Went in on a Tuesday 1:45. Empty store. Had my 10 lb dog with me, well-known behaved. Wait at the front. Waitress walks up and I ask if outdoor seating is available (every restaurant I have been to is OK with dogs outside as long as they are well behaved). She says yes and sees my dog and then pauses to turn. The waitress was very polite. A man from the back was walking up with a less than polite look on his face and starts shaking his head. They DID NOT OFFER any other options. No order to go, drinks, no effort to sell us anything. 1 star for that. I worked in pizza joints in college and my boss never let anyone walk out without at least trying to sell them something. Offer something. I love mellow mushroom but I will not be returning to that specific location. BTW California Pizza Kitchen around the corner was much more accommodating. Ask for Taylor she is the bomb.

This is the first time Ive visited Mellow Mushroom in Park Meadows since its recent opening. My family and I have eaten at Mellow Mushroom in Southglen many times so I was excited to see how this new site stacked up. I am happy to report that the new Mellow Mushroom site is just as wonderful as the "older" one! First the restaurant is beautiful and modern looking. They have a great selection of beer and good happy hour deals M-F. They have mostly pizza of course, but you can also order burgers, salads, and sandwiches. They have a good selection of kids food and wonderful appetizers. I definitely recommend the pretzels with beer cheese! The pizzas look weird on the menu as theyre not your traditional pepperoni or meat lovers however, take a risk, you wont be disappointed!

Management and staff are clueless and rude. On a nice summer day our group needed outdoor seating for medical reasons. I was told this location had outdoor seating. I called the location to verify, "yes" was the response even after pointed questioning. After our group drove across town, this location does not have outdoor seating. It has an enclosed heated and air conditioned patio with windows. Definitely NO OUTDOOR seating. Management and staff could care less of our plight. They didnt even know the difference between outdoor and indoor. They kept insisting their climate controlled windowed space was outdoor. Will never go back.

Crappy food and below standard for a chain, but the local craft beer selection is surprisingly good! BUT they nickel and dime your take away... $3 extra for cheese dip, when it already came with our app?!? ... Okay, this is my third edit of this review. We got home with our takeout and realized the custom salad that cost $23 was really a $7 house salad, and that $3 cheese dip.. was almost as much as the $5 app we ordered with the same cheese.. and they never asked if we wanted to take the leftover cheese, or pay for a new helping. This place is a must pass! Period.

Atmosphere was great! Staff was super friendly. The wait to get our food however, not great. We waited over 30 min to get our appetizers (the pretzel bites which were very delicious, but maybe because we were so hungry by the time we got them). The waitress did explain that they were going through some corporate changes (including starting to always putting Ricotta cheese on their calzones...) and the staff from another closed Mellow Mushroom coming to this location, theyre hoping to make improvements. Im not sure if Id go back.

Great food, reasonable price except gluten free pizza. Most places charge a couple dollars extra for gluten free pizza. This place charges you medium price for a 12". As a result you pay minimum $19 for one. Way too expensive for one person at this type of restaurant. And if youre like me and only one family member has Celiacs you would spend closer to $40 for a family of 3 to have pizza. If not for this outrageous upcharge itd be 4-5 stars easy.

The food is excellent just like the other Mellow Mushrooms, just *go* to any of the others. Im not sure why, but they seem to have some serious customer service issues. When you have to place one order four separate times, including being presented with the wrong order after completion, its time for something to change. Theres nothing wrong with the franchise, and the manager did fix it, just be forewarned.

Great food, but the staff is rude. Our waiter, Ryan, was amazing, but our experience with several other people - hostesses, waitresses, was shocking. They were rude and not accommodating at all. Thank goodness Ryan was our waiter. He took great care of us and was awesome! Outside of the attitude from the front of the restaurant, I would come back for sure. Pizza was great.

Food is fine... Given this location 4 tries and and not yet had decent service. This time watched the service staff wait on every table around me, two of which got there after me... I sat there for 20 minutes before I could even order my drink. Then they try to tell me it was the fronts fault for seating too fast. Really? Save your time and go to Southglenn instead.

If you havent been to one of the 150+ Mellow Mushroom restaurants across the nation, then youre not missing much. Theyre a typical pizza restaurant but everything is a little more "groovy". They have interesting options as well as classic and you can customize your pizza too. The "Drunken Fun Guys" are delicious little bread bites that you should definitely try.

I had a very poor experience here. The gluten free pizza crust they use is the worst I have had anywhere, at double the price! In addition, it was burned to a crisp. They informed me that "its just the way the gluten free crust is." It was the worst gluten free pizza I have had, enough for 1, and was almost $25! Poor quality food.

Great spot for large groups. Been here a few times for family birthdays & gatherings. Great selection of beers. Pizza & beers are my favorite! The inside eating area reminds me of a cafeteria. I prefer the enclosed patio. Weve always had good service just watch out for those small up-charges for sides of honey, dressing etc.

We had a really good experience. We got checked on and they really tried to make sure we were taken care of. I was there by myself with two toddlers so having people not act irritated that you are there is a huge bonus. The food was good and i like how many different ways that you can customize your food.

This is a new and kinda different place. Food was good, but you have to be willing to adventure some. Staff was friendly. They have pizza and burgers, but also other dishes. Prices were reasonable and food was plentiful. Lots of families with kids there, so you know they thought the food was good!

I really like the food and service is usually pretty good. But super expensive for Pizza. 1 large Pizza 1 Calzone 1 order of cheesy bread and 2 cookies $62.00? You can have it delivered for less than half that from Pizza Hut, Dominoes, or Papa Johns. I would give 5 stars if it was decently priced.

I just walked out of this Mellow Mushroom. When we walked in we were greeted by a very nice hostess. After being seated I noticed many of the menu pages were covered in sticky syrup and the edge of the table where we were seated left a crusty brown stain on my shirt. We didnt eat here.
