Absolutely terrible. I had a free birthday burrito voucher, so I stopped by for dinner for the family. When we got home the pico was rancid! It smelled of vinegar and tasted of mold. To the point no one could eat it even after scraping it out. We called and were told they would look into it and the next visit we would get two replacements for free, took our info etc. Forward to April, I stop in, the same scrawny little blonde from my last visit is there, and I tell her about the last time. Apparently I should have been given a card ( by what mail? Drive all the way back there to get it?) So she calls her "head manager" who says just to give me a friends and family discount and that they would call me. Took all my info, and never heard from them. Even called back again to reach out before leaving this review. I mentioned the event to the little blonde, I even said she was working that night. Yet somehow it escaped her memory. Your pico goes rancid, someone calls cause no one can even stomach eating the burritos with it scraped out. Yet it doesnt ring a bell? I work construction and can tell you things on buildings from 10 years ago. But she cant seem to remember 4 months ago a spoiled food product they served people that was rancid. Then to be told twice the manager would call me, how bout you let me call them then? NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! I will drive to the one by Park Meadows or even Castle Rock before you see me there ever again. If you cant keep pico fresh god knows what the rest of the products out on the bar are doing daily.

Greedy franchise manager with no respect for customers. Every time I go to Qdoba, I get a bowl of chicken and rice, with nothing else. Every time, I ask them to ring it up as a side of chicken and a side of rice, as it is cheaper for me. This is the only Qdoba I have ever been to that consistently ignores this request. On multiple occassions, they have lied directly to my face, saying "we dont have the a-la-carte system anymore" or "we havent done a-la-carte in years". When I explain to them that literally every other Qdoba I go to has no problem with it, they explain to me that it "depends on the manager". A.k.a., this manager is a greedy b*stard who sees no problem with charging someone $7 for a bowl with $1.50 of pre-packaged ingredients, when every other location doesnt even ask questions. This location is less than a half mile from my house, and I will go out of my way to go to a different Qdoba when I am having it. I cant deal with disrespectful employees and managers who only see dollar signs. I will never be back to this location again.

the pop machine is always broke and all 3 times iv been there they are all speeking in Spanish and laughing in front of customers. It feels like they are telling jokes about the customers. That is very disrespectful and rude. So my family and I will never go back. Especially since there are two other burrito places very close.

"We cant change anything on our chef inspired knockout tacos". -Blonde with tattoos. All we wanted was a different sauce. After calling them out on the obvious bullshit, my tacos were a third the size of every other qdoba I have ever been to. Dont waste your time. The Qdoba on Yosemite is infinitely better.

Waiting for them to open because Im a few minutes early. Staff are walking around getting ready. Opening time passes and nobody unlocks the door for the customer waiting outside. What are you even doing? Most places would open a few minutes early especially if someone is waiting

I will NOT go to this particular location. Ive visited this location many times and will not go back. This location needs more help or more training or both. My order has been made wrong right in front of me numerous times but service is so slow its not worth correcting.

Food is always very consistent. I love Qdoba and will keep coming back. I have tried the shredded beef the last couple of times and find it a little on the bland side compared to the other proteins. Super tender, just a bit bland.

I really like Qdoba but this store is so poorly run. I am here at 11:20 (prior to lunch) and the tables are so dirty. I had to clean my own table. In addition to this my burrito was so small (less than 5 inches).

Good food, better alternative to Chipotle, guacamole is free, lines are very long during lunch time, seating occupancy is low, outdoor seating available, try the taco bowl with nacho cheese

Terrible at keeping the soda full. Second visit in 4 months that the machine had empty choices. Isnt this all in one machine a smart device. How does the staff not know its empty.

I came here every week in high school. Always left satisfied, but with markedly less money. Also, in the summer its cheaper to buy a beer than it is a soda, which is neat.
