I know I know; it doesnt look like much...its a very small building, a tight staff, its hot inside and it smells like onions (as do you when you leave). It is in a relatively inconvenient location for traffic...making it hard for folks to want to stop in and peruse a menu if they havent already set on stopping in to eat. All of those inconveniences...and I hope it never changes. The heart of this restaurant isnt its gigantic elaborate decorations...or its high-ball waitstaff outfits...or its endless and overpriced wine selection. The heart of this place is that a) they always have exactly enough room for you, anyone you are with, and everyone else there...b) the waitstaff (or "family" as I like to consider them) dont get any better...c) it is literally the best pizza on the planet and ...d) you dont have to deal with gigantic elaborate decorations...high-ball patrons, or endless and overpriced wine selection.

Wow! Ive been to Italy and this place tasted just as good or better. I loved the flavors of their Roman Italian Chicken. Their homemade Italian dressing is their secret ingredient. An interesting conversation with another guest while we waited for a table: hes been going there for 25 years and usually the people he meets in there have been going there longer. Bottom line: the locals love it. Dont dress up, its casual.

My family dinned here for pizza and pasta years before I was born! Then at the age of five I remember meeting an older woman, the owner, who gave me a big kiss on the cheeks every time we went to eat there! They have pinned pictures of kids she has met while owning the restaurant on almost every wall! They even still have a pic of my brother and I taken in 1980! Cool eh! Oh yeah and the food is way excellent and yummy !

Authentic Italian Pastas. Fresh Baked Manicotti and delicious Ravioli and Meatballs. Continuously the best food every visit. Family owned and operated this is the best Italian home cooked food in town. Great service. A must. We call in our order due to it being small inside and constantly packed, but it is always super hot when we get home and ready when they say it will be. My husband and I both love this place.

Weve only been to this establishment twice, I first time was amazing, everything was very scrumptious but our last visit was not as delicious, mainly the lasagna, which my husband ordered, he said it was just mediocre at best he said they changed something about the texture with to big of pieces of mushrooms and the meat was even to big of pieces and hes a meat eater...

Loved this place! Jenny was a wonderful waitress. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great advise. The food was great. She also told us about Rifle Falls. It was on our to Glenwood Springs. We took her advise and visited. It was so worth it. Thank you Jenny. It made our vacation so much more memorable.

I have not been here but my friend is currently dining there. I have been waiting to hang out with him, he arrived around 6:30 pm MST. it is now 8:16 pm MST and he has informed me he JUST got his food. thats ridiculous. I would have walked out of the restaurant and am making this review on his behalf. step it up, guys.

Authentic and fantastic Italian food, usually a short wait but well worth it! By the time youve finished eating youll want to go to stretch your legs since the seats are not padded, but youll go with a pretty full takeout box for later since portions are large. Not a lot of frills but a great place even for a date.

This place is one of the few hidden gems in Colorado Springs. I moved up to Denver and still have yet to find an Italian place that can rival the food. The lasagna is amazing, the menu says please allow 30 min for baking, and it is 1000% worth the wait. If you get the opportunity, do yourself a favor and try it out

Pizza was great but the lasagna was the best. Very small place with short dinner hours. We were there 10 minutes after the doors opened and tables were already filled so had little wait. I was talking to a guy waiting for his take out order that they start taking take out orders an hour before opening.

Ive driven by this place many times and finally stopped in last weekend. Im so glad I did! The atmosphere was nice and cozy, the wait staff was super friendly (they knew almost everyone else in the place), and the pizza my husband and I ordered was excellent. Cant wait to go back and take the kids.

Great intimate Italian Charm and good food. Been going there since I was a kid and even though I live out of state, its good to come back to some places that the growth of this town has managed to take away!!

Great food, but make sure you plan ahead if you have more than four people in your group. The restaurant itself is quite small and they dont have a lot of room for waiting.

Great small town atmosphere and the pizza is pretty good. I would definitely recommend their pizza the next day, too, because I thought it was almost better when reheated!

Great home-feel for a restaurant. Their Italian food is wonderful and we have returned often. Great service, and theres usually a wait as it is popular

The staff was friendly. However, the large portion of pasta had very little sauce. The salad lettuce was clearly past its prime, borderline soggy

One of the best pizza palaces in the springs. The antipasto salad is unparalleled. Make sure you order some lambrusco to compliment your meal!

The antipasto salad is incredible. The lasagna is great, too. The pizza is hit or miss. You have to get there early (5PM) to get a table.
