The last time they failed me utterly, I decided not to write a review, thinking that it might not be worth the effort to describe. However, they have managed to demonstrate the worst customer service of any place Ive seen, outside of TV dramas of course. Frankly, I think the only reason theyre still in business at all is because people are fooled into thinking that they are anything like the other Pizza Hut franchises around. Spolier alert: They arent. I placed an order for a pizza around 9:20 and they gave me an ETA of 1 hour. At 10:50, knowing that they would be closing soon and they were a half an hour late, I called them to see if I couldnt find out more information. I understand it was a Monday and they may be busy, likewise its late so they may be one of the only places open, though perhaps they should say that they close at 9 PM so they wont have to take orders after that - this seems to be a recurring problem for them. Anyway, I waited on the phone for 15 full minutes, only to have them pick up the phone and then immediately hang up without talking with me, twice. Hopefully they refunded my money when they decided not to send my pizza for whatever reason but, unfortunately, as of the time of writing this review I have no evidence of that. In summary: Pizza Hut: If youre reading this review, I heartily recommend you close this location as soon as it is practical. This franchise does little else except it drags your good name into the dirt. If you redirect me by phone to this location when I try to call the other, better locations again, I will take that as a sign that you are simply uninterested in my business. Ill gladly choose Blackjack, Dominos or even Little Ceasars before Ill order from this location again. Update: I talked to the manager the next afternoon to cancel my order (perhaps that was a bit snarky of me); he informed me that it hadnt actually been put into their system. He was kind and courteous and offered me a credit towards my next order. It would appear that there are some reasonable employees at the location.

Had a horrible experience with this Pizza Hut. After a long day I was hoping for a quick meal and to find out that my "pizza got dropped" when they always try and deliver it to the wrong apartment when I always include special instructions that are very clear. Very last stair case on the right! Not only was I lied to cuz i seen the pizza guy park in the first complex in the front with his hazards on and go up Come back down and leave. I was offered 20% discount for the inconvenience. They deliver atleast 1x a week and they can never get it right! Terrible service! Makes me pissed off lol cuz usually the pizza is on point and just very disappointed in the service provided. Now since they were in a hurry lets see if my pizzas are made right. Like I felt she could have done something better than 20% like come on I always order from you! Repeat business is what you want right?

Absolutely 110% the worst pizza hut I have ever been too.. I understand if its close to closing time and u had a long day but there is no need to take it out on ur customers who may or may not have had just as long of a day. The MAMAGER was a complete b****. Originally told me that I should probably look at the menu because the topping I asked for was not on there and then tried to blame me for why the door was still unlocked when another customer walked in. I will be calling a gm on her.

Worst customer service! Placed online order with address and it showed 80th and Sheridan store was our store and they have delivered to us about 20 times. So an hour after odering pizza and it not arriving we decided to call. Somehow the manager says we are not in their delivery area that our store is the one twice as far away. Supposedly they transferred our order to the other store without notifying us. Just lost a customer for LIFE or until that $hitty manager gets FIRED!

This place has major issues. Ordered online at 445pm for a 545pm pick up. Arrived around 545pm and was told itll be another 5 minutes. Ok, so i wait...........Wait for an additional 30+ minutes!!! Asked the manager why its taking so long and asked for a refund. She says "oh its been ready but just sitting in the warmer".....really? Not only that, but i opened up the box and wasnt even what i ordered. This isnt the only time Ive had issues with this place.

Customer service is apparently a foreign concept to the staff at this location. The employee I spoke with was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. He was insulting and abrasive and hung up me twice when I asked him to clarify a policy regarding deliveries. I have literally never been treated so poorly in any establishment. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your business.

Always order online if possible. This place has messed up my order more times than not and they can be pretty rude about it if you dont have the web proof of exactly what you ordered. The pizza is decent when its made right but dont expect decent service. Youll probably want to go in to pick it up so that they remake it quickly or youll have to wait for another delivery driver to show.

If I could leave the rating blank, I would. Worst service I have ever experienced. Waited 30 minutes for my order to be ready while the employee just sat at the back on his phone and pretended like I wasnt there. Finally another employee came and pretty much threw the order at me. First and LAST time we ever come here. Seriously people, dont waste your time or your money here.

Horrible service. Waited an hour for 1 order of wings got home and they where overcooked and covered in grease. Called to see what the manager would do for me and only got store credit after being told " not sure you want store credit anyways since our wings are dissatisfying" dont waste time or money at this establishment. Wouldnt recommend the food for my dog.

Will never eat here again ! After finding a fingernail in our pizza we called and got told my name and phone number was not in the computer, so there was nothing they could do. My husband and I went back with the fingernail and they magically found my order, name and phone number in about 15 seconds. Dont waste your time or money on this location.

Pathetic. Expensive, and even w/ their fancy, no way to error online ordering system, they STILL cant get the order right. Bland, zero flavor, (maybe because they used next to NO marinara sauce, and forgot the garlic butter and herbs on the crust, like what was requested). Just a pile of dough and cheese, for a LOT of $$$. Never again.

This place took for ever to get my order ,over an hour. When it showed up the order was wrong and items where missing. Tried calling back so I could get my correct order and they never picked up the phone. I was highly dissatisfied with the pizza and the service. Wow Im sure your doing yourself a service by trying some other Pizza place.
