Here we go again. We get takeout here 2-3 times a month but not anymore. They screw something up almost every time. Youre lucky to get a box if you order the 12 pack, leaving any hard tacos that you may have ordered crushed together in a little plastic bag. The chances are pretty good that youll get someone elses food or, if you order more than 2 items, better check the bag because you are probably missing something. Their burritos are built so that your first bite is all sour cream or whatever then there isnt any more in the rest of the burrito and so on. How hard can it be? Tonight, we were missing a stuffed taco and a crunch wrap supreme was put together wrong, had a huge hole in the middle which would have the fillings fall out into the little pouch that they come in but it was placed upside down in the bag. Im tired of blaming myself for not checking to see if they did their job correctly. Im done with this poor excuse for a restaurant.

This place always forgets at least a minimum one item that you order. If its late at night you are forced to go through the drive thru line again. When you do go through the drive thru they expect you to pay for your missing items. Asking for a manager makes the situation worse. She tells you, "if you drive away we expect you received everything in your order, if you come back again we assume you want additional items you didnt want before." If Im missing an item that I have paid for, I want that item. I should not have to pay for it twice! And if I do visit a location after midnight I should not be treated as if I am a burden to them. The employees seem to want to play around rather than serve their customers. I will not return this location ever again after Lobby hours end.

Screwed up my order and then tried to charge extra for items we already paid for that they forgot to put in the bag after they messed up nearly all the order. Manager Garrett and Fernando were super rude and cussed at us after thry messed up our order and we asked for resolution politely as the 15 person stacked up....Nobody in the building knew what fresco meant apparently. Terrible. They garrett guy actually said... "If your gonna yell you can get the f**k out of my drive thru" and refused to give us the items we paid for already... who cusses at customers....

Smart ass when I drove up: "Hell-o." ..........silence. I didnt know if it was a recording or a real person. Finally I said, hello? Again: "Hell-o"......silence. I said, do you want to take my order? "Sure, what do you want?" So I gave my order. Silence. Then he says "Im sorry, what was it you wanted?" I said NEVERMIND. And drove to the location on Leetsdale at Quebec. Much better and nicer service. I will never go to the Havana/Mexico location again, even though its closer.

Ordered from the app and was rudely addressed by the manager for ordering what I did and was told they werent even supposed to be doing that promotion anymore and she was basically doing me a favor. I guess that could be true, but it didnt feel like there was any reason to hassle me about it since it was entirely out of my control. Cashier girl was nice about the whole thing though. Ordered the same promotion from the other taco down the road and got my food without the lip.

I havent been to taco bell in 10yrs due to prevs bad food. thought Id give it a shot for a quick snack. Ordered a bf burrito supreme and sure enough it had shredded plastic in it. Went back to get my money back and the manager and cashier were as rude as can be and had little care about them serving up shredded plastic. Glad this happened as I wont go to taco bell again. If u eat taco bell avoid the one on havana!

I live right down the street and get my taco fix here often. The day crew is great! Friendly and fast, usually get the order right. But oh my god dont go after like 7pm. Ive never, i repeat NEVER, get the right order from the night crew. I even called one time because I got tomato by (their) mistake and when I asked for a food credit the kid sighed, put me on hold, and then hung up...

Ordered four items, got three completely different items. Drove back through with the receipt and wrong order to get my correct order, and the woman manager and the cashier were rude as heck and barely gave us the bag of correct items. Seemed as if they assumed we were stealing food. Never going back to that location, the employees suck and the food is cold/sucks.

Whoever was working Monday night into Tuesday morning at the 2 am (August 29th) closing shift, go fire them (male on the ordering speaker). I was there before 2 am and he told me that you guys are closed. Looks like someone else is going to get my money now.

I ordered a beef burrito with only beef, cheese and green sauce. And a 4 pack of cinnamon buns. In drive threw they were very fast and friendly. Only thing wrong was my burrito had fritos in it and the cinnamon buns were hard. Thanks anyways.

I only write reviews if its fantastic or horrible. I walked in not too much before closing and some of the employees werent super happy. But I was helped out by this one lady and it made the experience extremely pleasant!

I ordered doubledilla and chicken chips and they brought me just simple nacho chips then manager acted like I didnt order chicken chips and I showed him a receipt and he was pretty rude and acted like it was my fault .

Honestly, its Taco Bell. But it was clean, the food was hot, tacos were crunchy, staff was friendly. Im pretty sure they mixed up regular Pepsi with diet Pepsi in the back but over all not bad.

Its Taco Bell what can I say. I get a craving for it every so often. The restaurant is usually pretty clean and I tend to dine on off peak times so there usually is not much of a wait either.
