Lets start from the beginning, came in here around 4pm. Got seated right away. Sat down my lady went to the bathroom. waitress showed up 3 mins later took our drinks I order ice coffee because I thought free refills I mean a place that charges an arm and leg for fresh food refills included nope not for ice coffee what a downer. Oh well more people come in there seated and the same waitress brings them salad and bread. Its now 4:25. 25 mins into we have no salad bread just drinks ok. We ordered at 4:20 woot anyways around 4:33 are apprizters come out Doesnt this look great, looks amazing on the menu right not so much when its on your table. Did the olive garden go down hill recently or just in Colorado? Talked to management there going to replace it so nice of you, shouldnt have to say anything paying 7$ for small hot pockets half filled Still without salad and bread.... 4:38 bread, soup and salad make it to our table wow. 1 star earned for management remaking the dish. Bread stick have gone down hill for sure, rather have little ceasers bread stick mmmmmmm and there only 3$ . 5pm got our food had to push caller server button we got a manager instead for more bread not joking he looked me up and down before listening to me I guess because Im wearing crooks and shorts I shouldnt get respectful service. My lady orders seafood lasagna she said it was bland no taste no seasoning theres 17$ I orders iltay something paste lasagna chicken . Paste taste like Chilis , lasagna taste like Walmart . I wont dare eat the chicken might taste like McDonalds. Disrespectful and judgemental Ill be calling Corp this is beyond management understanding

I would of given it more stars if it wasnt for our waitress! Food was delicious, hostess ladies were really nice, place was clean, nice & quiet as far as eating out. Our waitress from initial contact seemed nice however she didnt even ask if we would like to sample the wine and we also paid for a childs drink we didnt even recieve. She never brought more breadsticks nor refills for our drinks. She didnt even bring us our food she was too busy chatting away with others which I understand is part of her job but its also her job to make sure we are taken care of as well. We asked for a box to go for our childs dinner and she never came back with it. Altogether disappointed in her but delicious food & amazing hostesses! Also the young lady who brought us our food was really nice!

Worst experience at an Olive Garden ever. Inexperienced servers and managers. Server did not know how to take drink orders. Server was slow. Server was untrained. Food was cold...sent back. Steak was ordered medium...came out rare. Sent back. Dessert ordered...never arrived. Canceled order. The manager said he would take it off the check. After waiting for 30 minutes I had to find someone on my own to correct the check. It was only after I threatened to walk out without paying did they finally fix the check. Stay away from this Olive Garden at all costs. Avoid it like the plague.

The service is consistently good. Food comes out good and the same every time. However, Im not fond of the little machine on the table that you can play games/order appetizers/pay your bill on. It takes all the service out of customer service. I couldnt tell you anything about our last few servers, we didnt get to talk to them or get any interaction besides them refilling our drinks (kudos for keeping up with my husbands need for many ice tea refills, most places cant) and bringing our food. Thats a bummer, but with the tech obsession theres not much you can do about that.

Two of us dined at your store on Thursday, October 30 around the noon hour. My son wanted to treat us so he called and spoke with Adam Feeley, the manager and the transaction went very smoothly. Adam came to our table and told us our lunch was taken care of. What a cheerful young man ! A true people person and it was evident the staff respected him and the service was outstanding. Each time I eat there the food seems better and better Love your new menu items too! Keep on keeping on and well be back soon!. K M

After ordering food well ahead of time, I arrived to pick up my order. They did not have it ready and charged me twice for it. I told them I paid online and they told me they would be right back with my receipt. 15 minutes later, no server, no receipt. I was more than patient, I asked numerous people for my receipt and none of them wanted to take the time to actually assist me so I left. My order was paid for, so I was not going to be paying for it again. THE WORST SERVICE YET.

Went here for lunch today for a work celebration. Our food was excellent, our dessert was free for our celebration, and to top it all off we received some of the best service I have ever had from a restaurant. Our server, Andrew, definitely had plenty of tables to take care of but always made sure to check on us and get us everything we needed in a timely and respectful manner. Thank you to Andrew and Olive Garden for making our meal very comfortable and wonderful!

Ordering to go is very convenient, you can order and pay through the website. Staff members are courteous, and the place is very clean. One time I had to wait an additional 10 min due to high volume, and I was compensated with a $15 gift card and an apology which is a pleasant surprise in this day and age. Ive never sat down so I cannot attest to the in house experience. A+ Highly recommended!

Very clean floors. This is important to me because i have a service dog, and when we walk into restaurants and are seated at tables, and the floors are filled with gunk and food, its annoying. Carpet, clean floors. :) The food was pretty good too. Waitress was nice and there was no overly loud obnoxious music playing. If there was any music it was quiet enough not to bother me. :)

Great food and best server named Ruby. Sat in small cubicle area which was quiet and cozy. Mom is amazed at technology and ability to pay at the table. She said I teach her new things everytime we are together. Pasta fagoli soup is a favorite and just love fresh salad each and every time. Dont forget to ask for Ruby at Wadsworth location in Littleton Colorado.

Very phenomenal service, the food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. When refills were needed our server was there to refill without hesitation. And he even boxed up the food for us. Angel was by far the most outstanding server we have ever had at olive garden, most definitely will be returning!

We had a party of 15, service was horrible, we had to keep asking for bread, meals were forgotten, beers never came to the table, we had to go to the bar to order and pay for our beers. The salad had very little dressing. Food was bland. I really dont recommend this Littleton location.

1st arrived 30 min wait more like 45mins then we were seated placed orders took an hour to receive entrée waitress was nice and kept apologizing for the wait by the time I got my food was already full on soup and bread sticks I dont why I wasted my time here
