The hostess Katilyn greeted my girlfriend and I with a great attitude and sat us where we wanted. The server Zion, (I only learned about his name because I saw it at the End of my meal; on the receipt.) Did Not acknowledge us once and was too busy talking about "life" with an older gentleman. As soon as Katilyn noticed me look over to our server for assistance she made it Her duty to come and provide excellent customer service. She took our order Without writing it down and brought us our food within what felt like 10 minutes or less. She stayed attentive by giving us refills, all while doing what looked like some nightly closing duties (vacuuming). I want to make it known that this person went above and beyond for us when she could have done what I would have assumed any other hostess would do... Sit back and wait for the server to tend to us. She excceded expectations and that girl deserves some recognition as a great, and efficient village in Hostess/Server.

This is a relatively new establishment. I come here often with my friends and family. Its usually busiest during weekend mornings and the wait is not unlike other breakfasty restaurants. Pie Rush Wednesday is usually pretty busy too, but its nothing out of the ordinary for free pie day. I like coming in at night. The staff and atmosphere is usually relaxed and Ive never had an issue. The food is served hot and fresh, the managers are friendly and helpful. It does NOT deserve the low average. Try it if you dont believe me.

10/06/16 walked in at 7:30ish. Restaurant was barely half full. Long wait for greeter to provide menus. Did not offer drinks or bring water. Had to return my salad but had the replacement burger & onion rings before companions dinner was even half gone. The burger was well presented and delicious. The waitress made all the difference between very poor review and this review. Give her more credit and better staff to work with!

No allergy menu as suggested by website. Said they were a franchise and different from other VI. I thought they were all franchises. Tried to talk me into eating there anyway by saying they didnt use cheap food. These people were totally clueless. Was very loud asking me what allergies I had to where the entire crowd was looking. We left, unreal, unprofessional, and abnoxious.

Visit this place for dinner And had the worst experience ever since I been here in Greeley! Service is horrible, food cold and taste like has been sitting there for hours! I believe she is the supervisor, throw the syrup at the table ! Because I ask for it! Definitely never going back to this unprofessional establishment!

This was the worst village Inn, we have been twice and the first time, the workers just looked at us never sat us we stood there for 15 minutes, mind you it was completely dead. Went today and the food was horrible, they made orders wrong and forgot food. Only thing they gave us was $10 off. I will never go back!

You really need to hire a new manager for this location. I have walked out four times including today because of slow service. Also, the pancakes are 1/2 the size of the 10th St. location in Greeley. POORLY MANAGED! No wonder this place only gets 2 1/2 star rating on Yelp. Lousy! Go to the one on 10th St.

Your would think it would be better but its not, went there once and there was a fly just kept buzzing around us, second time; again a fly buzzing around us, tables are not cleaned very good, doesnt take that much to thoroughly wipe a table but no, crumbs, streaks, its better to go the one on 10 street.

Its a great place to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat while youre shopping in Centerplace. The wait staff is friendly and service is fast. They get pretty busy on the weekend mornings but the wait is not typically any busier than any other breakfast establishments here in town. Give it a try!!

I had the breakfast burrito. It was not good at all (had better at drive-thrus). I sat for at least 20 minutes to get this bad food. And, it sure was not worth the price! And, it was not posted by bobkleewein - this was posted by his wife. If there was a "contact us", I sure would be doing that.

All I can say is finally a place that is clean, cares about good customer service, and bends over backwards to give a good experience. An all American location that brings in pie and friendly people. Well done Ginger, the way you run this place shows you cere about your staff and your guests!

Service was going great until our waiter disappeared for 10 minutes, leaving us with dry cups and having to ask the hostess for refills. He eventually came back, covered head to toe in the awful smell of cigarette smoke and no apology.
