Got into line at the drive-thru at 10:48pm, right behind my co-worker who I had followed from work. She entered the drive-thru first, placed her order and proceeded to the window to pay and collect her food, I pull up to the speaker and was told one moment. After 15 minutes of honking and screaming at the speaker to place my order. I pull up to the window to see my co-worker still sitting waiting for the food she had paid for 15 minutes prior. I called her and she said they ran her card, but refused to give a receipt, and still no food. She pulls forward so I can pass and go into the building to see what was going on, but the doors were being locked as i walked up. I then pulled back up to the speaker and a message said that the restaurant was now closed and to come back later. Co-worker still at the window waiting for her food, at this point it was 11:20. Half an hour of waiting for her food and me to place my order. I tried to call but no one answered. There was now a guy behind me who got out of his car and approached the window to figure out what was going on, and to get his order fixed(He only received half of his food which he paid for). By the time my co-worker had given up it was 11:45. Will be going back in the morning to talk to a manager. Please DO NOT go to this restaurant after 10 pm. They will steal your money and wont give you what you paid for.

I would give zero stars if i could. I went through the drive thru this past Monday only to get the worst experience of my life. The girl that took the order gave no total at the speaker box so we have to wait until we get to the window to get the total so we give her a twenty and tell her hold on one second we have the change she then closes the window so figuring she didnt hear us we tried to get her attention when we do she shoots us this look like we are being an inconvenience when she finally gets back to the window we give her the change and then she gets an attitude because she had to do math so we made it easier on her and did the math for her just to catch another snobby look and catch more attitude. Then with an attitude asks us if we want any sauce Im still trying to stay calm at this point and i say yes can i have some zesty sauce for my fries please only to catch more attitude but instead of getting a refund we decided to talk to the manager who then continually shut the window on us while we were trying to explain what happened and tell her being treated like this is unacceptable so finally decided if the manager doesnt care how her employees treats her guests then they dont need a penny from me and got a refund i gave them chance after chance to correct the issue but not even one attempt to do so

Horrible and rude customer service. Waited for 5minutes at the intercom system with no answer 15minutes before closing. Pull up to the window and the man working was extremely rude. States his head set died, which is a poor excuse to have customers waiting. No apology. States again that it is only himself and one other person working. If so short on staff should think about hiring new employees. Also the website needs to be updated. It says that the closing time is 12am but closing at 11pm. Either update the website or if the closing time is right should also think about explaining to the employees not to close early. Will never be ordering from here again. If I was able to rate it 0 stars I would. The rating for this place is low. Cooperate may want to speak with the owners and better improve this as well.

I have to be honest. In the past, this store has had horrible customer service, terribly trained, and poorly communicative employees. Managers who just didnt care! I had been regularly overcharged, given cold food, and LOTS and LOTS of ATTITUDE. Nobody smiled, it was just sad. We deserve better. Today however, I called about a problem I had last night. After several attempts to get through, I spoke with the manager, Irene. She was communicative, understood the situation, and promised to resolve the issue on my next visit. Additionally, she said the two employees involved would be coming on shift within a few hours, and was going to speak with them directly. Definitely an opportunity for training. Maybe a sign of things improving in our local Castle Rock Burger King.

This Burger King has horrible management and ownership. They charge more for healthy sides for kids meals (about $.80 more for apples and milk instead of fries and a soda) Their prices are higher than any other burger king Ive been to and their customer service is horrible. The ones who speak English are rude and most speak only Spanish. I cannot believe this place is still in business after the way they treat their customers. Wendys across the street is SO much nicer, cheaper and with much healthier foods for the kids. We actually walked out and went there after this BK tried to bill me an extra $3 because I wanted milk and apples for my kids not fries and soda. HORRIBLE~!

I just wanted one thing all weekend. Some god damn sweet and sour sauce from Wendys, but they were closed so we drove across the street to BK. Waited 15 minutes for drive thru, and the drinks were filed to the top with ice so I couldnt get the straws in. And to top it off, they forgot the god Damn sweet and sour sauce. How do you eat chicken fries without sauce? Ill tell you. You dip it in your tears.

Update: new ownership as of 4 months ago. 09/15 Getting tired of dried out chicken sandwiches. I avoided this location for years. And if you ask for a fresh one, they say they just came out! Thats a lie, or it wouldnt be dry! The newer location seems to be a bit better! Try there before wasting your time at this one.

The website said it closes at 12 But they kicked me and my soccer team out at 10 they werent chill and I asked for the steakhouse king and they have me a bacon king you would have better luck going to the Jack and the box right across the street friendly people and nice service. This was the worst McDonalds ever!

Dang......Do I really have to give it ANY stars? New owners? I think they didnt realize that THEY NEED TO CLEAN! ! ! The lobby was icky and dont even get me started on the restrooms. We were waiting for CSI to arrive. ( That is enough said. You may not want to eat after reading this.) Sorry. The truth hurts.

I go here because I love burger king, but damn this location sucks. They mess up our order every time, and it takes two or three tries to get it right. I see employees standing around and talking instead of working. Overall a crappy experience. Poor management.

I went in today and the drive thru box named justin was freakin awesome (we didnt mean to) even though we gave him a tough time and he was still super cool like he made my day, as well as the dude at the window (Didnt get his name) and fries were great man
