Ive heard the place was good so we gave it a try. So disappointing!!! First we ordered drinks. Diet Pepsi, lemonade and a coots light on tap. They were out of lemonade, whatever... that happens. Switched it to a Sierra Mist. Minutes later he comes back and says that coors light is gone on tap but offered a can of it. Didnt even attempt to offer any other beer on tap or any other drink... so we ordered a water. The pizza was so greasy and soggy, it was like it was uncooked in the middle. We ordered the pepperoni & sausage, and when I picked up my slice, the sausage just falls off of the pizza. Theres so little cheese, that the toppings were falling off. They also cut the pizza slices very evenly. We also ordered BBQ wings. They had clearly been sitting out and were cold, and the BBQ square was watery thin. Walls needed the paint to be touched up. I wanted to pull the speakers off of the walls--the music that was playing was so obnoxious. The waiter was not attentive. We had to wait for our plates while our food continued to get colder. There were only lids on half of the red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese containers that sat on the tables. Made me wonder how many kids stuck their fingers in there before we sat down. We finally got our check (which was only $19 with taxes, the only good thing). We waited more than 5 minutes for the water to come back to collect our payment and he never came back. We walked up to the counter to pay and he was there helping another customer and looks up at me and "thanks us for coming in" as if we are walking out the door and then realizes I have the check and my card in my hand and says "oh". When he finally finished up with the other customer, he asks us how our food was. I politely told him "disappointing." And provided the details above. All he says is "sorry." And hands me the ticket to sign. He doesnt wait for me to sign it, he walks away. The lack of customer service in its self makes me not want to come back...and I wont. Id rather eat little caesars. All the staff that we could see were young kids. Still in high school or fresh out of high school and there was no management that was not visibly present.... maybe thats the issue right there.

My first time here. My husband, my son and I got there about 5:45pm...On a Friday. It wasnt a lot of people in there...cool. We sit down place our order. As were ordering, Hailee our waitress pauses me to go get a pen and paper to write the order down. We ordered a create your own pizza with olive oil, sausage, roasted garlic, mushrooms, red onions and roasted peppers. We ordered our son the kids meal. Hailee comes back and says they have to remake our pizza because they put tomato sauce instead of olive oil. So we waited about 20 more minutes. She comes out with our pizza, but not our sons meal. It was like she didnt even put it in. She looked perplexed, then I saw her put something in the computer and about 15 minutes later my sons meal comes out. She apologized saying the kitchen was backed up. The pizza was GREAT!!!!!! Cooked to perfection!!! When we were done, we decided to order a pizza to go. It took us 30 minutes to get Hailees attention. She never came back to check on our drinks. My husband had to ask for a refill. We get the to go pizza about 20 minutes later along with the check. We sat there waiting for Hailee to come back. We stood up and she rushed over. Fastest she ever came to our table. Only two stars because of the service. Food can be great, but service is everything.

Update 9/1/16 from a 4 star to a 2 star after today. The good, Staff was very friendly and our order was taken quickly (2 Stars). The bad -3 Stars, Took about 10min to start making our pizza. They were doing other things in the back of the kitchen. Pizza out of oven to soon and the center was not cooked. I asked them to put it back in for a couple of minutes and the opted to make a new one. Ok thank you, but they went for the quick cook and held it directly over the fire and burnt the bottom really good. They did get it cooked this time. Also it had very little toppings and was closer to a cheese pizza then a #50. Very disappointing when I know they can make a awesome pizza and todays was not good at all. Bummer :( We have eaten here several times. THe pizza is always wonderful.. We had the Supreme Ruler 12" and it was perfect. My girl didnt want olives on her side so she got banana peppers instead. We each got a draft beer and they were very warm. The beer was disappointing. Service is sometimes spotty but it was excellent today. We will definitely be back for more. Worth checking out. I gave it a 4 star today because of the warm beer. Because YELP SUCKS I use google reviews for accurate reviews. So should you.

Our family has been patronizing this pizza joint pretty much since it opened in 2014 or 2015. We were ordering pizza or dining in about 3 to 5 times a month. The pizza is very good when it comes as ordered. The problem is that it comes as ordered maybe about 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time it comes missing ingredients or under or overcooked and one time it came with gluten-free crust instead of regular pie dough. SO FRUSTRATING! And wanting to continue patronizing the place, we have dutifully called to express our concerns and ask for more accurate delivery of orders. We even have ordered online, then called the restaurant to confirm the order and it still comes not as ordered. The worst part is that 2/6/2016 we had another SNAFU with our order and were told by a male manager, Max, I believe that we should just stop ordering pizza from there if we have so many problems with our order. Insinuating that it is our fault the pizza is not coming to us as ordered and not system problem at the restaurant. Its unfortunate that QUALITY, CONSISTENCY, and RELIABILITY dont seem to be important at this business. And I think we will take the managers advise and take our business elsewhere.

The absolute WORST service I have ever experienced. I am new to the area and always try to support local businesses, so decided to place a delivery order here. My pizza took an hour and a half to be delivered, when I got it, the order was wrong and the pizza was cold. The delivery driver was nice enough to tell us he would bring back the correct order and make things right. After another 45 minutes, I called the store to get an update and the manager accused me of trying to get free food and then asked for the pizzas that were delivered back, (health code violation?). Then I went to store to speak with the manager and get the pizza I paid for (I did spend $55) and he was EXTREMELY rude. I believe his name is Brandon Stephenson. He told his employee not to give me anything, he was condescending and confrontational. Even one of the cooks was rude to us complaining about he "busts his ass making pizzas"..ummm, hello, thats your job. I dont care how good your food is, customer service is everything. I will NEVER give this establishment my business and I will be sure to spread the word to all my family and friends to avoid this place. Literally the worst experience.
