Im not a regular patron of Subway. But I have visited this location twice in the last month. There are a bunch of kids running the place and they have NO idea of the definition of "customer service." The first time I went, there was nobody at the front of the line to take my order, so I moved down to the next person who was helping someone else at the time. When he finished, he informed me I would have to go back to the beginning. Two other people were in line behind me now and nobody said (since I was already in line), well take your order now. I had to go to the BACK of the line even though I had been standing there 10 minutes! The two cowardly men standing behind me said nothing. And to top it off, I was with a disabled teen! So, the second time, I went with another disabled adult (as I am a caregiver) and we had a coupon that reads (and I am looking at the coupon as I write, exactly as it is written) "Buy ANY 6" sub and ANY drink and get a 6" sub of equal or lesser price FREE!" That is how the words are capitalized and everything. We presented this coupon and the 18 yr. old at the register says that it doesnt apply to "premium" sandwiches which was apparently what we ordered. We both ordered Turkey Avocado 6" subs. I told him that the coupon says ANY with no exceptions listed. He would not honor the coupon. I asked for the Manager and guess what? HE was it! UNBELIEVABLE! So, I told him I would NEVER patronize this business again and I would write the District and Corporate offices as well as post this review on EVERY website I could find. Rude, horrible staff who obviously has never heard the term "the customer is always right."

I have been to this subway multiple times and every time I regret it. Today was the worst. I am the forth person in line and I end up being there for 30 mins for one sandwich with no veggies. As I waited for my turn, an exceptionally obnoxious employee shows up to relieve a sick employee who was actively making sandwiches (gross!). There are three other employees present. The obnoxious male then compliments my tattoos which i am used to and i say thank you. But then he makes several more comments about them, embarrassing me in front of what has now become a line of ppl to the door. I tried to ignore him because I really needed this sandwich for my son at school who had already started lunch period. He then stops making sandwiches to look at more of my tattoos, making a big deal of them while everyone is WAITING! He was saying things such as "thank you for doing that to your body". So as I start to get pissed, the female (who is the slowest employee ive ever seen) apologized under her breath because she was also embarrassed. The obnoxious male then made a final comment as I was leaving, loud enough for everyone to hear. I have never been so embarrassed. The owners should be ashamed.

Literally the worst managed / running subway Ive been in. I work around here so I come in frequently and everytime I wonder why I came back. They are always "out" of one item or another. usually bread. The employees literally will say they arent going to make more and dont care if they run out. Sometimes they are blaring their inappropriate music. The staff is usually terrible at customer service- rude, inattentive or uninterested. Just an all around poor running restaurant.

Spent my 30 minutes I had for lunch ( at 11.30 roughly) waiting in line and was 4th person . New guy was tryn very hard , but the ladies did not help him much and both were as slow as can be . Others were mad because they could not fallow simple instructions on how they would like there sub made. If they were better organized I would have rated better . Hope they get on top with a better game plan sooner then later.

Typical Subway, except the vibe seemed strange...not sure what it was. Also, the people working told me that Subway does not put points onto Subway card any longer....Hello.... I had points the day prior, so just say you do not know how to do. Will try once more to see if it was just a bad day.

They never did me wrong. Always got what I wanted and had good conversations with the employees. There was music playing, but Im not a stuck-up tight-ass so I didnt mind it. The moment I walk in they greet me and we get started. I come here at least twice a week now.

Horrible service. They have no sense of urgency and piss pore attitudes, people were walking out without good because of the lack of urgency. Yes I understand the lunch rush can put anyone behind but this is the worse subway to go to during lunch.

Nothing special. Its a busy location so dont come in ready to be out anytime convenient. The subs are gross, restaurants decently clean, workers are luck of the draw whether they are cool or bad.

This is my favorite subway in CR. Id give 5 stars if food was fresher. But anything beats founders location. Ill starve for a week before i even think of them.
