Visited: 4/22/17 6:33pm-7:32pm Absolutely filthy. Inexperienced cook started falling being, waitress started helping the cook. She did NOT use gloves while handling the food, money, trash etc. She kept wiping her runny nose with her hand while cooking. Her snot hand was used to scoop the waffle batter out of the bucket with the ladle, all the while her hand is slipping down the ladle into the batter on the ladle and then dipped back into the batter. Did this 4x. She then needed to get the batter off her hand, so she rinsed it lightly in the sink - no soap used at all. They way undercooked my eggs, forgot my bacon, forgot my daughters waffle. Asking for the items that were forgotten is what got the waitress involved in cooking in the first place. They then burned the waffle, burned the bacon which they then served to a different table. They recooked the eggs correctly, but by that time watching the gross mishandling of the food and also taking notice of the general disarray and overall filth of the kitchen - we stopped eating - received a discount for the missing bacon, paid the bill and left. We will NEVER return to this restaurant. Its obvious management is clueless and the owners are either lazy or dont care about their investments longterm outcome. This place needs to have a surprise health inspection and visit from the franchisor. If ZERO or negative ratings were possible- that is what I wouldve left. This place is bound to make their customers sick if they do not get things under control.

With this location, its generally hit or miss. When Marie is there everything is fun, friendly, and organized. When she isnt it all goes to hell. Marie is the only reason Im giving them two stars. My most recent visit was yesterday(11/02/16) and it was less than pleasant. The waitress that was there was extremely slow and shuffled around not really accomplishing anything except huffing and puffing and causing two tables of customers to just up and leave. It took 30 min for our table to get greeted and order drinks. The food we ordered was not brought to us as ordered, but we figured wed rather eat what was brought to us instead of waiting another hour for another mistake. We werent checked on or offered refills. We werent given a bill. When we went up to the counter to retrieve our bill, the busboy offered to help us, but was told off by the lazy waitress. Absolutely rude and degrading towards that young man. Needless to say, this visit effected her tip. Highly recommend asking for Marie, as she is kind, professional, and makes you feel like family. I did not get the lazy waitress name, because she never got within five feet of our table. Awful, slow, unprofessional woman.

This place is by far the dirtiest, filthiest, most disgusting place that I have ever been to. 2 out of our 3 coffee cups had to be sent back because they were completely dirty. All the waitress had to say about the dirty cups was was "oh that looks like cherry syrup". From our front counter seats we couldnt help but look on in disbelief at how dirty the kitchen was. At one point someone dropped a dispenser of maple syrup on the kitchen floor. A waitress walking through the kitchen eventually tripped over it, but instead of picking it up, she merely kicked it out of her way. We later witnessed another employee pick it up and place it back on the counter into rotation without even wiping it off. If you are ever considering eating here, do yourself a favor and DONT.

This is place looks like what you get. It is a diner. The food is cheap and hearty but often times questionable. Often times the waiters and waitresses are subpar taking a long time and often hanging out. On my most recent visit one waitress was talking to someone across the restaurant about all the crimes she has committed and how she just got off parole. Not only was that rude but also completely unprofessional. Waffle house will hire anyone. I am all for hiring criminals and those who need help getting on their feet but it should not interfere with their work. Also, I often times get food poisoning from their food and rarely get exactly what I ordered so just be careful.

We had been always stopping when visiting our daughter. This time, March 2015. We sat down at a table that hadnt been wiped, waited and were being promised we would soon have a waiter. So the people who came in after us were served. We left! Prior to that we had servers we got to know and the operation was prompt service and the place was clean and so friendly. What the heck happened. We are disappointed and not likely to return. IHOP or Village Inn it is for us!

I eat here 3 times a week. Luv it and the service there is always geeat. 3-30 second review! i eat here alot but do not come here on thursday. This crew is unorganized. I left one time cause I sat there for 12 minutes with no one coming to my table. Again I am here and it was like they didnt want to take my order. I am watching them now and they seem confused on what to do. All other days is great but I dropped it down to a 4 star because of Thursdays.

TERRIBLE, the fork and table were dirty- I had to ask for new fork. The terrible food was worse then microwavable food I buy from Costco. The louder person there was the employees that were eating in front of us and serving us at the same time, thats why my food had pieces of Jalapenos which it was not suppose to have. It was disgusting eating experience.

Terrible experience. We received very little to no service at all, and when we did, the waitress was very rude and unprofessional. My order was wrong and we were served with dirty dishes. I found eggshells still in my eggs while listening to the sounds of the workers cussing. I usually experience wonderful service and food here, but this was an exception.

Loved it! We were the only ones when we walked in on this snowy, early morning. About 7am. Shannon is a sweet server. Mr. Theron was on the grill and they were training someone new. Everyone was kind and efficient. I went to the jukebox amd when we got back the food was on the table. It was yummy!

How can people continue to eat Waffle House? This location has great staff and generally good service, but Waffle House, as a chain, is pretty much the crappiest food in the country. When places like IHOP and Village Inn sound appealing in comparison, you know your offering is terrible.

Waited for a table with 5 tables open but all were dirty and still had the previous customers dishes on them. We were told to sit anywhere. We sat at a dirty table and it was never cleaned. Was brought dirty silverware and only 1 set and there was 2 of us. Saw other customers walk out.

Waffle house is a good place to go for an inexpensive breakfast ANY time of day. They use real ingredients cooked right in front of you. The value of that seems to be overlooked these days because of more expensive specialty restaurants who want to charge $15 for an omelette.
