Ordered my pizza at like 5:30 / 5:45 ish. My pizza came to me wrong. Driver tried giving me excuses and stood at my door like I was just going to accept the wrong pizza. He said he would call it in and get one out to me right away. Apparently that didnt happen. 30 Minutes later I call in and NO-ONE knew of my order being wrong. Talked to a manager and he gave me the typical BS; were busy, drivers are constantly out delivering, cant keep up with orders. So after a conversation with him I was told he was going to comp me 10 bucks and get me a new pizza. Heres the catch. If I dont use that 10 bucks in 30 days it disappears. their "system" erases it. Pizza finally arrived at 7:15. Cheese was hardening and was on its way to being cold. I should NOT have to microwave my pizza when it gets here! WHAT A JOKE. GG PIZZA HUT.

Order from South Academy--this store has terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. The wrong pizza arrived, no wings. Called and talked with an employee, then a manager. Both responses were that because the order was placed online, even though the mixup was theirs, the problem was not their responsibility to fix. It was only after I told the manager we would not be ordering from them again and would be submitting a complaint, that I received an apology. After a frustrating conversation, the manager offered to refund my order in full and send the correct pizza (no wings). No corrected pizza arrived. Hopefully Ill receive my refund, although it will take up to 10 business days. Mistakes happen, but every effort should be made to correct them. Dont order from this restaurant.

This was the Star Ranch Rd store...we live on post. We had a fairly large order, nothing tremendous (two large pizzas, one pasta and pop), and were prepared to tip the driver accordingly. When the driver brought the food my husband asked where our two 2-liters were at...the driver said "you HAVE to be kidding me" as if we had ordered half the store and then admitted that she didnt have them. The driver came back with the soda pop a while later and made a crack comment about how close the store is to our home. Our brakes are going out of our vehicle...driving anywhere, until he repairs them tomorrow wouldnt be smart or safe. This is the first and LAST time we will be ordering from them.

Theyre liars, for a start. They messed my order up, and when I called them about it, the girl said that they would replace for free. I told her okay and she said it would come. Well, it didnt, and when I called back, she acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. So, she put me on hold and comes back to tell me that the delivery guy said it was deliverable. He was obviously lying, because he never tried to deliver it.She said shed credit my account, but I dont believe that either. PH sucks too much for them to be screwing over customers they really need.

Every single time I order from this Pizza Hut (Star Ranch Rd), the food is so delicious and cooked perfectly. This time when I ordered, I used the feature to add notes to let them know I would be using a large bill to pay with. Ian called me within minutes to let me know that the drivers are only sent out with a certain amount. WHAT A GREAT FEATURE!!! I appreciated Ian calling me because that would have been a bit hairy upon arrival. LOL!! Thank you to Ian and staff for always making my experience a positive one!

I honestly have to give them 5 stars. A week ago frome receiving our pizza from the South Academy location thats was undercooked and we call previous before receiving our pizza still missing items. Anyways back on to the star ranch location called told them what happen no question ask received a cooked pizza with item and some. Were very friendly over the phone and in person. Pizza was just as good as it looks on TV. Thank you for following though on someone else mistake!!!

My husband and I really wanted to try the BIG Italy! So we ordered around 4p, pizza didnt get here til about 530p. The delivery person was very sweet, but did not have enough cash for change. Well to get the point this pizza was nothing special just big, and its was cold. I was very disappointed and felt like I wasted my money. I am sure everyone has their own experiences but ours wasnt so great.

After placing my order over the phone for carryout, I arrived at the store and was not greeted. When I was shown my pizza that was supposed to have baccon and pepperoni on it, I stated that there was not baccon on the pizza. The employee was inconsiderate and had a snarky tone when telling me "the manager made the pizza". Overall I will not visit this location again.

Ordered a large hand-tossed with pepperoni without the garlic butter on the crust. When I got there to pick it up, I checked, and the garlic butter was applied to the crust. I asked about it, and they made another pizza for me. This time. Without the garlic butter. Because I had to wait, they made me an order of mozzarella sticks. It all was tasty.

I placed an online order for delivery and had a promise time of 10:45. It ended up not showing up until 11:15. The pizza was cold and the wings didnt have nearly enough sause on them. I would normally let it slide but this is the fourth time Ive ordered at this location and I have not been happy every single time. I will not be going back.

They tried delivering to the wrong address, claimed they called us yet I have no missed call (my phone was on me the whole time!), they cancelled our ordering without telling us and refused to do anything to fix it but charge for a re-order. We have 5 kids to feed! They just lost a loyal customer!

DO NOT order from or visit this restaurant. It took them over 50 minutes to have my one pizza ready for pick up. I waited at the store for the same amount of time that it takes them to cook a pizza twice. If you are in Southern Colorado Springs, go to Papa Johns on South Academy.

This is the best pizza hut i have ordered from. We are staying at the doubletree and ordered a pizza, soda and cheesesticks. Our food was early and the delivery guy was amazing. He even brought plates and cups for us to use. Food was hot and very good. I will order from here again.

I have ordered many many times from the Star Ranch Road store and have only had one time when it was the wrong pizza. However when I let them know, they let me keep the wrong pizza, refunded me 5 bucks and brought me the right one. Not a bad place at all.

We thought we would give them a try. We are a bit disappointed. The pizza took longer than expected and was just barely warm upon arrival. Also a bit cheap on the toppings. Guess I will be deleting their app. Sorry guys.
