Couldnt be anyone disappointed with the service. Our order for the 1/2 price blasts was wrong not once, twice but three times and they all came out melted. We ordered the M&M, Peanut Butter and Cookie Dough Dream, and Carmel Brownie and they instead brought out the Brownie Cookie Dough Madness instead of the Peanut Butter. The Brownie blast didnt have any cookie dough pieces and the Carmel Brownie blast didnt have any Brownie Pieces. I understand this is a busy day for them but they should take the time to get the order right. We asked for a refund and in order to do that we had to send our blasts back! We asked for a reciept and that took a while to get. When we spoke to a manager, she gave the excuse that they were busy. Just because your busy, it gives you no excuse to come out with a half done item! Wont be coming back to this location ever again! Worst visit ever!!!

This place is f****** awful just went there and ordered 4 med fries 2 burgers and and chili cheese dog! A metal fork couldnt cut through the hot dog the cheese looked and felt like plastic asked for a plain burger and got everything on it. Went thru drivw thru so should have none stupid dude the total was 23.90 i paid 40.00 was supposed to get 13.10 back never got my cash or a receipt when i went to handle it with person at window took him damn near ten minutes to come talk to me then wanted to catch an attitude cuz his f*** up. I was completely and udderly nice to him explained what happened once refused i asked to speak to a manager. Never showed! This place has horrible food even worse service and awful management! Iwould never recommend this s**hole to anybody! 0.0000% rating. These people should be ashamed of themselves

Poor customer service. The people taking your orders are just about the rudest people. I NEVER leave negative reviews (or reviews for that matter) but wow. After waiting 15 minutes for a drink, nothing more, they got the drink wrong..... by the way, it was just a lemonade. We were asking them to recreate anything, just a lemonade.

Everytime I go there something is wrong, maybe if they would re-read the orders to me that wouldnt be a problem. Unprofessional looking staff. I live by it but drive to other towns for when I want Sonic now. Verh disappointing because I use to be a daily customer.

Its a Sonic! Good deserts and cheese sticks. I hate the "car shows" though. They take up all the spaces during peak hours and most of the cars arent that special. Not Sonics fault, but they could be getting more cash flow if the "show" didnt pop up.

A group of four was being served as I pulled into the parking spot. I showed up at 2350 to get a small coffee after a long 2 hour ride in 45 degree weather. I was told only the drive through was open even though the group was still being served.

This is fast food...I love sonic, but but sonics prices dont reflect their love for me...I have a family of five...40.00 for hamburgers translates price gouging. I would come more often If I could afford to. .

It was fine. I dont want to sound like Clint Eastwood and yell at a bunch of kids, but it felt like the entire population of Chapparal High School was here and they were very rude and boisterous to my wife.

They have wings sauces on the menu that they dont serve. Would only give us buffalo or Asian sweet chili. The lady running the drive through with the headset on was incredibly rude.

Sonic is a great place for drinks and shakes. I like the breakfast burritos and tater tots. Chilli cheese hot dogs are great. They are always friendly at this location.
