This location is beyond terrible. We came here for Mothers day and the only thing that was good about it was that our salad came quickly. Sadly, the list of things that disappointed seemed much longer. Our server was friendly however, he forgot parts of our order and it took a very long time to get not only our soup and breadsticks but also our food. After waiting an hour and a half to receive our food it finally comes but was dried out and barley warm. The noodles on my plate were so hard that you could tap it on the table and it made noise and my husbands was almost cold and not freash. You could tell our order hard been sitting for awhile which upset me since we hard waited so long. When we asked to speak to a manager she seemed to get annoyed that I refused to eat or pay for the pasta meal. I understand that it is Mothers Day and they are busy but if Im going to pay that much and wait that long to get my meal it better be damn good. It was far from that. Its sad that on Mothers Day the only one who didnt get to enjoy their meal was me, the mother. My family and I refuse to eat at this location again. #FIYF

Our family took an out-of-town guest to lunch at the University and county line (Highlands Ranch, CO) location. Check in and seating was ok. Our waitress was a 2 on a scale of 10! Poorly attired, sloppy and not well kept at all. Perhaps she had a heavy prior hour - who knows. Our order was taken, Salad and bread sticks came ok, and were ok. Meals took way too long, and when they finally arrived, we were one short - Guess Whose????? you got it, our oot guests. The waitress excuse was the meal was dropped and was being prepared again. So, we waited, and waited "stealing" a byte every now and then. Finally the missing meal showed up (15 - 20 minutes later). By then our meals were COLD, and our oot guest had to eat latterly by her herself! Hind-sight, I should NOT have accepted a partial order of meals in the first place (nice guys, last crap) !!! I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS UGLY RESTAURANT AGAIN, and most likely, any other OG restaurant!

I went to the Olive Garden again for the first time in 4 years. It was wonderful! Our Waitress was named Kristy, and she was wonderful wonderful. I am a very picky eater, and she accommodated me perfectly. I HAVE never before had a waitress that separated all my foods on separate plates. She was delightful and funny and such a shining example of what a waitress (Wait person) should be. It changed my opinion of the olive garden. I enjoyed their food and everything was very tasty and well prepared. The spicy fried shrimp appetizer was actually very good and I recommend that as well. I enjoyed that Kristy offered us a sample of wine to start the evening off with, and that the atmosphere was simply wonderful. Again I highly recommend eating at this Olive Garden in Highlands Ranch and I recommend sitting in Kristys section. Im planning on returning next week, and highly hope to be seated in her section once again. Good luck everyone.

Came to eat for lunch with my family. Service was awful! Hostess gals werent welcoming or friendly at all. We were looking for a booth for my elderly Mother, told we could sit in the bar. The waiter/bartender was horrible went so fast you couldnt ask for anything. He never gave us refills on our drinks, we got the soup and salad lunch. Never asked us how our meal was or if we wanted another bowl. Breadsticks brought out were half eaten. My son didnt like the soup so asked for buttered noodles. They didnt arrive until the end of our meal and were hard and no butter. The manager stopped to ask a table in our section how things were but never stopped to ask us. We used to go once a week, will not go back to this location again.

Good food love the endless salad, but not enough seating for the waiting area and it is always extremely busy with 45+ minute waits. However, they do try to make it more tolerable by offering samples while you wait so that is nice. The biggest thing that bothers me about Olive Garden is how they automatically offer you wine with bottle in hand, even before water, to everyone including obviously pregnant women and Im sure some older looking minors since they offer before checking IDs. It is everyones choice to have a glass to wine pregnant or not, but what about recovering alcoholics who struggle to say no especially when a glass and full bottle is thrown in front of them? Completely ill-mannered, inconsiderate, pushy sales tactic.

Before I say anything we all got food posining here , we have all been throwing up non stop all night and have been sick all today. The party I went with all lives in different homes and we all got sick after we are here. One went to the hospital because of how weak she was throwing up all night. Will never eat here again!!!!!!!! It might be c diff which is really serious!!!! We are all so violently sick right now. On top of this our food was burnt, tasted stale and we had to return some items to get new ones so maybe it was the stale food and was just old. Not sure whatever the case is we are all in pain

I was really disappointed with the food! I ordered a take out for mothers day celebration, not only I had to wait for 45 minutes from the time I suppose to pickup my food, but, once I got home and we realized that the chicken Alfredo had no sauce. It was just dry noodles and chicken. Also, the amount of chicken that suppose to serve 6 people not really the portion I expected for six people, the same with other entries, of course I had a big order and the only thing I liked was the desert I ordered, but other then that, I felt like what a waste of my money!!!

So, mixing Mexican techno with Frank Sinatra is about 50% good and the other half SUCK! Stale reheated breadsticks and a waitress deciding to run the little vacuum while we were eating was only good because it drowned out the mexi techno! Watered down coffee and a drizzle sample of wine are two other reasons why we wont be back here until I win an all expenses paid to Olive Garden. Oh yeah, the garden must be shrinking since we got 2 olives in the whole salad!? Me, Im gonna blame George Bush! Haha. Wont be back!!

Ive been to quite a few Olive Gardens, but Ive never had such personal service that Daniel provided for me. Daniel made me feel like a welcomed guest to Olive Garden and ensured that I was happy with my meal. He even gave me some special recommendations for a weird diet that Im doing. I made sure to tell the Management how happy Daniel made me, and I think hes one of the best Olive Garden employees Ive met. Thank you very much Olive Garden and Daniel! Ill ask for him EVERY TIME!
