Update 12/22/16 Had a early dinner with my girlfriend. She had the ribeye and I had the prime rib. Prime rib was bland but good. The ribeye was AWESOME perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Sides were good as well as the service. I will be ordering the ribeye for sure next time. Update 11/29/16 / After my girlfriend called to complain about our last experience and the Manager comped us a couple of dinner for 2 coupons to give them a chance again, we went back. We went early in the day and service was good, food was good as well. The only reason I gave it a 4 star this time is the chicken was really salty but overall good. 11/14/16 This place did a complete 180 from a 5 star to a 0 star. I have always loved it till last night. We ate her last night with family from out of town. We got seated quickly, drink order taken quickly. Waitress was friendly and took our order shortly after that. Said the bar was busy and would have our drinks soon and gave us water. About 5 minutes later we got our salads. We should have our drinks soon. We ate our salads they took them. We should have our drinks soon, sorry. about 10 minutes later we got our drinks. Then we got our food. Two orders beef tips with gravy and the gravy was COLD. 1 order of chicken and ribs WAY OVERCOOKED and tough. 1 order of salmon WAY OVERCOOKED. I could see my mom was not happy with the meal but she is not one to send things back. Me either, and my girlfriend even got sick when we got home. It was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and we were looking forward to eating there. Looks like we will have to find a different steak/BBQ place now.

We are in town for my daughters appointment at the Childrens Hospital of Colorado, and we are visiting from Kansas. We visited on a Sunday night and the place was extremely packed. Despite the line that went out the door, we were nonetheless seated within 10 minutes of walking in the door. As we were being seated, the female manager was chatting with us and was very cordial, she also asked why we were there and we explained the situation with our daughter. Very nice lady (couldnt remember her name.). Our waiter, Nate, was extremely helpful and accommodating. My wife and I ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer which was delivered within 5-8 minutes of being seated, which surprised me with how busy they were. We both ordered drinks from the bar which were delivered promptly as well. My wife and I both ordered the Chicken-fried Sirloin with mashed potatoes. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the steaks were tender with just the right amount of breading. The flavor of the gravy was great as well. Overall, I feel that the staff at Texas Roadhouse Aurora, are on top of their game and have an amazing grasp on the service industry. I want to recognize the manager who took time out of her busy schedule to ask us how we were on a deeper level then just customer service and inquire about our visit to the hospital. I believe her name was Lesley and she was working on 1/8/2017. Our server Nate was also very helpful and we received the kind of service you would expect at a higher-end restaurant. I would give more stars if I could! Definitely coming back!

After being told I cant set a reservation because they only do call ahead seating, I waited until the day of my event to call in. I called in on the date and was told I called in too early for call ahead Services and I had to call 1 hour before my planned arrival time. I waited as told and 1 hour before my planned arrival time I was told I should have called earlier and it was too late for them to do call in Services for large groups then I was hung up on. I called back and asked to speak with a manager who gave the worlds worst " Im sorry but you are still screwed" apology excuse I had ever heard and clearly showed she could give a darn how she treats their guest. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be conducting my business dinner meetings there since clearly they dont know the definition of professionalism. Thank God the seater at the Outback Steakhouse understood my frustration and how important that meeting was to me. He went a step above and beyond his responsibilities to accommodate me and my 10 guest. They just lost a guest who was going there once a month for business meetings bringing a group of 10 to 20.

I came to this Texas Roadhouse with my friend after a long day of completing my college final exams. We arrived around 5pm. Our server was named Trey and he was wonderful! He brought up about the deals of the day on the menu and I eventually switched my order after that. He would check up on our orders to see if we enjoyed the meals, refilled our Arnold Palmers after he noticed we were almost done with our first drink. Food was great, my friend ordered the half-slab and I chose the roadkill deal. He arrived with our to go boxes before we could request them and fulfilled our requests throughout the night. I also would like to thank the Service Manager named Lesley who also asked if we needed a bag for our to go boxes because she noticed we had a lot on our table. Thank you Trey and Lesley! I gave this gentleman a good tip for his service.

A fun and friendly country atmosphere that gives an upbeat, yet private feel for our nights out.The only thing I find annoying is the third or fourth birthday/anniversary celebration, but its still charming even after five years of hearing the same cheer. Highly recommended! We generally split the T-Bone steak with two salads, a bottomless Cherry Sweet Tea and a Legendary Margarita, for about $40 including tip. Its a lovely meal, with room for desert if youre interested. The waitstaff is fantastic and attentive, and if anything is amiss they will be sure to fix it for you right away! (Sometimes our steak is a little too red, and theyll throw it back on for a few) We attend this restaurant once or twice weekly, and I highly recommend calling ahead, as the line of people who know how wonderful this place is can be long, indeed!

Service is terrible. Every time I have a big party, they wont start setting up a table until everybody arrives. The point of coming early to get a table ready is to have a table ready when everyone arrives. Apparently they havent learned that. Didnt ask if wed like a drink while we wait. I even tried to get the managers attention and she just walked away. The only reason Im here is because my family is in town and wanted to eat here. They just told us our table is ready and everyone got up just to tell us were going to have to wait for another table. Dont come here if you have a big party. Also its Monday night... 5:30 pm is when we arrived. This is not the first time this has happened... Usually I dont give bad reviews but i just gotta let yall know. Its not the first time this has happened.

We went on a Saturday night. It was extremely busy. The "call ahead" program for the wait list worked very well. I ordered the filet cooked medium-rare. The waitress, Valerie, was almost uncanny in her timing. She showed up to refill or take an order for an additional item at just the right moment, without being obtrusive. Her attitude was exceptional. The filet was cooked to perfection. The salad and potato were both prepared thoughtfully, again, at a very busy time. This place is top shelf and an incredible value given the quality of service and food. This is the best Texas Roadhouse between it, the one in Parker and the one off Kipling. Thank you!!
