I havent even received my order and I am already frustrated with this poor service. 1) I called to place my order and was put on hold for nearly 1/2 an hour 2) I hang up and call back and someone from the call center answers, yay! now we are getting somewhere. I give her my order and when we get to the end she tells me they do not deliver to my address, which makes no sense since I have had the deliver multiple times in the past. Operator then transfers me to the local store to take my order. 3) Giving my order for the 2nd time: The cashier obviously had no idea what they had available on their menu. She couldnt ell me the difference between the wings they offer or what kind of crust that come standard with the new limited edition pizzas. At this point I have over 45 minutes invested into an order I should already have at my house and be enjoying. instead I am fighting my 5 yr old out of the junk food so he doesnt ruin his appetite for dinner. The whole time the manager, who was standing over the cashiers shoulder (I know because she had to ask him a question every other minute), never even picked up the phone to say sorry for the delay or the frustration. Pizza Hut needs to send in some corporate people to clean this store up and train people properly. I too wish there was a negative star button.

Had order confirmation for 1lg pizza and 1breadsticks with 1 garlic sauce to b done at 6 it is now 622 Ive seen several people walk in and get their pizzas yet mine is yet to be done wtf got bitched at by one mgr to move because I was blocking her delivery vehicles which mind you have all already left to deliver food. So I inform her I wouldnt b parked there at 6:17 if the pizza I had confirmation on being ready by 6 was in fact ready. So its their fault Im still parked waiting. 12 min later same mgr returns I explain Ill move when my food is done. She asked my order name to check on it. Horrible service. Apparently they lost our order in the mix and didnt make it. The pizza is hot mediocre tasting at best and cold bread sticks how the hell. Horrible place never NEVER GO HERE

While Pizza Hut has been a favorite guilty pleasure, I wont be ordering from this location anymore. The customer service is just too bad. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt many times but it keeps getting worse. Last time I was delivered the wrong pizza and when the replacement pizza came, it was the exact SAME INCORRECT pizza. Today I ordered carry out and while the monitor said it was ready, I was told it wasnt and stood there for 10 mins until someone pulled it out of the warmer where that box had been sitting since I walked in. Obviously the owners are not concerned with anything other than collecting the $.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Consistently bad service. I made the mistake of trying delivery again tonight, overly optimistic, and its now 1 and a 1/2 hours since I ordered with nothing delivered yet. When I called repeatedly to find out the status (it was supposed to have taken 45 minutes), they blamed construction.... 3 miles away and not on their route to my house. I literally live 2 miles away. Its still not here. The last time I ordered carry out i was told when I got there that they lost my pizza and Id have to wait another 15 minutes. Ill never order from them again.

We order here when we are craving the stuffed crust pizza... I dont know if its this store in particular, or what happened to this chain... Because the pizza is awful! We used to love it, and now everytime I order the crust is soggy and flappy, not the way I want to describe my pizza crust. You literally can hold a slice up and its falls over limp and lifeless, even after I asked for extra cooking to prevent this problem! Avoid this place until something changes!

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. The manager Dan is extremely rude to anyone calling in asking a question about an order delay. When asked why an off-peak pizza would be 2 hours late his verbatim answer was "Uhhh... because were busy?" Wholly unprofessional. I asked for a number I could speak to about this, he refused to give it, and then hung up before I could cancel. I did call him a jackass at the end, but he had earned it at that point.

Staff was SO RUDE!!! I understand there are busy times and I am more than happy to wait for my carry out if you need a few extra minutes to finish what you are doing. But when Im treated like a disturbance from the second I walk into the door and then Im the one saying thank you on my way out the door I will NEVER return. Customers should never be treated that way. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Despite other poor reviews, I decided to try calling this location for a delivery. The guy on the phone was clear and easily understood, wasnt in a rush, and was great to work with. After ordering, our pizza arrived around 26 minutes after ordering. Because my location was a hotel, they even brought me paper plates and utensils without me asking. Great experience!

Ordered around 530pm for carryout was TD 15 mins and was a little taken back because I was still 20mins away but I was like NBD 5mins in a hot box... Showed up and was told by what looked like the manager I was way early and my order would be a bit still... Its a quarter after and their carry out screen says not finished still.. its about to be an issue...

Wrong or incomplete order EVERY time. I find it hard to believe they have any one who can turn on the open sign. Call to complain was told get the customers # and Ill call them on Tuesday! Way to show you care about your customers!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would!

This pizza Hut has the worst customer service I have ever delta with. We are out of their delivery zone by 1 block and two houses away. Joe is the rudest manager I have ever spoken with and pizza hut has forever lost our business. Thanks to Joe!

Ive never had a bad experience here despite the bad reviews. They one time forgot my soda with a delivery. But had no issues bringing it to me right away. I will continue to order here.
