Today is July 12,2017 And I had ordered online for carry out, and I got there and they handed me my order but it was medium, when I had ordered Large, but anyways they were able to work with me and I had great customer service. Just Incase you want to ask for DELIVERY, they are super busy and are only doing carry out!!! You cant blame them sometimes they only have 3-2 people working but at least they try.

We were given the wrong pizza. It was nothing like what we ordered. We called and they said they would switch it out with the right one. Two hours and three phone calls later and we still dont have it. They have told us over and over it will be here and its not. Do not order delivery from them. Go in and order. Sit there and make sure they have it right or you will have to wait and never get what you want.

Their pizza is super over priced from the quality of the ingredients. Just so everyone knows their pizza dough isnt even fresh its frozen yet theyre charging you 20 dollars for a large pizza? I could have gone to a nice pizza restaurant with a wood burning oven for the amount I paid for this crappy pizza that wasnt even good and tasted cheap.

This pizza hut franchise is horrible. First if they even get your order right (which they usually dont) - then they charge you extra for extra cheese and dont even include it on there! Customer service is horrible as well. If you live in this zone, its worth driving to the pizza hut on hover for a much better pizza and overall experience.

I know this place gets bad reviews, but I have ordered multiple times and never had a problem. We have done both delivery and carry out as well as eat in. They have been on time and very nice to deal with. Never had a problem with extra cheese, lots of it is put on. Every where charges for extra cheese now unfortunately.

I dont understand why I can not get the prices of all Items on the website without giving you all of my information!!!! I will never order my food online so that some hacker can get all of my info!! I may never order from pizza hut again because you will not allow me to see the prices of what I may want!!

Order took over three hours to arrive. Not kidding. Every call we made to check in on the order involved 15 minutes of hold time and no finite answers as to its location. The food was (obviously) cold once it arrived. Horrible location. Pizza delivery is not this hard. Ive done it. This is ridiculous.

Messed up my order three times in a row the last time i got someone elses order and by the time i was able to get MY order it was cold. Another time they forgot part of my order and told me they would deliver it immediately. i waited an hour before finally calling and canceling Because it was so late.

This place use to be very good but in the past couple of months its gone downhill. Ive received the wrong pizza, they constantly forget to put marinara sauce in the pizza, and sometimes its not cooked all the way. Yes you read it right, Ive received at least 4 pizzas with no marinara sauce. :|

If you want your delivery to take almost two hours, order from here. This happens every time and very rarely is the order even correct. Nothing bad to say about the actual food though, its always been decent... too bad its nearly impossible to get.

Do NOT order from these clowns! When youre looking at an online offer they will flat out tell you they wont honor it because they "are a franchise." ...after asking if you would like "carryout or pickup."

Pizza was great, chicken wings were raw. No apology from restaurant. Had to wait too long for raw chicken wings. I prefer my raw chicken in a timely manner. I would not recommend this establishment.
