Ordered from here. It was taking 3 times the estimated delivery. (About an hour forty-five minutes). Called at the hour-mark. Received lame excuse and nearly no explanation/compensation. Told us it would be there with half an hour. Called after that amount of time. They claimed the driver had just left. Regardless, it shouldnt take an hour and a half to cook a pizza. I happen to know their corporate suggests about a five-minute "make time". Told them I wanted a full refund. I ordered online, using my credit card. Dont make that mistake. Cancelled order. Will be diligently checking credit card statement to verify order was actually voided.

Ordered two pizzas for pickup should be ready in 30 minutes took an hour one piece was supposed to have garlic Parmesan sauce it didnt both pizzas were extremely burned and as someone who works with pizza for five years you could tell the crust came straight from the freezer and went right into the oven call the manager back give me a $25 credit called in to use the credit was hung up on twice when I finally got the order placed it told me to be 30 minutes for pickup it took 50 minutes to pick it up these guys are clown shoes do not order pizza from the hundred fourth and federal Pizza Hut they need to get their s*** together

Orderd a pizza and waited for over an hour to get here. They deliverd the pizza to the wrong house. The manager Dave told the driver to not finish my delivery. Was told by Dave that the driver went to complete other deliveries on hand and if still required the pizzas I was to wait 3 hours. Was also told that the delivery was out of range, they were the ones that verified my address . The house it was accidental delivered to was across the street. He than voided my purchase on card, had to wait 3 days for my return. Made it clear nothing was to be done for me and was rude.

How this place is even open is beyond me...They have the worst customer service ever...I was inside the store asked about specials they only gave us 1 special to choose from...While we sat inside waiting for our food another family came in asked the same thing, they were given more choices...When we asked what that was all about, the assistant manager said the lady who waited on us might have been in a hurry...What kind of answer was that...We left and called to speak to the manager, she hung up on us...

3 strikes and youre out. This was the 3rd order in a row that was screwed up. I ordered 2 pizzas and only got 1. Called manager on duty and all they had to say was the driver took it before the order was done, no Im sorry, no how can I make this right, nothing. Why would the tracker say order is on its way driver show up on time but yet he took the order before it was done. But its my bad should have read the reviews about this location before I ordered the first time

Extremely difficult to get a pizza delivered to your house when weather is not perfect. I would like to request that if you hire a delivery driver that uses their own vehicle, they then should be required to keep the vehicle in good condition enough to not get stuck in 4 inches of snow. Idk may sound Ludacris I know but to deny delivery of a carryout/delivery business doesnt sound like good business to me.

Extremely bad customer service. Ordered online and was given a specific price. Went to carry out and they jumped the price almost ten more dollars from the online price. Proved to then by email what price was originally, they did not accept even though proof was shown when they asked. They also tried to say a team member was manager so they wouldnt have to deal with me. worst pizza hut ever! beware at this one.

Horrible service. Ordered a small pizza and it took three hours to get it. We were leaving to go to the actual store that we bought the pizza from to get our money back when the deliveat guy showed up. Didnt take the pizza.. still went to the store to get our money back. 3 hours for a pizza is just ouright ridiculous. Awful customer service. Is there an option for no stars? ...

This place sucks. Ive gotten pizza 4 separate times. I have never received the correct pizza. And my wait time given online has never been close . And this time I waited for over an hour in the store after waiting the 45 minutes I was told online. Now 2 hours later I received the wrong pizza AGAIN. If I could give no stars I would. I will never go to this pizza hut again.

Just moved here called for delivery got charged more than special price and pizza was also cold when got it! It was a big pain to get the money I was over charged! They only give credit or full refund so manager was trying to convince me to take credit, I told them u messed up the first time why would I come back!!! There plenty of pizza places to go too!!!!!

Always takes hours to deliver even though were less than a mile away.. Pizza constantly comes with incorrect ingredients, and you never have the same person twice so you know theyre not good to their employees. Most likely related to bad management and ownership. Although I like Pizza hut.. Their competition has better service which sadly is not saying a lot.

Ordered my pizza online for a carryout, had to wait an additional 10 minutes because it was not ready yet (no biggie) get home. And open the box and the cheese is all burnt. Tried calling the store and no one picks up the phone sat on hold for 45 min and not one person picked up this Pizza Hut has horrible customer service and the pizza is horrible

Pizza was good for a delivery pizza place. Delivery only took about 30 minutes. The delivery man was VERY nice. Only cons were that they only gave me 6 wings instead of the 8 I payed for, and they forgot my 2 L Dr. Pepper. Though, they guy was very kind and went back to the store to get it. Good food, but I have gotten an order mixed up a lot.

Ordered 3 times from here and they always deliver within 30-60min. Never had an issue with a wrong order but am giving 3 stars because they are very stingy with ingredients. Costs 1.85 per ingredient but I ordered chicken on 2 of my pizzas and counted only 8 pieces of chicken per pizza. Roughly one niblet per slice.... Sillyness.

I went in tonight to pick up a couple pizzas. They were short staffed. It was a woman at the counter and a guy in the kitchen. They both were very friendly and super accommodating. They gave me a large instead of a medium for the wait. I just wanted to say that they were very nice and the pizzas were delicious.

Worked 14 hr shift, ordered delivery on a Sunday night at 8:30 the girl said 30 to 45 min, called an hour later she couldnt find my order but swore the delivery driver was in route to me, NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP! Tried to call back kept getting hung up on! Management is obviously non existent .
