We arrived around 1830, we get seated semi-fast at about 1845. Our waitress brought us cold bread. We request more bread and get it 10-15 minutes later. Not great timing, but not horrible for Olive Garden. We order our meal and request to have a second plate for the childs meal for the kids. The waitress said that she can just put that on the order for the cooks in the back to separate the childs meal. We get our meal and the kids meal is on 1 plate with no second empty plate. We could have separated the meal, but the waitress said that the cooks would do it. Not done and no second plate. We request a second plate, but the waitress took the plate in the back and had the cooks separate the kids meal into 2 plates. I received my meal (some steak dinner) the steak was cold. The noodles were only warm because I turned over the noodles to release the heat from the bottom. Inform the waitress that the steak is cold. She informs us that her manager will be with us. The manager informs us that itll take 3-4 minutes to cook another steak and itll be right out. 20 minutes later with my noodles now cold due to the temperature in the restaurant below 70 degrees. I receive my steak. The 4 separate pieces of steak are all done in different degrees. 2 pieces were medium rare (they way I requested), the other 2 pieces of meat were over cooked. 1 was medium-done and the other one was well-done. When the manager comes by, he informs us that the meal will be taken off the ticket. We leave the restaurant around 2100. Yes, that would be over 2 hours in the restaurant. At about 2200, my stomach is in knots and Im not feeling good. I make it to the bathroom in time to deposit a good amount of diarrhea. I head to bed, thinking nothing of the bathroom. Around 0200, all my dinner comes back up. Again, this was the worst experience at an Olive Garden ever. I would never recommend this Olive Garden location to anyone. The Olive Garden north of this location is much better service and food.

We decided to stop by for dinner on a last minuite wim because we didnt want to do dishes tonight. Lol. It started out kinda rough when the hostes showed us to our table and it was dirty but we went to the restroom to wash our hands and came back and the table was clear and ready. Unbenowns to us we ordered our dinner without even having our menu given to us but we have a usual on the menu so we just ordered anyway. Our waitress named "Kelly", who use to be a hostes was so proper and friendly and expressed deep apologies for not having our menus and compted out desert. She complained to the manager about the poor service from the hostes. We got our salad and bread sticks and had no utensils so we kinda finger ate out croutons for a few til we saw "Kelly". She was so prompt and communicated that to the manager as well. Overall, anyone could have had a horible experience if they were treated this way a nice restaurant but Mrs. Kelly, our waitress saved the day with her awesome and upbeat attitude towards the whole deal. She was si genuine and friendly with all the other tables she waited and you could just tell, God truly blessed this girl with a cheerful, giving heart. I would recommend every one to come to this restaurant just to be served by Mrs. Kelly. We gave her a great review personally to her boss and a well earned $40 tip. Make sure you ask for her let her know how great of a job shes doing. Keep up the good work Kelly.

We LOVE Olive Garden and have visited easily 30 of them all over the country. This particular Olive Garden was yuck; barely finished (gooey in the middle), tasteless bread that didnt arrive until 15 minutes after we were there so the service didnt measure up to Waffle House and neither did the food. My Alfredo sauce tasted grainy or chalky -- not at all like Olive Garden Alfredo sauce; my pasta was overdone and so was the kids pasta. Ive had better marinara sauce out of an 89 cent can and the kids just flat refused to eat it. The whole time we were there, they didnt refill our drinks once and we were the only people in our section and the place was NOT busy. To top it off, employees at this place are too young and apparently feel free to just sit about the dining room on break, talking loudly on cell phones, arguing with one another about their kitchen dramas and generally ruining any chance at a nice dinner atmosphere. Mentionable is that there was management on scene that even seeing that we were disturbed by off-duty employees using the dining room as their break room still didnt make a comment, so clearly a lack of training. The prices of course remain consistent with other Olive Gardens which means this place is just a rip off. Again, Waffle House has cramped seating, but the food and service are both far better.

The wait staff tries to be accommodating but management is the problem. They will not put adult only tables away from the screaming children. They finally relented and put us in an area that they said was closed and no one else would be seated there. We were there less than two minutes when they started to surround us with children while they seating other adults in areas where they would also be adjacent to children. When I complained the manager told me she was incapable of doing anything other than delivering the company excuse. When I became as loud as the children she became concerned that I might bother the children. So I just got louder until everyone with children removed themselves from my area. After that they only seated adults in my area. I used to like this place but over the years it has gotten worse and worse and the managers are incapable of understanding why anyone would not welcome the opportunity to have a child scream in your ear through the entire meal. THEY HAVE FINALLY SUCCEEDED AT WHAT THE HAVE WORKED SO HARD TO DO. THEY HAVE RUN ME OFF. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

My mother was in town for just one night and when it came time for dinner we chose olive garden . I also work at an Italian restaurant so I have a thick understanding for italian food as well as customer service. Everything was nice to begin with although the service was slow. I loved the salad and breadsticks of course! I ordered a chicken parmesan and asked for meat sauce on the spaghetti only. After almost 30 minutes I get my over cooked frozen chicken patties smothered in chunky meat sauce which is not what I asked. I notify our server and she grabs the manager. Let me add that we can see her talking to him and it is very obvious that she was not on our side. She was flailing her arms and rolling her eyes. He then offers us a 3$ coupon when you buy 2 entrees. I find this absolutely absurd since I didnt eat the meal and it was 15.00 for frozen bullshit. They refused to take the food I DID NOT eat off the bill that was over 100$. I declined the offer because I will NEVER be attending olive garden again. Theyre food is very low quality and the service is awful.
