Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered at 1:45 on Sunday afternoon. I live three blocks away but went with delivery because I wasnt feeling well and just wanted to stay in. When I started my order online I was quoted a 30 minute max wait time. Upon finished the order that changed to an hour. Actual time ended up being 1 hour and 20 minutes. Heres the deal. My first job was at a Pizza Hut (as a driver). I get it. I know rushes happen, I know sometimes things dont line up well. I get it. The problem is, if you are around Ken Caryl, that means you are also around Kipling and Wadsworth, and that means you have a million other choices. If service is going to be THIS bad then Pizza Hut needs to start rewarding customers for dealing with delays and cold food. Also, I have to place blame on the manager or whoever is queuing up the orders for drivers. There is a system in place to arrange orders like UPS arranges deliveries, there is a way to set up ideal routes. There is no way I should have gotten a text at 2:43 saying my pizza is on the way, and end up not receiving the pizza until 3:20. I am three blocks away. The manager did not give her driver appropriate regionally based orders. Should have taken 8 minutes tops to get from the store to my house. Here is a little breakdown: Pros: The driver was nice and polite. He admitted they had just been hit with a rush. It is a holiday weekend. I understood. No problem. It isnt the drivers fault. The prices are reasonable. A good amount of food for 22 bucks. Cons: Mozzarella sticks were ice cold and cheese was not melted at all, it was like eating a standard string cheese stick. Marinara sauce was NOT included with the sticks. Quepapas were soggy and cold. I had to fire up my oven and throw them in there for a few minutes to get some crispness to them. The ranch packet had popped open and leaked everywhere. The pizza crust was burnt. The pizza crust flavor was non-existent. The flavored crusts Pizza Hut offers are a scam. It is always just the same pizza crust with something brushed on. The pretzel crust is not pretzel crust, it is regular crust with pretzel salt thrown on. The "Hut Favorite" is just the same garlic butter spray they have used for decades. I love crust. Crust is my favorite part of pizza. This is the first time in my entire life (literally) that I did not eat the crust of a pizza. It was burnt cardboard. The pizza itself (non-crust portion) was OK. However I had pepperoni and sausage and the pizza had about 11 slices of pepperoni on it with a mountain of sausage. The toppings did taste good, the cheese and sauve were a little light but distributed well, I will admit all that, but overall burnt crust and cold food is not a good meal. If you live in this area you have so many better options. Garlic Knot always delivers fresh and hot food. You may wait a bit and pay more, though. Little Caesars is way cheaper and way faster for food that tastes almost as good as what I experienced today. Again, the food coming ice cold didnt help today, maybe it is better fresh, but how could I ever know that for sure after 1 hour 20 minute wait. Disappointing.

I was really disappointed with the service and the quality of the pizza I ordered tonight. First, I received an email that I would get the order at 6:50pm but then I received a text message saying it was out for delivery. Ok, thats fine, but then the pizza was delivered at 7:15? Im sorry but it doesnt take 25 minutes to go 1.3 miles. Second, the quality of my pizza was poor. It was lukewarm and it did not have the garlic butter crust I requested. Such a disappointment from this location. I sent in my review to the Pizza Hut website and I was sent a coupon for a feee pizza. Thats great, but the pizza I got with it had the same problem. Ugh!!

The pizza was burnt to a crisp and had no sauce. I peeled the layers apart and it was dry as a bone. I had to drink a sip of water with every bite to choke it down. I called and talked to Brittany, Manager, and she argued with me and refused to give me a refund. Ive purchased from them for 12 years. Never again. Im writing a letter to David C. Novak, CEO of Yum! Brands who owns Pizza Hut since everyone said Shawn Pacheco was a waste of time. These guys will lose more than just my business over this. TERRIBLE!!!

Visited a friend and we ordered pizza. It was fantastic. We had issues with the website and the person who answered was very polite and helpful and gave us the deal we wanted. The food was really good as well and at a very reasonable cost. It came earlier then expected and the driver was very polite as well. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews of this place they are very reasonable so i am sure these people have nothing better to do then complain. This will forever be my go to pizza hut when i am in town.

Ordered online. PIzza ready but didnt even realize I was supposed to have wings. Had to wait then gave wings but not the rest of the food and was ignored. Nothing cut when I got home. Lady walked in at the same time as me and wanted to order. Didnt even notice she was there let alone let her order till I was leaving 20 minutes later. (I left after time expired on my online count down, everything should have been ready...)

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza box with 8 pieces of cheese pizza: 4 had cheese, 4 were just crust. I ordered extra marinara and they didnt bring it, claimed o never ordered it. We have given this location many opportunities, especially after they screwed up my daughters birthday party order. No more, I am done. Worst Pizza Hut ever. Papa Johns has better pizza and better customer service.

The guy on the phone who said he was the general manager was unhelpful and dificult to get any information from. I had to answer ten questions and give him all of my information before he was able to tell me what two two topping medium pizza would be. The Diminish up the street has much better customer service and better deals. I will not call this pizza hut again.

Awful!! The girl on the phone was rude when I asked a question. Completely lied to me about the dinner sizes for the noodles there. I had to feed 6 people and when they finally got to our house the size of our family sized meal fed two people we had to go to the store and get a real meal. This place is awful.

Im usually pretty satisfied with my order but the last 2 times have not been so great. This time we ordered a med pepperoni and 8 pc boneless wings (carry out). The wings had NO sauce and the pizza was cold and NOT cut?! Wow probably try another location or maybe even a different chain. :(

Ordered a large thin crust, wings and cheese bread. The bread was burnt to a crisp as well as the pizza. The wings had hardly any sauce . Tried to call the store but knowone answers. This by far is the worst pizza hut. I would like my money back
