We frequently order from Chipotle as a group of coworkers for our lunch and we use the online ordering. I now refuse to go to this location as they have messed up our online orders 90% of the time, and the mistakes usually are on the order for my coworker who has allergies so she cant eat the meal. We have usually taken the orders back, but this causes us to take even more time out of our work day, and have been offered buy one get one free coupons for the mistakes, but then it happens again when using the coupon and they just offer us a sorry and another coupon. One time our order was messed up on every meal and when I went in the manager was rude and only comped a portion of the ticket. This is ridiculous, and is disappointing as this is the most convenient location for our workplace. However, after switching to the Belleview location I have never had a problem with our online orders. I love Chipotle, but do not recommend using this location for online ordering.

worst experience ever and my heart was set on chipotle tonight. There was a young kid at the start of the line whom was putting less than half a spoon full of each item rice, beans, meat I immediately asked if thats all they were giving now and no response a lady came through the line right after me and the kid piled on the servings..what. I walked out, called the manager and I could here people in the back round "did he call back" and then a womans voice just tell him Im buisy, so I was told the manager Jeanette was buisy. I stated how when there were about 5 people behind the counter and only one person in line. All I got was she is buisy, what lousy service.

First time at this restaurant although a lot of my friends eat here from Centennial Jeep. What they brought in that day looked good so I went for myself. I have to tell you I was very impressed with the atmosphere and when I got to the counter Ana helped me through the whole process. I didnt know which end to start from. The food was amazing and I will be back. It is really healthy too from what I see. Thanks Ana!

Crunchy rice...fun stuff! After trying to get hold of someone off Chipotles website with not a single ounce of contact info, I decided I would simply start posting bad reviews at all the Chipotles I have had crunchy rice at. It seems to be a theme with them in general, and something I cant say I have experienced at any other fast food restaurant.

I love this Chipotle!! Its right by my office so I go there often for lunch. They get a ton of business during lunch time since its the DTC area and Im always satisfied. Some Chipotles when they get busy skip out and make the burritos kinda crappy...not this one though. They are quick and still jam packed with all the deliciousness.

Ordered Nachos. Was told they no longer had nachos. Ordered a bowl instead of burrito and got about 10 bites of food. Went to Qdoba the next day. Got nachos and had easily three times as much food for exactly one dollar more. I used to like Chipotle a lot. Used to.

Placed an online order and came in 5min early. They had that order ready in 2 minutes for me. Food was awesome. They greeted me when I walked up to the counter and thanked me with a genuine smile. My new favorite Chipotle Restaurant!
