Bad from start to finish. The server told us we could build our own burger consisting of the items on the menu, so were like cool. I ordered a burger cooked medium with cheddar, egg, cream cheese and peanut butter with a side of das fries he told me I could get without the large pieces of jalapeno and no bacon, as we do not consume pork, which I shared with him. My better half ordered a similar burger but with Chipotle mayo. Cool. Food comes out and my das fries have both bacon and jalapeno. I told him no worries, Im not big on complaining. I just didnt touch them. My burger was also wrong and missing the peanut butter, which I allowed him to bring on the side, rather than send the food back. Her burger was also made wrong and was missing the egg and the cream cheese. She was a bit more annoyed than I by that point so she requested politely that her burger be remade correctly. The surver apologized vaguely and took her food. 20 minutes pass and our friend and I have finished our food already. So she goes in to ask the server where her food is and he says he thought she didnt want anything even though she clearly asked for a properly made burger. She proceeds to find the manager and he quickly apologized, comped our meal and walked away. Im not sure exactly why our server didnt seem to care much about his mistakes, or why the manager didnt have time to say more than a few words. It was not busy when we got there but had picked up a bit by the time we left. If this is the crave experience we rode 45min in rush traffic to have, Ill pass on the next invite.

DONT EAT AT CRAVE unless you want to be treated rudely by BRITTANY the supposed Manager. My son is 4 yrs old. Its 95 degrees outside today. We just left the movie theater and brought him a cold water and decided to go to Crave "Real Burgers" to celebrate watching his first movie ever in a movie theater. Half of the water was gone. My son had his water bottle and was so thirsty, but the "Manager" greeted us by telling him he couldnt bring the water bottle into the restaurant. He didnt understand. He thought he did something wrong. Instead of consoling our son, the Manager just reinforced their policy about bringing in "outside drinks" to their restaurant. Real sensitive Brittany. Really family friendly. No one talked to us, no one tried to find out what was wrong, so we left. I called back "the Manager" and spoke with her, and again, she reinforced their policy because they dont want to lose their liquor license. What? No apology, no humility, no customer service, no care. Stone Church of Castle Rock - I called you to see if I could give the owners of Crave (owned by Stone Church) a second shot at hearing my concern. A simple "I understand" may have gone a long way. Instead, the Manager there is apparently too busy for me as well and the hostess said I couldnt expect to speak to a Manager on a Saturday night during dinner rush. Heres a customer service tip Crave and Old Stone Church: You dont get to CHOOSE when your customer has something to tell you, and you should listen. Can you hear me now?

Alright lets be real, we all eat cheeseburgers but Craves burger creations are on a whole new level. They arent even on the same playing field as the other Burger joints out there, let alone anything the town of Castle Rock has ever seen. I would recommend not wearing any socks to this restaurant because upon arrival they are usually knocked off so hard your soul will remember for lifetimes to come. You want a burger with tempura fried cheese? DONE. Candied bacon and cream cheese? OF COURSE. You want a burger with an egg on it AND situated between two donuts?! Who doesnt?? Not to mention their fries and their shakes are absolutely on point... and lets not forget, their customer service is astounding. I swear every person who has ever been my waiter was far more kind and enthusiastic about their job than a vast majority of the rude, entitled, stay at home soccer moms that riddle this little town. Oh and I have been to the other locations. Yea they are good but this is the original. It cant get any better than this. My only real suggestion would be to expand because these burgers are so good everyone should have the opportunity to try it at least twice. Anyone saying otherwise should really consider taking a long look in the mirror and asking themselves if they are just bitter about life in general.

The most amazing burger we have ever had! Fast and friendly service combined with the most awesome burger ever..... how could you lose??! First time there but now we will go back for the rest of our lives! The only criticism I have is that the music was a little too much heavy rock for me and my familys taste but we didnt even notice that until the burger was finished! The burger is like vodo magic! Also the adult drinks were professionally made and out of this world, there is not much you can do with a burger, it is pretty much simple and straight up patties and buns but somehow these guys have found a way to turn it into an art by fitting the most unbelievable selection of food in between those two buns and even in some cases those buns are not what you would expect hugging a burger patty, whoever created this place must really love burgers and did them proud and is a true artist! Thank you guys and well be seeing you soon... And as for the guy with his review right below me, why dont you just go ahead and compare this fantastic place to a McDonalds?! I think that is the most stupid thing Ive ever heard!

We went here today, and we had one of the worst restaurants experience ever. First, we showed with eight people total and watched as group after group were sat before us and spent a total of 50 min before finally being seated. The waiters/waitress glared at us every single time they came out the door. Then our waiter was rude and acted like we were a hassle for him. We had to keep asking for refills. When they finally brought out our food the waitress (Fiona I think) spilled the berry vinaigrette on the table and didnt say sorry or anything and didnt come back and clean it up we had to do that ourselves. When we finally got the check the waitress (again Fiona) ripped them out of our hands and when she came back with the receipt books she did not hand them to use, she threw them down on the table and turned around with out a single word. I have never been so glad to leave a restaurant. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because the food was pretty good. However, that does not excuse the service. If you choose to eat here get it to go, so you dont have to be treated like garbage.

The 5x my company has ordered from crave the order has only been correct once. One coworker asks for a burger well done, and it consistently comes back pink. Ask for no tomatos and pickels that soak into their fatty melt burger, well to freaking bad your gonna get some anyway. Then when you call to tell them they screwed the order up they act like its your problem and do absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The foods great when its correct but never expect it to be. Staff - 2/10 food 7/10 when its right 0/10 when its wrong which is most of the time. Update - thanks for the response I guess but once again you folks do nothing to resolve issues like this and have acted like its the customers issue, not yours. Noah is the one who has taken the screwed up orders several times and we get no resolve from crave. The staff do not care about customer service, just the food.
