BEWARE: I dont really complain about mistakes because everybody makes them but this was completely out of context. I wouldnt even give 1 star if I could just simply write a reveiw without rating. My family and I love Taco Bell but I will NEVER come to this location EVER again. Especially after their EXTREMELY rude customer service and "management". I took my son there for breakfast before school and we went through the drive through. When we were trying to order, the 1st "manager" completely rushed me through my order and was rude. We had got to the window and it took her another 10 mins to get my food to me and I was the only vehicle in the drive through at this time. It took her an extra 5 mins to get me my food. I had ordered and breakfast crunchwrap with sausage, hashbrown, cinnabons, and just a plain bacon and egg burrito and pink lemonade. We got halfway down the road and I went to eat my crunchwrap and it was filled with bacon. We turned around to go back and I went to bite into my hasbrown for the time being and I spit it out. It was as cold as ice, rubbery, and tasted extremely stale like it was sitting out for 2 hours. I got there and the 1st "manager" walked over to me and I told her that I oreder a "breakfast crunchwrap with sausage" and before I could even tell her about the hashbrown, she completely cut me off and started to walk away and yelled back to the 2nd "manager" that she needed a " sausage scrambler". Not even what I ordered. I waited patiently for another 5 mins for them to give me another wrong order. I had then asked for a manager and the 2nd "manager" said that they were both "managers". So I began to to explain to her about my hasbrown and crunchwrap and how the 1st "manager" treated me. She looked at me like I was lieing about my order and the 1st "manager". I went to my vehicle to get the receipt and showed her my receipt and what I had ordered. I swear I needed to spell it out for her. When I told her about the hasbrown, she said she had just took it out of the hot oil. It took them 3 times to give me what I ordered in the first place. If thats how they "value" their customers then they need to be shut down. Im a manager myself and I make sure my employees and I "value" our customers. If they have a problem, we will go out of our way to make them happy even if the customers get out of line by cussing and screaming at us. I wasnt even being loud or obnoxious. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

The worst taco bell. They will charge you for a taco or whatever it is , they wont give you no meat or beans , but charge you like they did. The manager was the one who brought it to me. One teaspoon scoop of beans and charge me for sour cream and didnt put none, the beans are dried out. They served me this today. My husband didnt get meat either in his food. Dont eat here save you money and stomach problems. Too bad this place is open to the public. Try not to chock on tortillas cuz you get nothing else with it. The one star is a lie too. No stars is what this place really is

First...they ran out of beans. BEANS. Common sense would dictate you put a sign up on the menu, but nope. Then they were handing food out of both drive-thru windows, so everyone was confused as to where they were supposed to be given their food. I had to drive back around because the guy behind me already got his food, and I had just been sitting at the second window waiting for my order. I should have known better than to go to TB, but I wanted something fast and Mexican. Wont make this mistake again and will go to Albertacos instead.

It was a snow day and I figured Id stop by here . Common sense should tell you that if youre close you should leave the sign on the drive thru sign, not the drive thru window so people are sitting there waiting for someone to answer. Actually this is one of the worst taco bells that Ive ever been to not because their food is bad but because their service is just slow and they always mess up your order. I actually have decided to drive an extra few miles to a different Taco Bell just so I dont have to deal with their horrible service.

I just visited Taco Bell on Mesa Ridge. I arrived at 3:55pm I wanted something quick to eat because I had a 5:00pm appointment. I had a craving for nachos supreme. I sat in the drive through drive way for almost 20 mins. Which is way to long. there were to trucks in front of me. I was very disappointed. This is my second time visiting this location. and first time thru the drive thru. Not fast at all, I will not eat here again due to the poor service.

This Taco Bell is very busy. I try to avoid the drive thru because it is so slow. Plus they skimp on their crunchwraps and burritos on multiple occasions. Barely any meat or beans. Some of the lettuce on my crunch wrap today was rotten. The employees at this location are polite. We try to go to the one on 85/87 because it is way less busy and is overall a better experience.

While this establishment offers dining inside it is primarily utilized by the local residence as a drive-thru location the lines can sometimes be long and it can take a little while to get your food but overall I would give it high marks for Preparation especially for a Taco Bell the food is served hot and the tacos are usually pretty fat at this location.

I come to this taco bell at least twice a week. I usually have a great experience here but today not so much. The guy taking the order was extremely rude and acted as if he didnt want to be there. I ordered a doubledilla and the cheese on the inside wasnt even melted. I love this taco bell they just have to get back on their game

Very busy location so expect a wait. Seem to be short staff much of the time and do not always get your order correct if it varies from the standard product offered. Inside is normally very clean and safe. Outdoor seating may be available during summer months but as of June 1 the outside area has no seating.

I normally come to this one in the morning, I normally always get good service I always had the same 2 ladies that are very nice and fast, came to dinner today and everything was good it just took forever. There is one lady in the morning thats kinda rude but shes not there all the time. Not to shabby

Went today and ordered a shredded chicken smoothered burrito with no rice, light red sauce and a quesadilla. Got a cheese qusadilla, cheese wasnt melted at all, an had no jalapeno sauce on it, and a smothered beef quesadilla with a crap ton of onions in it. Threw both away. Waste of $8.

The service was terrible, my order was incorrect, they got snippy when I had to go inside to let them know it wasnt what I ordered with my receipt in hand. Then they were talking about me like I could not hear them and to top it off the soda was flat and inconsistent! Never again!!!
