The staff does not know the menu so if you have a sensitivity to spice or anything else you are better off going online and looking up the information yourself since the new Honey sesame chicken is listed as not spicy on the menu it is listed as spicy on the website and it does have what appeared to be red pepper flakes in the sauce just like come in the orange chicken that the staff will argue with you if you point out that it says its spicy on the menu they will say no it is sweet every time - even when you point out that there is a red pepper that says spicy under it right next to it they will still tell you what is sweet and the first couple bites are but if you have an ulcer or gerd or anything along those lines you will pay for it if you eat it all if spice bothers you and thats why I can only give them three stars because the food is good I like it when I do my own research online and for this dish I even called to separate restaurants and neither of them had this dish Mart spicy even though I showed in the picture online and they said that they did not know what the red was in sauce but that it was not red pepper and it was not spicy, but that is not correct in my opinion with no gallbladder and GERD and ulcers I paid for it from 2pm yesterday until probably 3 or 4 today p.m.

I have been going to this same Panda express for a long time and I always order the same thing The bejing beef. The last two times I have gone through the drive through I just get the small box and nothing else.I felt like they have been mixing other meat as a filler since I asked for more meat less bell peppers.They dont even taste like the same thing. So I called them up since I know the taste I was hoping for and say what are they doing different.It taste like all the other ones now.It use to be so good Crunchy but yet tender and flat. Its like they dont change bowls after they do a saucey mix like Orange Chicken.Anyway I went back in and got another order after talking to the manager.I work for a fast food place too and I to have to make things right. And I can honestly say this order was alittle less saucey and the taste I was hoping for. And the manger hand picked them out for me. I still say something still wasnt right with my order.I dont have that issue when I go in and I can see what Im getting.Please go back to the old way of making the Bajing beef it was so good. Now I dont think ill be back.

Two stars because they were friendly and it has a drive through. Other than that Im disappointed in this location. I ordered a 3 item meal and they gave me two (which wasnt the end of the world, they just heard me wrong I guess) but on another meal I ordered orange chicken and beef broccoli. They gave me hardly any chowmein and an order of beef broccoli and an order of just broccoli. What.the.hell?!?! Im hungry, or should I say hangry? I wont be back to this location.

Food was good, as we are used to, but the restaurant was very cold, and unpleasant. Employees said that they were unable to change the thermostat and the person that was able to make the change was unwilling to come in and fix the problem. Employees seemed embarrassed by the problem, but nothing could be done. Cant certain employees be trusted with control of a thermostat?!

Terrible service, they either ignore you for 10 minutes before asking if you want anything or speak to you like youre the bane of their existence. They skimp on food so they dont have to make more. Dont go through drive thru you only get half your order. Suki the manager just smiles and says ok when you talk to her about the errors. This location is the worst.

I love Panda Express but I do not recommend this location to anyone. I ordered my lunch and when I asked for it to be in a to go box the girl flung the plate and rolled her eyes. I paid for my lunch, including a drink and the lady walked away without giving me my cup. When I asked for cup she rolled her eyes again. Poor attitude all around.

Every time i go to this location the portions get smaller not to mention most things are over cooked. But in my opinion, the worst aspect of this location is that even though Google and their front doors say they are open until 10pm i cant get a meal at 9:50pm. Unacceptable i would say. Someone needs to be reprimanded.

Just came home from getting panda through drive through. Order a 2 entree plate with sweet fire chicken. Opened the box to find 3 pieces of chicken and some veggies. Not exaggerating one bit the entire plate only had 3 pieces of chicken. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was the fact that it still tasted good

Almost EVERY PERSON we saw behind the counter looked like they were of a Hispanic heritage. Thats not bad by any means...trust me, we can make good food! But at a "Chinese" place! The food wasnt bad and they have a MILITARY DISCOUNT! Im always on the lookout for those.

The drive thru was fast and the customer service was great. The chow mein noodles was cold and under taste. They should let you know that you have extra chicken in pt. size containers and sauce for the chicken you shouldnt leave the guest in confusion

Burnt normally other Panda Expresses in town have very good sides. We just order friend rice and Chow Mane could not finish our food due to the overwhelming burnt taste. We will not be returning and I would recommend others avoid this store as well.

Just went through the drive through, order 3 entree meal, honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken and Angus beef. I only got two of the three entrees and paid like 14 dollars for it, probably the last time I go to this panda express

Incompetent staff, insanely disrespectful towards military. Horrible portions, the lady running the cash register through the drive through gave me a vicious attitude tonight for not donating towards the childrens hospital.
