Like every other panera, this restaurant offers boring, overpriced food and beverages. I come here for the atmosphere, which is very welcoming. One bright spot, and the reason Im giving this review four stars (instead of 3), is an exceptional employee named Carrie. Whereas the rest of the interactive staff is unremarkable, Carrie really stands out with her exceptional customer service. Good work! Edit: I come in once weekly and experience has been poor every time with lackluster food, burned baguettes, and poor hygiene on the part of most cashiers. The biggest issue is how they handle bakery goods. Today, I had to throw away my bear claw because the little girl stuck her entire arm in to open bag, before putting the pastry directly into the bag which had just been in contact with her whole arm/hand. Its like in order to have sanitary food/proper order, I have to strategically place myself in line to get Carrie.

This Panera bread had a good ambiance, which is the only reason Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Ive been to many different Paneras many times and this is the first time I went to this location for breakfast (I love going to Panera for their breakfast and go often). The breakfast sandwich looked like crap before I even started eating it, and it tasted about as good as it looked. The steel cut oatmeal comes with a cinnamon crunch topping, but they hardly put any on. The only thing they didnt mess up was the broccoli cheddar soup. I dont know if this location is lousy or I just got unlucky. I may try it once more to see which it is, but this was definitely the worst breakfast experience Ive had at a Panera.

Walked in and stood at the register for 5 minutes without either of the 2 people working there acknowledging me before they walked off. I then walked over to look at the pastries while I waited for someone to help me. Then another customer walked in behind me walked right up to the counter and stood there. David finally came out and proceeded to help that customer over me. So then it was my turn. David greeted me with a "Are you ready?" in a very monotone voice and continued the rest of the transaction that way. Very rude. Very dry. Very unprofessional. And to top it off, he got my very simple order wrong and treated me like an idiot because of his mistake. Very poor choice in a "trainer".

Ive been going to this panera since it opened in I believe 2006. The food used to be great and always trustworthy. I went in there today to get Mac and cheese and a bacon turkey bravo because Im sick and panera always sounds good when Im sick. what I expected vs. what I got made me even sicker. I got my food and went to sit down and I noticed my spoon was dirty. I went and got another and it was also dirty so I decided not to eat what I went there in the first place for, the Mac and cheese. I took one bite of my sandwich and it was hard, bitter and disgusting. ended up going to Jimmy Johns, much better choice.

I usually LOVE Panera! Never had an issue with ANY location. Ive had a cold and thought their soup sounded amazing - But these guys were busy admonishing some girl and I think they fired her or something (it sounded like it was cause she was five minutes late, but I came in half way through it), and then when they finally get around to taking my order, they end up with the wrong thing. And sick, foolish me didnt realize it until I got home. Even worse? I dont even know what they gave me - I dont think its a normal soup off the menu. Really disappointed today:/

I had surgery on my knee recently, and I can not really get around too well. I had my wife drop me off here today to wait for my doctors appointment. It is close to my wifes work and my doctors office, and this way she would not have to trek all the way home to get me from my appointment. My wife asked one of the staff if they would assist me while I waited. Penny was kind enough to do so. As you know this is not a full service restaurant, but today, for me, it was. It was nice to see someone show some kindness and go above and beyond what was expected.

I enjoy Panera for the few times I eat out. I needed a fast bite to eat and ordered ahead via app. I was well past my expected pick up time, but food was ready. The pick up shelf is by the counter far inside the store near the line. Not what Im used to. Dining room was decently clean and saw some stuff cleaning during my meal. Atmosphere was warm and inviting and not too loud with the patrons. This is perhaps the largest Panera Ive been to.

Wondering if there has been a change in Mangement? 7pm, late dinner with my family. Your beverage station is sticky and filthy as well as the rest of the restaurant. Just received a dirty spoon for my soup which my name was never called for. No bathroom tissue. Maybe it has to do with all the ladies chatting with their friends and Snap chatting at the front counter?! Pretty dissatisfied for my $30 meal

I liked the place. I had many questions and the staff were patient and happy. The food was great (Keep in mind I have been once and have not tried EVERYTHING) And it wasnt too badly priced. Their frozen lemonade was good. Pretty much a smoothie. It was super busy but of course, it was lunch time and a lot of people like it. So do I. ☺️

Great food, great staff, great sanitation; cant ask for better. PLEASE DONT READ THE REST BECAUSE ILL EMBARRASS MYSELF - - - - - - I dont intend to sound creepy or anything but I think Joey is cute. Hes one of the staff members and I was to flustered to approach him. I look like trash anyway.

Call in orders arent any faster than ordering it in the store. I ordered almost 30 mins early for 2 sandwiches and 4 soups and it wasnt even started when I arrived. They messed up like 3 other peoples order while I was waiting, and took 20 mins to fill the phone order after I arrived.

Fantastic food and service, well worth the money. I like that the staff is diverse and that its as if you just walked into your friends kitchen and they prepared a lunch for you. Also, kudos to the Bakers for a job well done. Everything looks and tastes amazing.

Panera is one of my favorite places to grab a nice sit-down lunch, or to-go if Im in a rush. The food always tastes fresh and high quality, and i dont consider it overpriced for what you get. Be ready to spend about $7-10 for your meal, and thoroughly enjoy it.

Food was great but very upset they ran out of bread bowl. Cashiers were not informed. When picking up food, Customer in front of me was offered two pastry to compensate while I was only offered an extra pice of bread until I got up set.

Only been here once. They have decent coffee, heat muffins, and the steak bagel is amazing. Get it on a plain bagel though. Coffee is self serve, on an island in the center of the store, and the customer service was great
