Had a - hoping its a "one-off" - negative experience at this location. Was told by closing shift leader that we had 10 minutes to eat our food, when we had specifically asked if it would be okay to eat inside since it was near closing. Was told by very nice associate at time of order that of course it would be no problem to eat inside and that we would not be kicked out. Additionally, many of the booths had not been cleaned, and tables dirty, used napkins on the floor, etc. I also had an allergic reaction after leaving and another member of our party had some stomach issues. We have never had any issues or experiences like this at any Chick Fil A and was very disappointed about the rude service received. Manager did call to follow up next day and address the concerns which I do greatly appreciate.
When you first walk in, depending on what time of day, you could be greeted by the staff (during slow times) or almost completely ignored (when they are slammed). The food gets to you in a generally quick time. If you want a refil, you may have to wait a little bit. It is generally clean, but the womens bathrooms are not always kept clean or stocked on TP. If you decide to go through the drive thru, they are pretty good at getting you your food in a timely fasion. The down side to not going in is that it seems you get stuck with the not so friendly staff at the window. They seem more about getting people in and out that I didnt even get a "have a good day" or anything. Over all I am satisfied with my service there and the food is and ways hot and ready to eat.
This place is always busy but they staff for it! The lines move super fast because they have the staffing to handle the demand! They have a kids playground but its for older kids tho :-( kids 3 and under have a hard time in this tiny playground. Love they they have healthy options for kids and give out books instead of some silly toy. The parking lot is small and if you park on the side of the drive through line its not easy to back out. If you see a spot up front and you think "this is my day!" Beware! Pulling out when the drive through line backs up you are stuck praying someone will let you out..
Free coupons brought my girlfriend and I to this location for a Saturday breakfast. I was amazed - AMAZED at the customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant. I knew the food would be delicious, because it always has been. What surprised me was the crew! Ive been to a lot of restaurants and I even work for a restaurant corporation so I value and recognize great customer service. The staff here was very friendly and accommodating. She took both coupons with no argument or exception and made sure that I had everything I needed or asked for. This was a great dining experience.
The food was good but the staff was extremely disrespectful. We ordered our meals and the girl behind the counter seem distracted and would not speak up. She read our order back and we could barely understand what she said. The service was quick but my meal was wrong we went to the counter to get it fixed and they told us we were wrong. They argued with us but finally "fixed" the food. I received the wrong food again and gave up and ate. In my opinion the manager should have stepped up and didnt. We will not be returning to this specific location.
Although sometimes short staffed this is an amazing place to eat. I have very high expectations of most fast food restaurants. This Chick-fil-A does a great job of getting hot food out in a timely fashion. The food is amazing 99% of the time. Being a extremely busy business you can understand that every once and a while there will be some mistakes and some people are so arrogant with their comments "This place is crappy... I had to wait a long time for my food...." Blah blah blah. Dont listen to the 1 star comments. This place is great.
I come here like every morning before work. Extremely disappointed last week and this morning. Just fire everyone new for the love of god. The food is great but the drive thru employees dont understand Chick-fil-A sauce. This morning I got Polynesian sauce. The other 2x last week I got barbecue sauce. Neither of those sound like Chick-fil-A sauce. Everyone knows I talk loud and clear so their is no room for error on my part. If you cant fix the problem Ill be going next door to Burger King.
I cant believe my eyes. Went through drive thru got food husband looked in bag and says this is only one of the meals so the guy got the next bag and gave to my husband he looked in bag and said okay cause it was right. Then the manager requested both bags back and looked in them and said thats wrong and then threw the bags in the trash........ she threw our dinner away that we were perfectly happy with. Ended up waiting 5 more minutes because she was ignorant. Needless to say very unhappy.
This is a fast food restaurant with none of the usual fast food taste or experience. I was first taken back by the language they chose for standard e.i. "how may I serve you", "my pleasure". Its a subtle difference but it was nice. After my very small talk and a very short wait I was again surprised at the quality of the food. Hot, Fresh, and delicious and in no way could I begin to compare Chick-fil-A to a B.K.or Goodtimes or McDonalds. Check it out I doubt youll be disappointed.
First time Ive ever had a less than stellar experience at any store. Fries were already soggy upon receipt, my 4 pc tenders were laughably small compared to the 12 pc nuggets or even the 4 pc I would normally get when I order it. I ordered a seasonal watermelon mint lemonade and the cashier offered it "frosted" and strongly endorsed the option but didnt mention that this was an upcharge or explain that I would be getting an ice cream dessert and not an actual beverage.
If you download the Chic-fil-a app, you can put money on the app, order from the app, and have it ready for pickup by the time you arrive at the specified location (you choose). After a certain amount of purchases, the app rewards you with a choice between their icecream, a fry size, or a fruit cup for FREE (no purchase necessary)!! Their food is almost always as fresh as possible (not being too dry or lukewarm) and their staff is kind.
Worse Chick-fil-A in Colorado. The only reason this is a 3 star is because the food is consistent with other stores. The store was filthy nearly every table was dirty and they were not very busy during our visit. The girl who took our order was not very nice, and when my wife asked for a wipe to clean the table the guy she asked said he had no clue where they were to ask someone else. We will not be returning to this store.
Used to be really good until they began their funky two lane drive-through, with people standing outside, including at the pickup window. Dont know if they accomplished what they set out to do, but wait times seem to be the same, if not longer. Chicken has also shrunk in size as they used to be bigger on their breakfast bagels and deluxe sandwiches. However, the food is good and their customer service is always top-notch.
