They have no clue how to create a proper queuing system inside their restaurant. If you go during lunch time, you will be greeted by a mob of people that are either waiting in line or waiting to place their order; with no semblance of who goes next. They could easily install some bars that allow people to get into a cohesive line, but instead they leave it as a free-for-all to cause people to devolve into mob mentality over a cheap piece of chicken. This location is way too small for the amount of demand. They seem to have a cohesive system for the drive through, but for some reason they couldnt figure out how the inside of the restaurant should work. The staff is polite to the point of condescending. When I say "Thank-You," you dont need to repeat the same phrase "My Pleasure" every time. It feels forced and fake, and its obvious most the staff doesnt care about their job at all. But who can blame them? Its fast food chicken, I wouldnt be enthused either. Will not be eating at a Chick-fil-A again due to my experiences at this restaurant. Its not worth wading through the mob just for a fried piece of chicken.

Cant say enough good things about Chic-Fil-A. The food is always delicious and the staff is extremely friendly. The only negatives are the location is on Garden of the Gods which is always very busy and high in traffic, and of course the busy nature of every Chic-fil-A. You should expect to wait in line, inside or drive through, almost any time of day, just like every other Chic-fil-A. The staff here does an excellent job of prepping for the busy times, and they will have 2 lanes of cars with staff walking from car to car to take orders, and really makes the whole process painless.

Chick-fil-A simply does it better than any other "fast food" restaurant. I love the quality of the food, the quality of the staff and the way theyre able to set themselves apart from the competition. I also love the way they honor God by honoring the Sabbath. Ive never seen a restaurant that was so ridiculously busy at seemingly "off" times of the day. Cant help but believe that Gods blessing is on this place because of the way they Honor--HIM. If I had to guess, I bet they get 1.5 times more business in six days than the other fast food places get in seven.

As a wheelchair user I hate coming here. I cannot fit through their narrow que. So they tell me to pull to the side and wait. So I waited...and waited ....I even said something to the counter people but they just told me to wait. They let me sit there and ignored me. An entire football team came in 10 minutes after I arrived. I was still waiting to be served as they where beginning to eat. I was asked to move out of their way. I guess I will be leaving hungry and dejected. It sucks being invisible in a chair

Food was great, but I noticed some guys from corporate were visiting that day, and the manager (I assume thats who he was), seemed visibly bothered that one of his traffic coordinators wasnt at his post for a couple minutes. I kinda felt bad for the traffic guy because Im sure he had a perfectly good reason to be missing for a couple minutes. He came running out, apologizing profusely, and the manager (?) seemed irritable. Traffic flowed just fine without him, so Im not sure what the bug deal was.

Alright, this place is awesome. First, the chicken sandwiches are pretty dope, and made with primo ingredients. The lemonade is made with lemons, sugar, and water, no artificial flavor a or sweetener, and you can taste the difference. It comes with free refills. I feel like I could drink a gallon of the stuff. The service is very quick, and the staff is polite and professional. Ive worked with full grown adults who werent half as professional as these young employees. Keep up the good work!

This Chick-Fil-A has amazing food (like they all do) but they also have amazing ownership! We participated for the last few years in an annual skate-a-thon, where this store & these owners hosted and supported an awesome charity, Angels of Americas Fallen. Chick-Fil-A donated thousands of dollars worth of food for us rollerskaters to participate in this event. How incredibly kind and generous! Such a blessing! Thank you for being five-star owners at your amazing restaurant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Natalie

First off, food is great but 3rd time a take out order is completely wrong. This review is purely service. It is only this location in Colorado Springs with repeated errors. Wife usually takes our son to play at numerous locations in town and brings me a take out order. Ordered the #1 fried chicken combo and received grilled(actually good), sauces were incorrect. Ordered Chick fil a sauce and honey roasted bbq. I received bbq and honey mustard. As well as no straw for a to go order, again.

Love chick fil a everywhere, however, especially here. Their customer service is great! During their lunch rush hour they make sure they get through everyone as quickly as possible and even have workers in the drive through to assist all their costumers. Edit 1 year later- I went inside to order today and as I was getting into my car the wind blew my food and drink all over the ground. I went back in to reorder, telling them what happened and they took care of it for me. So amazing!

Hands down the worst chick fil a I have been to. We went there yesterday for breakfast. Dirty tables. Our order was wrong. Most other locations have someone that walks around asking about your visits (makes that chain special imo) this store the girl that was supposed to do it was just hanging out chatting with her friends. The other springs locations have had way better service, were cleaner and got our orders correct. Maybe we have just gotten bad shifts here....twice....

The restaurant was very packed, which was probably due to the Chick-fil-a One app being released within a week of our visit. Granted they seemed to have extra people on staff at the time, but with what would be considered a nightmare at most chain restaurants was handled the situation in a calm, friendly and professional manner, so hats off to them! The wait time was not much longer than normal, and the order was correct with plenty of Chick-fil-a Sauce to boot (

This Chic-fil-A is good at everything *except* getting their customers the right iced coffee. Nobody likes French Vanilla, okay? I order ORIGINAL ICED COFFEE every morning and I have about a 60% chance of getting the proper order. Today at 6:45am I watched a female manager make my coffee and lo and behold: FRENCH VANILLA. Stop giving me french vanilla, I hate it. If this continues Ill just go to Einstein Bros in the morning. They always get my coffee right.

Two stars is for their grilled chicken, it was disgusting. I am Gluten Free so its either grilled chicken or a salad (with grilled chicken on it). Considering the quality of fried chicken they sereve, I was severely disappointed with their quality of grilled chicken. Ive made better grilled chicken at home and I still had to pay almost $8. Since those items are the only things that are gluten free, I will not be returning to Chic Fil A, maybe ever.
