I really love Qudoba, and the one in Briargate nails the experience every time. But unfortunately, this new one doesnt live up to the brand standard. The staff are friendly, but undertrained and understaffed. The food was alright. The chicken had some gristle that Ive never had at other locations. The decor was nice, and while it didnt look messy the dining and kitchen area were not clean. Overall, I hope this store changes its game and gets on the ball, because I would love to change my review when they start mastering the experience.

Pretty sad you cant get rice 40 minutes before closing. Whats the point of going to a burrito place if you cant get a burrito. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. Not worth the trouble or the overpriced food. Wrote a letter to their corporate headquarters and apparently they are too busy counting their money to respond. Figures, customer service is nearly nonexistent in businesses like these nowadays.

Some of the worst service ive ever had. They ripped the wrap and when i asked if they ripped it they said no and when i got home the meat and rice was everywhere in the bag. And before even leaving i was filling up a cup when a employee almost pushed me out of the way and told me sorry but she needed a refill because she was busy. I will never go back to this location ever again

I have been to qdoba four times since the opening. Every time, the service has been beyond slow. There has been workers sitting around and not helping even when the line is backed way up. One time, I came at a non busy time, there was only one person helping. Food is fine but if you come plan on waiting in line for at least 20 minutes

The food is really not good. I was happy when they moved in the area, and happily went inside to find a 20 min wait. I ordered just a veggie burrito and asked for guac which ended up being $3 extra. What a rip off. The food was not tasty at all. It was flavorless and bland. I was very disappointed. Would not eat there again.

I ordered online and came in a bit earlier than my scheduled pickup time. I watched my food sitting on the counter ready for pickup. It just sat there until they deemed it "ready" for pickup. Why should I have to sit there just because Im early? The food was ready the whole time. Disappointed for sure. And now my burrito is cold.

Staff does not know what items are gluten free or not, and do not know to change spoons when preparing a dish for someone with an allergy. If the items they say do contain gluten (like rice) then they do not conform to Qdoba standards. Food was mealy. Meat had hard bits in it. Perhaps not trimmed properly?

My boyfriend and I went here the night before he started school. The service was extremely slow, kids just standing around doing nothing while the line built up. And were fairly certain he got food poisoning from something there, possibly the tequila chicken, and now has to miss his first day of school.
