Ive been to this location 10+ times in the last month alone. I ALWAYS have a good experience. Definitely not this visit. This time I had a free chicken sandwich from doing a survey (Ive done like 20 of them I love it). The man who helped me was wearing the collared button up shirt, so Im assuming he was a manager of some kind. 1st- he didnt act like a manager. He had NO idea what he was doing to took forever to even get me my drinks and forgot to give me a table marker. So hey maybe he is new right? Then when I handed him my free sandwich receipt I told him that I would like to switch it for the 8 CT nuggets. Its the same price as the sandwich and they have always done it without any problem. He asks the girl next register to him if he can do that and she told him no. (She was not a manager of any kind). I said that I had done it at THIS LOCATION (and others) lots of times before and have never had any issues switching it out. She continues to tell him (not me) that they arent allowed to do it. At this point Im annoyed. The girl was rude, they were saying I cant switch it out (which I know I can). Their excuse was they are in between ownership, something about corporate vs owners. Like that should make a difference?! Every locations Ive been to switches it out no problem. Then i get my food and some of my nuggets arent even breaded all the way. They looked so gross. I get the same thing everytime i come here. I know what it is suppose to look like. I love Chik Fil A. I eat it ALOT. But this experience has made me think twice about returning to this location again. Very disappointed.

These people are by far the best. I call in lunch orders at breakfast time because I am just not a biscuit n breakfast kinda person. Usually you would be met with hesitancy or denial of request, however these people are AMAZING!!! Freshest food in town! Obviously the best chicken sandwiches! And I just could go on for days about how good the service here is. At lunch time this place is packed beyond reason, but do no be fooled. Your order will be taken hastily, the food is perfect almost every single time so no remakes during lunch rush, and you wont be waiting 30 minutes to eat. I simply do not know how they do it, but I hope every restaurant could adopt these policies. I hope to god they make decent money there because lord knows they deserve it.

This Chick-fil-A has gone down in quality each time I visit. I love Chick-fil-A, it was my first job as a teenager. This location needs a visit from corporate for quality control. Multiple times Ive received the wrong order or cold food. Also, not sure when they started using breakfast portion chicken for the Chick-fil-A sandwich but my last sandwich the chicken barely covered half of the bun. I usually utilize the drive through but it seems next time Ill need to go inside to make sure Im actually getting what I pay for before driving off. Also want to note each time I go I see multiple employees just hanging out in FOH with their arms crossed being unproductive. I remember busting my butt while working for my location. Really disappointed in their service.

The food was fine. I went through the drive thru and the cashier, Makenna, seemed so repulsed by my presence that she was unable to talk while giving me my order, and she wore a sickened look. Sure, my car is pretty dirty thanks to the 900 miles a week I drive in it. I dont believe I was stinky for a pipefitter who just worked 10 hours. Maybe it was the green tint to my skin that working with copper pipe tends to leave. Maybe she was offended by my South Park wallet? Regardless of what I did. I left this location feeling like theres something wrong with me. Thanks, Chick fil a!

Wanted to sit down and eat lunch and not have a shake melt. Asked if I could pick up the shake after I got done eating lunch and the brilliant young man informed me that I could stand in line again and pay for it after I ate my lunch but could not pay now and pick it up after I ate. BRILLIANT! Incredible hospitality and it was certainly not their pleasure today. Off to get a salad, a better choice anyway thanks Chick-fil-A for looking out for my diet.

I LOVE Chick-filA! That being said, the last THREE times Ive gone through the drive thru @ this location, my order has been wrong. Missing items etc which is super frustrating when this drive thru takes so long. After 3rd time I call manager who says he will give me some sort of voucher, so I head back through drive thru & make it home to find that I didnt get a voucher. I will not go back to this Chick-fil-A...

The staff is friendly, they will refill your lemonade if you ask. The lemonade is often far too pulpy which makes me wonder if they are skipping cleanings of the tank. The chicken is always high quality and they have wonderful waffle fries. My only real complaint is the imstrumental evangelical worship music they pipe through the store all day but the drive through can avoid that.

Ever since I was little, I would go to Chick-fil-A, and I have always loved their number one, original chicken sandwich. They have great service, and especially on busy nights when they might seem most stressed, they constantly check up on you and make sure you are getting the satisfaction you want. This is a great place, that I recommend for all ages.

Some days you just arent feeling a burger or tacos and other days you are thinking of getting Chic-fil-A but it happens to be Sunday when they are closed. Happens to me almost every time. Otherwise great food and lemonade. Staff at all these restaurants are almost too routinely friendly; if you go often enough you start to notice repeated phrases etc.

Love this chick-fil-a. Never had a bad experience here and they have always gotten my orders correct, which is impressive for any fast food. Food is always hot and fresh and the staff inside is very polite and helpful. Inside is always clean and gets cleaned up pretty regularly with the condiments and other supplies. Only wish it was open on Sunday.

I stop by Chick-Fil-A 1-2 times a week. I really love the food, best spicy chicken sandwich around (That Ive found). I dont really explore the menu outside of the chicken sandwich, so I cant say much outside of that. I always use the drive through, so cannot comment on internal decor. Only negative is that they are closed on Sundays.

Decent fried chicken. This location did a good job trimming the junk off the chicken compared to other locations Ive been to. There is almost always a line at this location during peak hours. The wait time can be impressive. I almost wish the staff acted a little bit rude. I always feel bad talking to such nice sounding people. :)

Wow. Their shakes are flippin amazing! I get one every time. But thats just me. They are super busy at times. (Understandable since theyre good) a little pricey so I just go for the shakes, but if I feel like indulging myself. Ill get a burger or something. Its a great place to be with friends and chat and eat good food.
