called the cops before even talking to us and even then she didnt talk to us nor fix the problem. I told the cops that I want the managers above her numbers and corporate and she gave me a FAKE corporate number. It is ridiculous for a manager to act the way she did and have people watch us like we werent going to pay because we wanted to pay but we wanted the RIGHT food. For this to happen twice within a month is ridiculous. Im a manager and that is NOT how you act with customers. Its ridiculous that she had to go off on one of her crew members and blame her. From 8:36 till 9:30 we did not speak to a manager, no one helped us. Never have I seen a manager act that way and such terrible customer service like that. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN.

Im giving this one star because it is hands down the worst bww Ive ever been to. And Ive been to a few, its my favorite place to watch a game, and by and large usually a great experience with great food and great beer. However since moving here in august my wife I have been completely disappointed with the service every time we dine in. The food isnt the issue, its the customer service. We constantly feel unwelcome and unwanted. As soon as your food gets to your table you will be forgotten about. Refills are a maybe and any sort of extra sauce or follow on orders arent likely even if you do manage to flag down your server to make the request. Also whatever game you are there to watch you can be guaranteed will be put on the smallest tv on the opposite side of the room. Even if you do make a request its likely to end up on the tv above your head or a tiny one in the corner. We generally try to give the servers the benefit of the doubt and think maybe it was just a bad night. At this Buffalo Wild Wings it is consistently a bad night. I have yet to eat here and have a good experience. Buffalo Wild Wings is my favorite place to catch a game but being the only one in the area Ill have to find a new sports bar because this is unacceptable and downright unenjoyable. I could go on but this is a review not a blog post. Stay away youd be better off getting chic fil a and watching the game at home.

If your waitresses name is Hannah, ask for a different waitress. Immediately. The absolute worst service we have ever had. Sat down in the bar, as soon as we grabbed a table she was complaining that we didnt wait for it to be bussed first, even though it is the bar area. It took her 30 minutes to even get to our table to ask about drinks and another 20 to even receive those drinks. Mean while other tables of hers were getting fantastic service and their food and drinks at reasonable times. After receiving our drinks, we had to ask 3 separate times for straws. It took another 15 minutes before she took our orders. In the 30 minutes it took to get our food, we asked for multiple refills. Each of which took 10 minutes to get back. When we had complained about the service to her, she responded "When you guys just come in and you have seven tables to serve, what would you like me to do?" She did not apologize about the horrible service she gave us, she was very rude the entire two hours we were there. She walked away after we had told her she was not getting a tip. We asked another waitress to speak to a manager. We ended up leaving because we sat and waited for a manager for another 10 to 15 minutes and they had never came.

Boy am I glad waited to do a review after I went and picked up the order for 13 people... We will not be ordering here any longer... The girl on the phone was extremely rude and impatient with me. I mean I was ordering for 13 people for crying out loud. I asked her if it would be possible to get the names on everyones boxes. She replied "NO! ANYTHING ELSE FOR YOU?" umm... yes I still have 6 people left... I dont understand why it would of been a challenge to write the names on the boxes. There was 2 burgers ordered and both of those people complained it was dry... I was told it would be 20-25 minute wait. It is a 10 min drive and I left about 15 mins after hanging up. I got there and waited additional 15 minutes and then they did not offer to help me out to the car. I am 6 months pregnant!! One female whispered something to another one and then they both looked at me. Sorry I may have been a little frustrated with the horrible service I was receiving. But ladies come on if your going to talk about a customer be a little more smooth...here were the names that I received... (CHEYANNE,TASHA AND ACAICA-SHE HAD LONG BLACK HAIR DONT KNOW IF THE SPELLING IS CORRECT ON HER NAME)

Horrible. First we came after the lunch rush, if they even have one at this location, we walked in and the hostess seemed bothered that we were even there and asked us if we were eating. Obviously that is why we walked in and straight up to the hostess stand. Besides the point, we get seated and there is maybe 5 other tables seated in the restaurant, waitress comes puts doesnt even say hi just puts down napkins and straws and says she will be right back finally comes back and gets our drink order. We order our food, only 2 of us, and it comes out 20 minutes later. I ordered a snack size lunch combo with wings extra wet and a Caesar salad. Why did my salad come on top of my wings??? Gross! Its was a soggy mess and some of the lettuce was brown. I didnt even touch it. The wings came dry not even with a little sauce let alone extra wet. So we ask the waitress to bring extra sauce out. She comes back I kid you not 10 min later. My wings were cold and says sorry had to ring it in and wait for the cooks! This is why I stay away from this location, its unfortunate that I was in that area. North Academy location you would never receive that kind of service!
