The waitress got offers wrong we asked for coffee and waters got coffee after 10 minutes not waters asked again and again for water too. She took the orders, never came back until bringing orders and all 3 orders were messed up or missing items. Two got their order, finally, but still not the waters brought. Asked for refills on coffee and waters and the butter requested when ordering But still had not got. Last order finally to table - yet again wrong, but I said nevermind I will take it like this. She gave a refill on coffee to one person the other two of us sat with empty cups til we could get her attention again. It was horrible. The good cooked wrong tasted bad and the cook was obviously harassing the poor girl waiting tables who seemed new and working all sections alone and he did all he could to screw her up even by making mistakes in orders just to have her run around more. If any decent management had been around he should have been fired on the spot. Overall horrible experience.

So not even 10 minutes ago I had the horrible experience of ordering what is usually a great meal for breakfast (All-star breakfast). Upon receiving my plate of what looked delicious I realized there was a single hair in my scrambled eggs. I calmly addressed the waitress in a quiet manner to inform her of my misfortune. She responded with"sorry"followed by "Ill get that remade for you". Once my plate was "remade" I began to eat my scrambled eggs where I found ANOTHER hair. I stopped eating immediately and was done with my breakfast. I quietly paid my bill as my wife told the waitress about the second hair. Her response, "sorry". I had already been awake for practically 24 hours at this point and really wasnt trying to lose my mind, so I simply left quietly. I suggest your customer relations improve if youd like to keep customers. Ive been coming here for years and never had this problem until today.

I use to love coming here but in last 2 months been crazy. First it started with night shift taking order on phone and messing up than when I called in was lying but they never knew it was me because day crew knows me. Now I been away for almost a month during day and when i ordered food. It wasnt made right and steak tasted funny than I looked down and it had green stuff on it (pics dont show how bad). Called manager that at first came with atitude but did change when I said waitress didnt show you and when he went to walk away I said well I got pictures. The manager said that sometimes their meat comes with the stamp on it. This not no stamp. Meat is bad and past 2 days I been with a bad headache and upset stomach. I will be reporting to corporate because they need to know but I will say the manager didnt charge me or my family member anything..... Will let you know what corporate says

Great food but the temp in the restraunt was colder than the temp outside. The A.c. was blasting and it was stated that the managers before did not turn down the A.c.. Even the grill cook had on a hooded sweatshirt. I had to move 3 times and get a coat from the car. Our server gave part of my food to another patron, she never apologized when we brought the concern to her and never asked if we wanted in made even though it was a part of my meal. I love this place...they have the best sausage, grits and waffles but this experience was not pleasurable. Ive only had great experiences with Waffle House and really hope this was a one time event cause I love the food

The food was good, I like Waffle House and tend to seek them out when I travel. However, the mouth on the line cook here on a Saturday morning was ridiculous. I dont even make it in the door all the way and I hear whose order is this? Im not going to remake it because its cold! Lots of arguing back and forth as if serving cold or poor quality food is acceptable. Additional arguing ensues, thankful for loud radio to drown out the stupidity. Food was good, atmosphere was not. Get a new line cook asap. This person doesnt represent your company or brand well.

Loved it! We dont have a waffle house where we live so when we came to Colorado we discovered there was a Waffle House near our hotel. We loved it so much we came here for breakfast 3 days in a row until we had to leave to come back home. The staff was great and very friendly and the food was outstanding every time. Great experience every time we went and we thank everybody who works there for giving us such a great experience

Super great friendly food service great. Only problem exhaust fan for cooks station needs to be fix very loud bearing burn out manager of store is not getting repairs done on unit properly. T.he excuse parts on order is not excepted in this matter, by time food arrived I had headache. My heart goes out to employees that have to stay inside and work. The repairs should have been done in accordance to ocean safety.

Food is great, most of the servers we have had were great. We did have one server who told us to give her a minute and shed clean the table. Well, we sat down and the woman proceeded to slam down the salt and pepper shakers and other condiments, roll her eyes, and shake her head....that was a bit off putting. However, we love Waffle House so one rude server wont keep us away.

Decent overall, but waitress waited until we were completely done with our food before coming back to ask us if we wanted a refill on our drinks.....sat there for 15 mins with empty cups. Please dont sweep dirt and hair up off the floor inches away from people while eating, its rude and disgusting. Think about it, would you appreciate it? Other than that, it was alright.

We were driving from Denver to Albuquerque with children and needed something fast and filling for the road trip. First time ever eating at a Waffle House and pleasantly surprised!! That was literally one of the best BLTs Ive ever eaten!! And, the service was excellent!! Definitely making this a traditional stop!

Dirty, smelly, cant seat ore than 4 people at a time and disgusting staff. Honestly cover your hickies and if you hire a crack hoe make sure she isnt tweaking before her shift. Also if missing teeth please make sure that the teeth will Not Fall out during my visit. Horrible place.

I love this place, specifically this location. I come here with my daughter all the time, its a daddy/daughter breakfast for us a few times a month. The food is always bomb, Ive never had to wait for service.The staff even remembers us and always seem genuinely happy to see us.
